The apartment is ideally located and has everything one needs, crockery, hob, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, toaster and powerful fans, among others. We had a very pleasant stay. Very well received. Accommodation very well located and functional for 4. We had to do some cleaning when we arrived because the apartment was just coming out of work, but nothing too bad. We had a great vacation.

We have occupied this apartment for the second consecutive year for more than 15 days, this year the apartment has been repainted so it is very clean, well laid out and functional with a very well equipped terrace with a panoramic view of the beach and the mountains. Very sunny and close to all amenities. I recommend it 100%.
Nous avons occupé cet appartement pour la deuxième année consécutive pendant plus de 15 jours, cette année l'appartement a été repeint donc c'est très propre, bien agencé et fonctionnel avec une terrasse très bien équipée avec une vue panoramique sur la plage et les montagnes. Très ensoleillé et proche de toutes commodités. Je le recommande à 100%.
Very warm welcome, the apartment was very good, large shower (appreciable when you come back from the beach), "small" terrace in the shade (pleasant for eating and lunch) ... a bedroom ... the fan was very helpful (Maybe missing a little air conditioning), but it's true that this year it's very hot .... The owner remained "listening" and sent us a message during and after our stay ... Very good vacation ... I recommend this rental ?
Très bon accueil , l'appartement était très bien, grande douche (appréciable quand vous rentrez de la plage), " petite" terrasse à l'ombre (agréable pour manger et déjeuner) ...une chambre ... le ventilateur a été très utile ( Manque peut être une petite climatisation) , mais c'est vrai que cette année il fait très chaud .... Le propriétaire est resté"à l'écoute" et nous a envoyé un message pendant et après notre séjour ... Très bonne vacance ... Je recommande cette location 😀
We really appreciated this quiet, clean and very well equipped rental; only drawbacks the internet connection and we could not enjoy the garden because of mosquitoes;

We really appreciated this apartment which was more or less consistent with reality. Very well appointed, clean, with a panoramic view and very pleasant, a slight lack of an oven, but not at all blocking. The welcome from the owner was kind and much appreciated. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement qui était conforme voir mieux au réel. Très bien aménagé, propre, avec une vue panoramique et très agréable, un léger manque un four, mais pas du tout bloquant.

Have already stayed in this apartment last year. This one is still beautiful. Very well decorated, and functional, everything for a pleasant vacation. The plus, superb view of the sea and Place Charles Trenet from the terrace. Beach at the bottom of the residence with no road to cross and all shops nearby. Hope to come back next year. Very warm welcome by Mrs. L for the consideration and return of the accommodation.
Avons déjà séjourné l'année dernière dans cette appartement. Celui-ci est toujours aussi magnifique. Très bien décoré, et fonctionnel, tout pour passer d'agréables vacances. Le plus, superbe vue sur la mer et la place Charles Trenet depuis la terrasse. Plage en bas de la résidence sans route à traverser et tous commerces à proximité. Espérons revenir l'année prochaine.

Very pleasant accommodation, calm, very well air-conditioned, well equipped, practical, very beautiful view of the sea, you just have to cross the street to find yourself on an ideal beach for children (fine sand and shallow bottom to familiarize yourself with the 'water), parking in a closed garage nearby, very good contact with the owner, warm welcome.
Logement très agréable, calme, très bien climatisé, bien équipé, pratique, très belle vue sur la mer, il suffit de traverser la rue pour se retrouver sur une plage idéale pour les enfants (sable fin et fond peu profond pour se familiariser avec l'eau), parking dans un garage fermé à proximité, très bon contact avec le propriétaire, accueil chaleureux.
Very nice location as described. Very well equipped, calm and pleasant to live in. Owner very discreet and attentive. Perfect for our stay with the children. Lots of things to do within 20 minutes and shops within 5 minutes. It was perfect. I highly recommend this rental.
