The villa was exactly as described on the rental site. It was great to have breakfast or an evening drink sitting on the baloney which was about 50 meters from the sea. Nice location for day trips in south central sicily.
We spent our vacation there from August 31st to September 25th. It was very nice and quiet, the peace we are always looking for. The bungalow was perfect, the facility was very nice and clean. Our expectations were met, even exceeded Patrick, the landlord, is very friendly, helpful and always responded immediately and answered questions. Thank you very much for this, Patrick! We will certainly come back.

Residence very pleasant for its tranquility with a beautiful garden for children as for teenagers .... and parents who want rest. Swimming pool at the top very large and beach really close. The bungalow is perfect for 4 and the spacious terrace to enjoy the outdoors. Thanks to Patrick for his good advice and his friendliness so that we had a pleasant stay. A place that we recommend 100%.

Pleasant bungalow in a magnificent well maintained residence. We were 2 adults and 2 children and the bungalow was perfect for the 4 of us. It is very well equipped and its location in the residence is ideal with its terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The kids loved it and so did we. The beach, a grocery store, a pharmacy, an ATM and many restaurants are close to the residence (2mins walk). We had a great vacation and we will be back with great pleasure.
Agréable bungalow dans une magnifique résidence bien entretenue. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants et le bungalow était parfait pour nous 4. Il est très bien équipé et son emplacement dans la résidence est idéal avec sa terrasse qui donne sur la piscine. Les enfants ont adoré et nous aussi.
La plage, une épicerie, une pharmacie, un distributeur de billets et de nombreux restaurants sont à proximité de la résidence (2mins à pied). Nous avons passé de superbes vacances et nous reviendrons avec très grand plaisir.
The rental and handover process went smoothly. Very nice contact! Everything was there, everything worked. We didn't miss anything. It was clean and enough space. The complex is very well maintained and in a quiet area. We felt very comfortable. We traveled with 2 adults, 3 children and a small dog and stayed there for 13 days.

The apartment is great, very quiet urbanization and next to the beach. Ideal to go with the family since the terrace is in front of the pool and garden. We had a magnificent vacation that we will certainly repeat. The apartment has everything you need to spend a good vacation and is located in a quiet area of Denia and close to the port and town of Denia. El apartamento está genial, urbanización muy tranquila y al lado de la playa. Ideal para ir en familia ya que la terraza se encuentra frente a la piscina y jardín. Pasamos unas magníficas vacaciones que sin duda repetiremos.
El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones y se encuentra en una zona tranquila de Denia y cercano al puerto y pueblo de Denia.

Beautiful location, near the beach, and very well maintained ..... Very quiet at this time. We got to know GIL's parents (super nice). Next to a very nice German lady, (her accommodation touches ours) who lives there all year round. Ideal temperature for this period. At the restaurant level, we recommend LE TENERE on the beach.
Bel emplacement, près de la plage, et très bien entretenu.....Très calme à cette période. Avons fait connaissance avec les parents de GIL (super sympathiques). A coté une très gentille dame allemande,(son logement touche le nôtre) qui vit là toute l'année. Température idéale pour cette période. Au niveau resto, nous conseillons LE TENERE sur la plage.
Small very pleasant chalet, Alain was there to welcome us he had prepared the jacuzzi for us after eight hours of driving and a good shower that it was nice to be able to bask in the jacuzzi chalet conforming to the photos fully equipped air conditioning working very well place very Quiet and green, no vis-à-vis ideal for a family of four. Alain advised us a small restaurant about 2.5 km from the rental, the food is very good and the staff very pleasant and I will not forget Corinne with whom I spoke by email always responsive to our requests, Mickael
Petit chalet très agréable, Alain était là pour nous accueillir il nous avait préparé le jacuzzi après huit heures de route et une bonne douche que c’était agréable de pouvoir se prélasser dans le jacuzzi chalet conforme aux photos tout équipé clim fonctionnant très bien endroit très Calme et verdoyant aucun vis-à-vis idéal pour une famille de quatre personnes. Alain nous a conseillé un petit restaurant à environ 2,5 km de la location, on n’y mange très bien et le personnel très agréable et je n’oublierai pas Corinne avec qui j’ai converser par mail toujours réactive à nos demandes, Mickael

Characteristic bungalow in a small-scale neighborhood with comparable bungalows. Beautiful view with panoramic view of the sea and sunset. Life mainly takes place outside, inside is only used for sleeping and cooking. Also no air conditioning, only ventilation. Plenty of outdoor space, plenty of shade, parking is fine. The outdoor shower is ideal! The kitchen has recently been renewed. The bed in the bedroom is not large (max 180 cm long). Part of the neighborhood is dilapidated and abandoned, which is a pity. The bungalow itself also has some cracks that have been neatly removed ;-) The quality of the stuff of the bungalow has also had its longest time (unfortunately the owner still thinks that everything is brand new ;-(
The beach is about a 3-minute walk away, but lying there is almost impossible. There is a better option if you walk a few minutes further. Or just get in the car and drive to one of the many beautiful beaches! Every day at the end of the morning, bread can be bought from a bakery that visits the grounds. The bungalow is secluded. That's a quality, but keep in mind that everything (restaurant,supermarket, provincial road, etc.) is at least about 10-15 minutes away. Central location to visit towns and sights.
Karakteristieke bungalow in een kleinschalig buurtje met vergelijkbare bungalows. Prachtig uitzicht met panoramisch zicht op de zee en zonsondergang. Het leven speelt zich vooral buiten af, binnen wordt enkel gebruikt om te slapen en te koken. Ook geen airco aanwezig, enkel ventilatie.
Voldoende buitenruimte, voldoende schaduw, parkeergelegenheid is prima. De buitendouche is ideaal! De keuken is onlangs vernieuwd. Het bed in de slaapkamer is niet groot (max 180 cm lang).
Een deel van het buurtje is vervallen en verlaten, dat is jammer. De bungalow zelf heeft ook enkele scheuren die keurig zijn weggewerkt ;-) Ook de kwaliteit van de spullen van de bungalow hebben hun langste tijd gehad (helaas denkt de eigenaar nog dat alles spiksplinternieuw is ;-(
Het strand is zo'n 3 minuten lopen, daar liggen is echter bijna niet mogelijk. Een paar minuten verder lopen is er een betere mogelijkheid. Of even de auto in stappen en naar een van de vele mooie stranden rijden! Iedere dag aan het eind van de ochtend kan er brood worden gekocht bij een bakkertje dat terrein bezoekt.
De bungalow is afgelegen. Dat is een kwaliteit, maar houd er rekening mee dat alles (restaurant, supermarkt, provinciale weg, etc.) minstens zo'n 10-15 minuten rijden is. Centrale ligging om stadjes en bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken.

We had a very pleasant stay in this rental which corresponds in all respects to the description. Nicole and Henri proved to be attentive hosts, available and discreet. The area is beautiful but the car is essential with a very good GPS.

Very well. The owner was very responsive. We rented two bungalows - perfectly clean and one minute from the beach. Quiet residence (but it was out of season). Dénia is superb, a city of human size. To recommend warmly.
