The holiday accommodation corresponds very well to the description given. It is very well maintained and also has a very well maintained and lovingly designed property. Everything is always kept clean, the pool cleaned daily. The landlords are very friendly. We spent a really nice holiday there.
Die Ferienunterkunft entspricht der genannten Beschreibung sehr gut. Sie ist sehr gepflegt und hat ebenfalls ein sehr gepflegtes und liebevoll gestaltetes Grundstück. Alles wird stets sauber gehalten, der Pool täglich gereinigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben dort einen wirklich schönen Urlaub verbracht.
Beautiful place and wonderful home with all the comforts, fresh nice and very welcoming, not to mention the owners who welcomed us with local drinks and snacks. If they asked me, I would recommend it as a home, I would say yes.

A very nice comfortable stay, missing only the dishwasher, the apartment is really functional. There is no air conditioning but it is not really useful, it even supports a small blanket to sleep. It is well located and especially Sarah, the owner is very caring with us. There is a very nice barbecue area which is available and which is prepared by the owners if they wish to use. In short I can only recommend you to go all that there should be a pool 20 meters from the apartment B next year.
Un très agréable séjour tout confort, il ne manque que le lave-vaisselle, l'appartement est vraiment fonctionnel. Il n'y a pas la climatisation mais celle-ci n'est pas vraiment pas utile, on supporte même une petite couverture pour dormir. Il est bien situé et surtout Sarah, la propriétaire est aux petits soins avec nous. Il y a un très joli coin barbecue qui est mis à disposition et qui est préparé par les propriétaires si l'on souhaite l'utiliser. Bref je ne peux que vous recommander d'y aller d'autant qu'il devrait y avoir la piscine à 20 mètres de l'appartement B l'année prochaine.

Very nice, clean and functional rental. Small things to improve: - missing 1 bedside with lamp in the room. - missing 1 extra lighting in the living room. - chairs not very comfortable, possibly provide sun loungers. - and finally last point, the most important: missing the WIFI.

Apartment very cute and very clean, with all the comforts and furnished with care. Location a little 'far from the sea, but easily accessible by car or shuttle with a stop a few meters from the apartment. The owner, Mr. Andrea, is a very kind and helpful person, welcoming his guests with care and courtesy. Inside the complex there is also a beautiful swimming pool reserved for guests of the residence. The house is located a few meters from the center of Badesi. My family and I were very satisfied.

Posizione un po' distante dal mare, ma facilmente raggiungibile tramite auto o navetta con fermata a pochi metri dall'alloggio.
Il proprietario, il Sig. Andrea , è una persona gentilissima e disponibile, accoglie con cura e cortesia i suoi ospiti. All'interno del complesso c'è anche una bella piscina riservata agli ospiti del residence.
La casa è posizionata a pochi metri dal centro di Badesi. La mia famiglia ed io siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

Nice apartment with a good location. Neat, clean and fully equipped. Communicating with the owner's despite the lack of English decent. They are in this area are not used to tourists, but are very helpful and interested. The houses are (except this one) all owned by Italians. It is therefore really a holiday among the Italians, great! The village Badesi only has the necessary shops little to offer, but is centrally located on the north coast. Beautiful beach and great point to discover Sardinia.
Fijn appartement met een goede ligging. Netjes, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het communiceren met de eigenaresse gaat ondanks het gebrekkige engels redelijk. Ze zijn in deze omgeving niet gewend aan toeristen, maar zijn erg behulpzaam en belangstellend. De vakantiewoningen zijn (behalve deze) allemaal eigendom van Italianen. Het is hierdoor echt een vakantie onder de Italianen, geweldig!! Het dorpje Badesi heeft behalve de noodzakelijke winkels weinig te bieden, maar ligt centraal aan de noordkust. Mooi strand en prima punt om Sardinië te ontdekken.
