Good morning, This apartment is ideally located since you will only have to take a few steps before putting your feet in the sand. This location also benefits from a magnificent view which is very pleasant to contemplate whether from the garden or from inside. Its location also allows you to reach the main street of Cabourg or the mini golf course in a few minutes, for example. The accommodation is clean and well equipped. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Everything is perfect, as proof we are already on our 5th stay and we will come back with great pleasure :-)

Cet appartement est idéalement situé puisque vous n'aurez que quelques pas à faire avant de mettre les pieds dans le sable. Cette situation fait également bénéficier d'une vue magnifique qui est très agréable à contempler que ce soit depuis le jardin ou depuis l'intérieur. Sa localisation permet également de se rendre en quelques minutes dans la rue principale de Cabourg ou encore au mini-golf par exemple.
Le logement est propre et bien équipé.
La propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeante.
Tout est donc parfait, pour preuve nous en sommes déjà à notre 5ème séjour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir :-)

Apartment perfectly located, beautiful terrace with side view of the sea, everything you need for cooking, quiet, no cars, close to the center of Cabourg which can be reached on foot via the superb Marcel Proust promenade, Cabourg is a magnificent town ! Contacts with the owner were quick and efficient, entirely at our disposal if needed and, what's not bad, in a completely friendly way. We felt like we knew her... which is not always the case with some owners. Thanks to Mrs. V. we had a great stay.
Appartement parfaitement situé, belle terrasse avec vue latérale sur la mer, tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, au calme, pas de voitures, proche du centre de Cabourg qu'on peut rejoindre à pied via la superbe promenade Marcel Proust, Cabourg est une ville magnifique ! Les contacts avec la propriétaire ont été rapides et efficaces, entièrement à notre disposition si besoin et, ce qui ne gâte rien, d'une manière tout à fait amicale. On avait l'impression de la connaître... ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas avec certains propriétaires. Merci à Mme V. nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
We were warmly welcomed by the owner of the triplex.
The accommodation complied in every respect with the many descriptions provided (in particular the immediate proximity to the beach and to the city center, the many facilities, etc.).
The triplex was very clean and the decoration is really superb and very tasteful.
Merville Franceville is a very charming little town, and close to other places to discover.
We will return with pleasure to this triplex and strongly recommend the rental.

Le logement était conforme en tout point avec les nombreuses descriptions fournis (notamment la proximité immédiate avec la plage et avec le centre-ville, les nombreux équipements etc.).
Le triplex était très propre et la décoration est vraiment superbe et de très bon goût.
Merville Franceville est une petite ville très charmante, et proche d'autres lieux à découvrir.

Enjoy your stay on the Normandy coast. The apartment is in a quiet residence, close to the beach on foot. The bike path makes it easy to get to the center of Cabourg.
Bon séjour sur la cote normande. L'appartement se trouve dans une résidence calme, proche de la plage à pied. La piste cyclable permet de se rendre facilement dans le centre de Cabourg.
We had a good holiday in this very functional rental. Magnificent view of the English Channel. A stone's throw from the beach and the Marcel Proust promenade and not far from the town center where there are all the shops. Good relationship with the owners.

I had an excellent stay, the rental is very well located and there are many places to visit, 12 days passed very quickly. I would definitely go back.
