Wir waren yesterday im Juli 2019 with unserem 12jährigen Sohn. Das Haus liegt ganz in der Nähe vom Horizon Beach, and zurück von der Hauptstraße (kein Lärm). Überdachte und offene Terrace (Zugang vom Wohnzimmer und von einem Schlafzimmer im EG-Bett 140 cm, Schrank, Bügel vorhanden), Großer Wohnraum (offen bis in den Giebel) with Küche und Theke mit 2 Barhockern, geräumiges Bad mit Waschbecken , Dusche, Wanne, Fenster und riesigem Wandschrank, separates WC daneben. Aus dem Wohnraum führt eine Treppe ins Dachgeschoß. Sleeping gibt es einen offenen (Geländer über dem Wohnraum) Schlafraum von ca. 20 with einem Doppelbett (140 cm) and einem Einzelbett - plus Stauraum in beiden Dachschrägen. Mr S. hat direkt daneben an der Avenue de Bordeaux eine Immobilien-Agentur - ist also meistens vor Ort - stört aber nie. Unser Riesiges Auto durften wir in der Einfahrt parken, haben uns aber ansonsten nur mit Fahrrädern bewegt, weil alles wirklich sehr guterreichbar ist. Der Vermieter hat a sogar bei einer kleinen Reparatur unserer Strandliege geholfen. Die Buchung für Internet (pers. Nach einem kurzen Haus-Rundgang vor der Abreise gab es die Kaution zurück. Sehr seriös und empfehlenswert. Eine Anfrage hier lohnt sich wahrscheinlich immer, da er nicht nur eigene Immobilien in der Vermietung hat sondern auch weitere über seine Agentur !!!

Owner very friendly and helpful. Very nice quality rental but: not appropriate in the off season, mezzanine, so difficult to heat. The closets are cluttered by too many dishes so there is more room to store its food.
Propriétaire très sympathique et serviable. Très belle location de qualité mais : non appropriée en hors saison, mezzanine, donc difficile à chauffer. Les placards sont encombrés par beaucoup trop de vaisselle si bien qu'il n'y a plus de place pour ranger son alimentation.
I rented a surprise to my mother for 60 years, we were 13, and I was afraid we are a little cramped! Well arriving at home, everything was perfect !!!! The house is beautiful, the outside are superb! I have nothing negative to say, the location is just meters from the pool and just minutes from the ocean. I recommend and will return, one word kept saying as my mother during the stay: MAGIC!
J'ai loué pour faire une surprise à ma mère pour ses 60 ans, nous étions 13, et j'avais peur que nous soyons un peu à l'étroit !
Et bien en arrivant à la maison, tout était parfait !!!! La maison est magnifique, les extérieurs sont superbes !
Je n'ai rien à dire de négatif, l'emplacement est à quelques mètres du bassin et à quelques minutes de l'océan.
Je recommande et nous y retournerons, un seul mot comme n'a cessé de dire ma mère durant tout le séjour: MAGIQUE !
Very cozy cottage typical of the region. We were 6 adults from diverse backgrounds: France, Great Britain, Japan and the positive reviews about this stay was unanimous. The interior style flea market actually wanted the charm. The large terrace is significant for eating out even outside the summer period. Excellent contacts with the owner giving us useful information to our comfort and tours of the area.
Très agréable maison de vacances typique de la région. Nous étions 6 adultes d'horizons divers : France, Grande Bretagne, Japon et l'avis positif concernant ce séjour a été unanime .
L'intérieur style brocante recherché en fait tout le charme. La grande terrasse est appréciable pour des repas à l'extérieur même en dehors de la période estivale.
Excellents contacts avec le propriétaire nous communiquant les informations utiles à notre confort et aux visites de la région.
A very functional house in layout and well located on the peninsula of Cap Ferret. Close to all activities of the basin, the ocean and the bike path. Nothing is missing. Charming house in nice decoration. We had a great stay. Would recommend.

Very nice to let friends carefully decorated and furnished villa. A few steps from the beach pool (great for kids) and 10 minutes from the ocean by the bike path (very nice). The equipment is very complete. In addition, it is ideal for a family vacation (beach toys, board games, reading ...).
Villa très agréable à louer entre amis décorée et meublée avec soin. A deux pas de la plage du bassin (très pratique pour les enfants) et à 10mn de l'océan par la piste cyclable (très agréable).
L'équipement est très complet. De plus, il convient parfaitement pour des vacances en famille (jouets de plage, jeux de société, lecture...).

This is the second time that we have rented this pretty little villa to Madame Casala: quiet area, close to all shops and the sea, very well equipped house and very pleasant to live in, very good bedding, close to the city center in foot, ideal rental for a successful vacation in the beautiful city of Arcachon!

We had a great vacation in Arcachon. The apartment is very well located. Both quiet but close to the beach, entertainment and shops. Reserved parking in the residence is an added advantage.
Nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances à Arcachon. L'appartement est très bien situé. A la fois au calme mais proche de la plage, des animations et des commerces. Le parking réservé dans la résidence est un avantage de plus.
