It was a great house as well as its location. The owners were super friendly, we certainly didn't miss anything. They were always there for us. The pool was also perfectly maintained. We will definitely return to this great place and this warm welcome!

This is the second time we have stayed at the little white house. Enchantés et comblés par la vue magnifique sur mer et sur le port de Juan Les Pins, nous avons apprécié nos deux semaines, avec la piscine agréable et ensoleillée. Visite des alentours.
Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique, avec la gentillesse d’Annick à notre écoute en cas de besoin.

Very comfortable accommodation, clean, good bedding, very nicely decorated, spacious enough for 4 people. Comfortable and new sofa bed. Everything you need is on site, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, freezer, etc... the veranda is a real plus and greatly enlarges the apartment. Heating and air conditioning present, but not necessary for us. Very significant parking space in Cannes, no need to use the car, everything can be done on foot from the apartment. Train and bus within walking distance, beach very close. Everything is perfect, nothing to complain about.
Logement très confortable, propre, bonne literie, très joliment décoré, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes. Canapé-lit confortable et neuf. Tout le nécessaire est sur place, machine à laver le linge, micro-onde, machine à café, congélateur, etc... la véranda est un vrai plus et aggrandit beaucoup l'appartement. Chauffage et climatisation présents, mais pas nécessaire pour nous. Place de parking très appréciable à Cannes, pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture, tout peut se faire à pieds depuis l'appartement. Train et bus à distance de marche, plage très proche. Tout est parfait, rien à redire.
A very nice domicile to spend relaxed and restful holidays. The view is wonderful. We felt very comfortable and can recommend this accommodation to everyone who wants to spend a relaxing and quiet holiday. Many thanks to the friendly landlady, who took care of everything very courteously.

We have been renting from Annick in August for two years and how can I put it? IT IS PARADISE !!!!! The house is very nice, clean, nicely decorated, bright. As for the view, it is magnificent! We have a full view of the port of golf juans and the swimming pool is perfect!!! Really I recommend 10000%, you will not be disappointed !! Cela fait deux ans que nous louons chez Annick au mois d’Aout et comment dire ? C’EST LE PARADIS !!!!! La maison est très agréable, propre, joliment décorée, lumineuse. En ce qui concerne la vue, c’est magnifique ! Nous avons une pleine vue sur le port du golf juans et la piscine est parfaite !!! Vraiment je recommande à 10000 %, vous ne serez pas déçu !!

After a week spent in 2021, we went back this year for 2 weeks and again: without any regrets!! Quiet, pleasant, breathtaking view, large well maintained swimming pool, small house sufficient for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 7) and also well maintained. As nice as it is discreet, the owner of the place will come by from time to time to maintain the swimming pool and systematically ensure that everything is going well for our comfort. Strategic axis to quickly visit the wonderful towns nearby (Mougins, Cannes, Grasse, Saint Paul de Vence, Antibes, Vintemille (Italy), Nice, Monaco, Menton?etc). Perfect vacation! Calme, agréable, vue à couper le souffle, grande piscine bien entretenue, petite maison suffisante pour nous 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants de 6 et 7 ans) et aussi bien entretenue. Aussi gentille que discrète, la propriétaire des lieux passera de temps en temps entretenir la piscine et s’assurer systématiquement que tout aille au mieux pour notre confort.. Axe stratégique pour visiter rapidement, les merveilleuses communes à proximité (Mougins, Cannes, Grasse, Saint Paul de Vence, Antibes, Vintemille (Italie), Nice, Monaco, Menton…etc). A cozy and functional apartment. Not everything brand new and not totally modern, but everything was clean, comfortable and served its purpose, it just had a certain charm compared to hotel rooms.
The apartment was very quiet inside. Only with the windows and balcony open was the traffic on the street sometimes very loud. Showoffs with sports cars and motorcycles.
With this heat this year, however, people were happy to close everything and enjoy the fresh air from the air conditioning.
We were there as a couple with a 6-year-old daughter and 74-year-old grandmother.
Good base for walking, the beach and also not far from the old town le Suquet, the port and tourist attractions.
We especially liked the beach. Clean water, sandy beach, quite clean environment, not overcrowded and at the end of July and beginning of August. All you have to do is just down the street, turn right and the next notable street left.
If the almost 1000 km by car weren't so arduous, there would hardly be a question of whether we would like to come back. We liked it.
theLandlady is trustworthy and she also has very nice staff on site, so you have someone to talk to.
Eine gemütliche und funktionale Wohnung.
Nicht alles nagelneu und nicht total modern, aber alles war sauber, gemütlich und erfüllte seinen Zweck, es hatte im Gegensatz zu Hotelzimmern einfach einen gewissen Charme.
Die Wohnung war innen sehr ruhig.
Nur bei geöffneten Fenstern und Balkon war der Verkehr auf der Straße manchmal sehr laut. Angeber mit Sportautos und Motorräder.
Bei dieser Hitze in diesem Jahr machte man aber gern alles zu und genoss die frische Luft der Klimaanlage.
Wir waren als Ehepaar mit 6- jähriger Tochter und 74 Jahre alter Großmutter dort.
Gute Ausgangsbasis zum Spazieren, zum Strand und es ist auch nicht weit zur Altstadt le Suquet, dem Hafen und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Uns hat vor allem det Strand gefallen. Sauberes Wasser, Sandstrand, recht saubere Umgebunng, nicht überlaufen und das Ende Juli und Anfang August. Dazu müsste man einfach nur ein Stück die Straße runter, nach rechts und die nächste nennenswerte Straße nach links.
Wenn die fast 1000 km mit dem Auto nicht so beschwerlich wären, es wäre kaum eine Frage ob wir gerne wieder kommen würden. Es hat uns gefallen.
Die Vermieterin ist vertrauenswürdig und sie hat auch sehr nettes Personal vor Ort, so dass man einen Ansprechpartner hat.

We spent two exceptional weeks of vacation, in the little White House, with an incredible view of the sea, overlooking the port of Juan Les Pins. Very warm welcome from the owners, Annick and her husband, demanding, but it's a quality and that's what we wanted, with a very well maintained, pleasant and sunny swimming pool. Nice terraced land, well renovated. We are already thinking of coming back next year to enjoy this little corner of paradise.
Nous avons passé deux semaines exceptionnelles de vacances, dans la petite Maison Blanche, avec vue incroyable sur mer, surplombant le port de Juan Les Pins.
Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, Annick et son mari, exigeants, mais c’est une qualité et c’est ce que l’on désirait, avec piscine très bien entretenue, agréable et ensoleillée.
Joli terrain en restanques, bien rénovées.
Nous pensons déjà revenir l’année prochaine pour profiter de ce petit coin de paradis.
We had a great stay at this wonderful property. The rental by itself is simple but very functional. The setting of the rental is exceptional with a view of the bay of Juan les pins The owners are very demanding and very friendly. This place is a great base for visiting the hinterland and big cities like Nice and Cannes.

The reception of our host, the security and the accommodation were of a very high quality. The swimming pool and the terrace allow you to sunbathe all day long with an exceptional view of the sea.
