The apartment has been completely refurbished and is ideally located on the seafront, facing the large sandy beaches of La Ciotat.
The bedroom and living room with its large bay window offer an exceptional view over the bay.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor (without elevator). It is composed of a bedroom, a iving room (with convertible sofa bed), a fully equipped open kitchen, a washroom, separate TOILET and a balcony.
It is fully equipped to accommodate 4 people, with reversible air-conditioning for full comfort and a perfect stay. Television, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, drying machine, nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, and various small appliances.
Located in a quiet residence, closed by "vigik" and control of gate and gates, with garden raised, and parking space at the foot of the building.
You can go to the beach with your towel on the back, without taking your car, the access is just in front of the residence. You will enjoy the night markets of the old town, and practice your favorite water sports.
There are many local shops (bakery, tobacconist, press, etc.)
