Beautiful place and wonderful home with all the comforts, fresh nice and very welcoming, not to mention the owners who welcomed us with local drinks and snacks. If they asked me, I would recommend it as a home, I would say yes.

We stayed at this property the second week of August and we loved it. The clean and cozy home for my family of 4 very convenient. The very beautiful beach and crystal colors when there is no wind. We thank Mr. Sauro for his availability and kindness.

The house reflects perfectly to the announcement, is welcoming, spacious, equipped with a well-kept garden and substantial. The house is equipped with all amenities (including parking), clean and, despite the month of August, was detected unexpectedly fresh. The setting is lovely, bucolic and extremely quiet. The owners are very kind and helpful, and the lady in charge reception turned out to be exquisite, friendly and ready for any need.
L'abitazione rispecchia perfettamente quanto riportato nell'annuncio, è accogliente, spaziosa, dotata di un giardino curato e di proporzioni ragguardevoli. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort (compreso il posto auto), pulita e, a dispetto del mese di Agosto, si è rilevata inaspettatamente fresca. Il contesto è delizioso, bucolico ed estremamente silenzioso.
I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili, e la signora preposta all'accoglienza si è rivelata squisita, cordiale e pronta per qualsivoglia necessità.
A very nice comfortable stay, missing only the dishwasher, the apartment is really functional. There is no air conditioning but it is not really useful, it even supports a small blanket to sleep. It is well located and especially Sarah, the owner is very caring with us. There is a very nice barbecue area which is available and which is prepared by the owners if they wish to use. In short I can only recommend you to go all that there should be a pool 20 meters from the apartment B next year.
Un très agréable séjour tout confort, il ne manque que le lave-vaisselle, l'appartement est vraiment fonctionnel. Il n'y a pas la climatisation mais celle-ci n'est pas vraiment pas utile, on supporte même une petite couverture pour dormir. Il est bien situé et surtout Sarah, la propriétaire est aux petits soins avec nous. Il y a un très joli coin barbecue qui est mis à disposition et qui est préparé par les propriétaires si l'on souhaite l'utiliser. Bref je ne peux que vous recommander d'y aller d'autant qu'il devrait y avoir la piscine à 20 mètres de l'appartement B l'année prochaine.
Wonderful stay in the rented house. The description is fully corresponding to the reality. House of very recent construction, spotlessly clean, simply furnished but functional. Complete with everything you need. We also loved the outdoor area for lunches and dinners with the right privacy. Very quiet in the evenings. Good proximity to the beach of Lu Bagnu reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. Parking in front house convenient for loading and unloading luggage. Ideal for 6 people (we were 4 adults and 2 children to 10 years). Very comfortable the two bathrooms with shower. Absolute courtesy and helpfulness of Mr. Terenzi! Splendida permanenza nella casa affittata. La descrizione è pienamente corrispondente alla realtà. Casa di costruzione molto recente, pulitissima, arredata con semplicità ma funzionale. Completa di tutto ciò che serve. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la zona esterna per pranzi e cene con la giusta privacy.
Zona molto tranquilla anche nelle ore serali. Buona vicinanza alla spiaggia di Lu Bagnu raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 10 minuti. Posto auto fronte casa comodo per scaricare e caricare I bagagli. Ideale per 6 persone (noi eravamo 4 adulti e 2 bambini di 10 anni). Molto comodi i due bagni con doccia.

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances, le voisinage est très accueillant ainsi que la personne qui s'occupe de la maison. The apartment was exactly as described, clean and equipped with everything needed to live there; Mr. Sauro very helpful and friendly, as well as his trusted person Katyushas that greeted us on arrival. The apartment is close to the very nice beach of Lu bagnu and other services (bar, supermarket, etc.). Lu Bagnu not suitable for young or otherwise is ideal for holidays of relaxation.

L'appartamento si trova vicino alla spiaggia molto bella di Lu bagnu e ad altri servizi (bar, supermercato, ecc).
Località Lu Bagnu non adatta per giovani o comunque è ideale per vacanze di vero relax.

Very nice accommodation with new interiors and furnished with care, very clean and well equipped. For a couple it is perfect. The location is excellent to enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. Very warm welcome in this beautiful house with private access to the beach. Superb terrace. The house is in a very quiet environment to take full advantage of this beautiful setting. I recommend the accommodation.

We stayed between 7/22/2023 - 8/5/2023. The apartment complies with what is described in the announcement, very fresh, to close the windows at night (as someone else wrote in another review). Excellent location: close to the port beach and the main commercial services. The bathroom is Czech but the extractor fan works great. The shower is also very comfortable. I confirm that it is possible to take 4 showers in a row for 4 people despite the fact that there is a boiler for hot water. In the morning you wake up with the smell of the sea, perhaps a little windy for some, but Isola Rossa is not as windy as other areas of Sardinia.
We thank the owners for their hospitality and courtesy. We hope to return next year.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo 22/7/2023 - 5/8/2023. L'appartamento è conforme a quanto decritto nell'annuncio, molto fresco, da chiudere i vetri di notte (come scriveva qualcun altro in altra recensione). Ottima la posizione: vicina alla spiaggia del porto e ai principali servizi commerciali. Il bagno è ceco ma l'aspiratore funziona benissimo. La doccia poi è comodissima. Confermo che si riescono a fare 4 docce di seguito in 4 persone nonostante ci sia il boiler per l'acqua calda.
La mattina ti svegli con l'odore del mare, forse per alcuni un po' ventoso, ma Isola Rossa non è così ventosa come altre zone della Sardegna.
Ringraziamo i proprietari per l'ospitalità e la cortesia.
Speriamo di ritornarci l'anno prossimo.
