Detached house with new pool and barbecue
"Casa Marta" is located in a hamlet in the town of Lecchiore, in a peaceful setting of olive trees.
It's a detached house, on two floors:
downstairs the living room with double sofa bed and a single bed, with the possibility to completely close the bedroom with two sliding doors; a large period kitchen, fully equipped.
Upstairs, adouble bedroom, the bathroom with shower and the new terrace with sea view.
Outside, a large and fresh outdoor area where you can have lunch.
THE NEW SWIMMING POOL/RELAX OASIS (open from 10 June) is an underground, completely Compliant with the law, obtained from an olive grove, with a new room filtration system, a large pool with Roman access steps. Surrounded by a completely enclosed two-level lawn, it offers a naturally heated shower and a stone bbq.
The area can be shared with other guests of two of our houses to rent as well as Casa Marta. Each family has a private space equipped with table, chairs, etc.

We are located in the hinterland of Imperia, 12 km from the sea.
Sanremo is 35km away, Genoa 120, Montecarlo 60.
The new cycle path winds from Imperia Borgo Prino for 25 km all along the sea up to Ospedaletti (bikes an be rented).
Grocery, pizzerias, post offices, etc. are located in Dolcedo (4 km), the supermarkets and the first beaches (free and private) in Imperia (11 km).

Getting there
Exit the motorway at Imperia Ovest, then take an immediate right for Dolcedo, from there the only road to Bellissimi/Lecchiore (11km from the tollbooth).
Once in Lecchiore, take the road to the "sanctuary Acquasanta" and after about 200 meters you will find the crossroads for the lakes on the right:
On the left instead a small uphill road starts which, after 100 meters, which will take you to "casa Marta".
