Beautiful and brand new apartment in Cala Tarida, on the west coast of Ibiza.
2 bedrooms (one double with French windows onto the patio and TV and one with 2 single beds that can become another large double with window onto a private terrace), 2 bathrooms (the largest with a double shower and the other always with shower) and a sofa bed in the living room. Large 30 m² patio with sun loungers and lounge area, sofas and 2 armchairs, overlooking the pool, partial sea view and alarm system.
Cala Tarida beach is a 5-minute walk away.
The community pool has a part for children and a deeper part for adults. Community paddling pool and play area for children.
Private parking reserved for the apartment.
