Accommodation conforms to expectations. Splendid panorama, absolute silence and very close to Marina di Campo. Car or motorbike is necessary but in a few minutes you can reach all the other places on Elba and the most famous beaches. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean accommodation upon delivery. Necessaria l'auto o la moto ma in pochi minuti si raggiungono tutte le altre località dell'Elba e le spiagge più rinomate. Alloggio molto ben attrezzato e pulitissimo alla consegna. We stayed with my family in this structure, unfortunately, for only one week from 04/09/2022 to 11/09/2022. Wonderful place just 5 minutes from the beach of Marina di Campo, also convenient for the location to go to the other beaches of the wonderful island. Splendid view both day and night, shady place where I believe you can breathe very well even when the temperatures are higher. Friendliness, kindness and seriousness both of the owner and that of the lady who takes care of the cleaning. Thanks for everything, we were very, very satisfied.
Siamo stati con la mia famiglia in questa struttura, purtroppo, per una sola settimana dal 04/09/2022 al 11/09/2022. Posto meraviglioso a soli 5 minuti dalla spiaggia di Marina di Campo, comoda inoltre la posizione per recarsi nelle altre spiagge della meravigliosa isola. Visuale splendida sia di giorno che di notte, posto ombreggiato dove credo si possa respirare molto bene anche quando le temperature sono più elevate. Cordialità, gentilezza e serietà sia della proprietaria e che della sig.ra che si occupa delle pulizie. Grazie di tutto, siamo stati molto, molto soddisfatti.
The apartment was clean and furnished with lots of charm. Everything was really there that you need for everyday life in an apartment. The view of the sea from the spacious balcony was fantastic and the area is beautifully quiet and surrounded by nature. The path to the Cavoli beach is about 1 km long and about 90 m difference in altitude and can be easily managed in 15 minutes on the way there. The walk up is more strenuous (I got the car and drove up the family :-). There is also paid parking on the beach.
Wohnung war Sauber und mit viel Charme eingerichtet. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für den Alltag in einer Wohnung benötigt. Der Ausblick auf das Meer vom grosszügigen Balkon war fantastisch und die Umgebung ist schön ruhig und von viel Natur umgeben. Der Weg an den Strand Cavoli ist ca. 1 Km lang und ca. 90 m Höhenunterschied und ist auf dem Hinweg in 15 min gut zu bewältigen. Das hochlaufen ist anstrengender (habe das Auto geholt und die Familie hochgefahren :-). Es gibt auch kostenpflichtige Parkplätze am Strand.

The apartment was clean, well furnished, the kitchen well equipped and Mr. Carlo always very courteous and helpful. The very panoramic position, and the nearby sea is very nice and clean and within walking distance. The steep climb and the staircase to reach the apartment are to be evaluated according to your family situation.
L'appartamento era pulito, ben arredato, la cucina ben attrezzata e il sig. Carlo sempre molto cortese e disponibile. La posizione molto panoramica, ed il mare nelle vicinanze è molto bello e pulito e raggiungibile a piedi. Sono da valutare a seconda della propria situazione familiare la salita ripida e la scalinata per raggiungere l'appartamento.
The house and the vacation spot fully met our needs and expectations. The apartment was carefully clean and tidy and was equipped with every accessory and comfort, spacious, quiet and in a panoramic and pleasant position.

Spacious two-room apartment sanitized with mattress cover and disposable cover complete with washing machine and dishwasher. Quiet location in the green. Recommended. The only drawback is the gas cooker to be lit with a lighter and far from the center. Clean environments.

La casa dispone del necessario, ed è sufficientemente spaziosa. Molto gradevole l'ampio giardino, dove è possibile stare per mangiare, leggere e riposare al fresco. Ottima la posizione, che permette di essere fuori dal traffico e dalla confusione, ma nello stesso tempo di poter raggiungere in pochi minuti Marina di Campo. Posizione inoltre molto comoda per muoversi verso le altre località dell'isola.
The holiday home was in accordance with the description of the advertisement. Excellent location, strategic, a few kilometers from the main beaches of the island, and at the same time far from the chaos and heat of the town centers because of its hillside position. The owner is very friendly and helpful. If I were to return to the Island of Elba I would keep this solution in mind again.

Very comfortable and pretty house, really equipped with every comfort. Good location because away from the city chaos but still close to the most beautiful beaches on the island. Casa molto confortevole e carina, dotata veramente di ogni comfort. Buona posizione perché lontana dal caos cittadino ma comunque vicina alle spiagge più belle dell'isola. Unica pecca, la mancanza dell'aria condizionata, che con i caldi assurdi che ci sono adesso ci vuole. per il resto tutto top. E i rapporti con la signora proprietaria e il signore che ci ha consegnato le chiavi, ottimi: due persone gentilissime.
We need the owner redo its closed shower cabin ... A microwave would have been useful, but is doing very well without well located apartment, a little away from the city center, so away from the noise.

This apartment really enjoyed it especially quiet being located relatively far away from the bustle, yet just a few kilometers from the center. The apartment is equipped with every comfort and caters for all families with and without children !!!!
Questo appartamento ci è piaciuto molto soprattutto per la tranquillità essendo situato relativamente lontano dalla confusione , ma allo stesso tempo a pochi km dal centro. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort e adatto per tutte le famiglie con e senza bambini !!!!
Full of beautiful terrace house with beautiful view of the Gulf of Marina di Campo. owners very welcoming, caring and helpful. We never suffered from the heat because the location of the house allows continuous ventilation and there is almost never the direct sun. a strategic position for getting around the island is that for a living more sedentary.
Bella casa completa di terrazza con bellissima vista sul golfo di Marina di Campo. Proprietari molto accoglienti, disponibili e premurosi. Non abbiamo mai sofferto il caldo perché la posizione della casa permette una ventilazione continua e non c'è quasi mai il sole diretto. Posizione strategica sia per muoversi sull'isola sia che per un soggiorno più stanziale.
