Apartment completely in accordance with the description, high quality of all the equipment (bedding, table on the terrace, chairs etc ...) Lots of cooking equipment and in addition a great week than sunshine. Definitely another stay.

Very nice apartment with balcony overlooking the sea in a beautiful park. Pleasant and well equipped apartment. Had a lovely week on the Riviera with sun and heat in the program without too many tourists the first week of July. Just right. Hiring to recommend without problem.

Very nice and large apartment in residential area, quiet in beautiful landscaped park (populated by birds of all kinds and squirrels) around 15 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the center of Boulouris. Entirely consistent with the announcement, very well equipped and decorated, you feel "home ". Home very nice and availability of the representatives of the owners. Had a great time and hope to return.
Très bel et grand appartement, dans zone résidentielle, au calme dans joli parc paysager (peuplé d'oiseaux de toutes sortes et d'écureuils) à environ 15 mn à pied de la plage et 10 mn du centre de Boulouris.

We were warmly welcomed by Christiane in a very well appointed, clean accommodation with everything necessary. We have access to a super pleasant exterior, a private parking space and the rental is less than 10 minutes walk from the city center and the beach. We had a pleasant stay in this rental located in a very pleasant residence, facing the sea. This apartment is well equipped and has a large covered terrace. The owner is available and the person, present upon our arrival and departure, very friendly. We can only recommend this rental.

The owner of the house is very friendly, he gave us a warm welcome and immediately made us feel at ease. The house is very comfortable, bright, nothing is missing either inside or outside. The furnishings and appliances are top notch, the garden is superbly landscaped. The terrace offers a magnificent open view; sunrise over the sea is a moment of pure happiness! We really enjoyed our stay in this rental and will be delighted to come back.
Le propriétaire de la maison est très sympathique, il nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et nous a mis de suite à l'aise. La maison est très confortable, lumineuse, il ne manque rien ni à l'intérieur, ni à l'extérieur. L'ameublement et l'électro-ménager sont au top, le jardin est superbement aménagé. La terrasse offre une vue dégagée magnifique ; le lever du soleil sur la mer est un moment de pur bonheur ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour dans cette location et serons ravis d'y revenir.
Thank you for the great time in this bright, spacious and very well-equipped and very clean holiday apartment. The double bed is very comfortable, the dishwasher and washing machine are extremely practical! You can have a great breakfast (great sunrises!) and relax on the two large balconies. A big plus: your own parking space for your car in the enclosed courtyard. The location of the apartment is perfect. It is quiet and you can walk to the sea in 400 meters, or in the other direction right to the supermarket and several restaurants. The Japanese restaurant in particular (300 meters away) is open every day until 10 p.m. - great food to take away too! The landlords are very lovely and really take a lot of time to give tips and answer questions - not just when handing over but throughout the entire time. We would love to come back - certainly again in the low season!
Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in dieser hellen, geräumigen und sehr gut ausgestatteten und sehr sauberen Ferienwohnung. Das Doppelbett ist sehr bequem, der Geschirrspüler und die Waschmaschine äußerst praktisch! Auf den beiden großen Balkonen kann man super frühstücken (tolle Sonnenaufgänge!) und ausspannen. Ein großes Plus: der eigene Parkplatz für das Auto im abgeschlossenen Innenhof. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Es ist ruhig und man ist zu Fuß in 400 Metern am Meer, oder in die andere Richtung gleich beim Supermarkt und mehreren Restaurants. Gerade das japanische Restaurant (300 Meter entfernt) hat täglich bis 22 Uhr offen - super Essen auch zum Mitnehmen! Die Vermieter sind sehr liebenswert und nehmen sich wirklich viel Zeit um Tipps zu geben und Fragen zu beantworten - nicht nur bei der Übergabe sondern die gesamte Zeit über. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder - sicherlich wieder in der Nebensaison!
Very nice apartment in a beautiful area. The apartment, kitchen and garden are excellently furnished and very clean. Everything worked out great. Many smaller bays with stone beaches are within walking distance. Spar and bakery can be reached quickly by car.
Sehr schöne Wohnung in herrlicher Gegend. Wohnung, Küche und Garten sind hervorragend eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alles hat super geklappt. Viele kleinere Buchten mit Steinstrand sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Spar und Bäckerei sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar.
We had a very good stay in this apartment which is very pleasant, spacious, very clean, there is a magnificent garden to relax in and have meals on the terrace. The city center and the beach are close, no need to take the car which can be parked in a closed car park. In addition, we are very well received by Mrs. B. who is a very kind, helpful person, always smiling, really very pleasant. I recommend this rental without hesitation.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement qui est très agréable, spacieux, très propre, il y a un magnifique jardin pour se détendre, prendre les repas sur la terrasse.
Le centre ville et la plage sont proches, pas besoin de prendre la voiture qui peut rester garé dans un parking fermé.
De plus, on est très bien accueillie par Mme B. qui est une personne très gentille, serviable, toujours souriante, vraiment très agréable.

Nice, spacious and clean accommodation in a very quiet residence with a lovely swimming pool. Car nicely parked in the closed parking garage. Landlord also very friendly and involved both at reception and departure. We would love to come back.
Fijne, ruime en schone accomodatie in een zeer rustige residence met een heerlijk zwembad. Auto fijn geparkeerd in de afgesloten parkeergarage. Verhuurder ook zeer vriendelijk en betrokken zowel bij ontvangst en vertrek. We komen graag terug.
The accommodation was very nice and quiet. We were there with 4 people for 10 days and bathed in the sea every day. The pools that you can use are also very nice. Everything is available in the house and the small pool in the garden invites you to cool off for a moment. Jo and Ella are lovely and friendly landlords and are happy to help with any questions or problems. We can highly recommend the accommodation.
Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Wir waren 10 Tage mit 4 Personen dort und haben jeden Tag im Meer gebadet. Auch die Pools ,die man mitbenutzen kann sind sehr schön.
Im Haus ist alles vorhanden und der kleine Pool im Garten lädt ein um sich kurz mal abzukühlen.
Jo und Ella sind ganz reizende und freundliche Vermieter und helfen bei Fragen oder Problemen gerne weiter. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
Great stay in Mrs. B's apartments. Everything was as described in the ad. Very quiet and spacious residence, with great owners (listening, very welcoming and smiling). Close to everything (town center, beach, train station, etc.). Very clean places and a very beautiful garden. A real pleasure to have spent my vacation in this beautiful area. My mom and I will come back with great pleasure!!!
