The accommodation is spacious, tidy and equipped with everything you need, both the external and internal showers are very comfortable (I hate small showers) and the airy veranda offers space for meals/games of cards or relaxation. It is in good condition. position to reach the beach and the various services such as supermarkets/fishmongers/restaurants on foot. The area also offers many beaches just a few minutes away by car even if the very long and beautiful beach of Costa Rei does not encourage the search for other beaches. Samuele is a person helpful and courteous. We spent a pleasant 2 weeks, myself, my wife and my son.
L'alloggio è spazioso in ordine e dotato di tutto il necessario, molto comode sia la doccia esterna che la doccia interna(odio le docce piccole)inoltre la ariosa veranda offre spazio per i pasti/partite a carte o relax.Si trova in buona posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia e i vari servizi come supermercati/pescheria/ristoranti a piedi.La zona offre anche molte spiagge a pochi minuti di auto anche se la lunghissima e bella spiaggia di Costa rei non invoglia la ricerca di altri lidi.Samuele è una persona disponibile e cortese.Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane piacevoli io mia moglie e mio figlio.

We stayed 12 days in this beautiful house 250 meters from the sea with all the comforts, spacious and with a garden on 3 sides, a beautiful veranda where you can have lunch or dinner, private parking space. Abbiamo soggiornato 12 giorni in questa bellissima casetta a 250 metri dal mare con tutti i confort spaziosa e con un giardino su 3 lati una bella veranda dove pranzare o cenare posto auto privato. I stayed in this terraced house with my family, wife and two children. We had a great time, everything corresponds as described, the outdoor terrace, the outdoor hot shower, air conditioning and the parking space are very comfortable. Ho soggiornato in questa villetta a schiera con la mia famiglia, moglie e due bambini . Ci siamo trovati benissimo, corrisponde tutto come da descrizione, molto comoda la terrazza esterna ,la doccia calda esterna ,climatizzatore e il posto auto. È veramente a 300 metri dal mare dove si può scegliere se andare nella spiaggia libera o in un lido a pagamento . Grazie mille al sig. Samuele .

Truly relaxing holiday, the house is very welcoming, comfortable and spacious, the beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot via an easy path, if I really have to find a fault it is that there are no deck chairs or sun loungers on the terrace. The owner very nice and helpful. Thanks for a nice vacation. Ps my dog was super good.
Vacanza veramente rilassante, la casa molto accogliente confortevole e spaziosa, l spiaggia si raggiunge in qualche minuto a piedi attraverso un agevole sentiero, se proprio devo trovare un difetto è che non ci sono sdraio o lettini prendisole sulla terrazza. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Grazie per la bella vacanza trascorsa. P.s. la mia cagnolina è stata super bene.

Appartamento fornito di ogni comfort ( prodotti per la pulizia della casa,sacchetti spazzatura,detersivi vari), il proprietario Samuele ha messo a disposizione anche le sdraio e degli ombrelloni per il soggiorno.All'arrivo abbiamo trovato anche delle acque fresche in frigo.La casa con il giardino esterno rimane in una zona assolutamente tranquilla e riservata. Lo spazio esterno per mangiare è uno spettacolo,i bambini hanno apprezzato tantissimo!In zona ci sono supermercati,gelaterie,pizzerie. La spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi con una camminata di 10 minuti.Zona strategica anche per visitare le tantissime spiagge di Costa Rei e Villasimius (vicinissime).Lo consiglio ci tornerei assolutamente!Samuele super disponibile e gentilissimo!
Very hospitable, clean and well-organized apartment on the ground floor of a beautiful building, with outdoor space for eating. Nothing is missing, the very kind and helpful owner has equipped her with every need. The building is located a stone's throw from the main street and about 1.5 km from the Simius beach. If we pass by Villasimius again we will return.
Appartamento molto ospitale, pulito e ben organizzato ricavato al piano terra di una bella palazzina,dotata di spazio esterno per poter mangiare.non manca nulla ,la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile l'ha dotata di ogni necessità.
La palazzina si trova a due passi dalla via principale ed a 1,5 km circa dalla spiaggia di Simius.
Se passeremo ancora da Villasimius ci ritorneremo.
