We had a very good stay in this rental, which conforms to the description. We appreciated the calm (good window insulation), the clarity and all the amenities of the apartment. The owners are friendly and discreet. We recommend this apartment which allowed us to discover this beautiful region.

Very pleasant stay. The owners are ultimately welcoming and discreet who take care of their guests. Thanks again for the cold drink and its accompanying Basque cake for the road. Very warm welcome! Rental benefiting from a good location with a beautiful view! The equipment is more than generous. On the other hand, an interior refresh would be desirable: the kitchen in the hallway blah, the shower curtain blah, the 50s sideboard blah, the peeling wall paint blah! Windows that open poorly because they are poorly designed (sliding windows would be welcome)
Accueil très chaleureux ! Location bénéficiant d'un bon emplacement avec une belle vue ! L’équipement est plus que généreux. Par contre un rafraîchissement intérieur serait souhaitable : la cuisine dans le couloir bof, le rideau de douche bof, le buffet des années 50 bof, la peinture murale qui s'écaille bof ! Les fenêtres qui s'ouvrent mal car mal conçues bof ( des baies coulissantes seraient bienvenues )
This is the 3rd year in a row that my family and I have rented this accommodation and it is still a pleasure. David and Vanessa are great hosts who are always available and above all very kind. I highly recommend their accommodation which is very functional and close to all amenities. 1000 thanks to David and Vanessa and see you soon on Basque land.

The rental was well supplied in terms of accessories. The cottage was clean when we entered and the lady even gave us the keys in advance.
The only problem is that there are only 2 bay windows on the front (no other windows), so it's not possible to get a draft. So when it's hot, it's a bit complicated to sleep at night. I think it is desirable, either to install air conditioning, or at least to provide fans (contrary to the description, there are none). Summers will get hotter and hotter in the future...

La location était bien fournie niveau accessoires.
Le gite était propre à notre entrée et la dame nous a même donné les clés en avance.
Le seul souci, est qu'il n'y a que 2 baie vitrées en façade (pas d'autres fenêtres), donc pas possible de faire un courant d'air.
Donc lorsqu'il fait chaud, c'est un peu compliqué, pour dormir le soir.
Je pense qu'il est souhaitable, soit d'installer une climatisation, ou a minima de mettre a disposition des ventilateurs (contrairement à la description, il n'y en a pas).
Les étés vont être de plus en plus chaud à l'avenir...

We had a great stay in this apartment. The owner was charming on the phone and very responsive to rental terms. It was perfectly clean when we arrived. Being able to have the rental at 12 p.m. on our arrival and being able to leave it at noon is also great. This allows us to fully enjoy the stay. The bedding is of good quality. The apartment is very well equipped with appliances The environment is calm and pleasant with an exceptional view. Its location is ideal, 15 minutes walk from the center of Saint Jean. A bus stop is placed just in front allowing to go to the city center or to the beach easily in 10min (one bus per hour). We recommend this rental.

Celui ci était parfaitement propre à notre arrivée.
Le fait de pouvoir avoir la location à 12h à notre arrivée et de pouvoir le quitter à midi aussi est top. Cela nous permet de profiter totalement du séjour.
La literie est de qualité. L'appartement est très bien équipé en électroménager
L'environnement est calme et agréable avec une vue exceptionnelle.
Son emplacement est idéal, à 15 min à pied du centre de Saint Jean. Un arrêt de bus est placé juste devant permettant d'aller au centre ville ou à la plage facilement en 10min ( un bus par heure).

Very nice accommodation, true to the description. Terrace with a superb sea view where it is very pleasant to admire the sunset. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighborhood extremely kind. The bus stop that leads to the city center and the beach of Saint Jean de Luz is at the foot of the apartment. I highly recommend this rental.

SUPERB RENTAL! Ideally located, the rental complies with the description. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the accommodation. The beds are made on our arrival and the welcome from David and Vanessa is very warm. The little touches are the little extra. The air conditioning in the main room is more than enough to cool the room, the bedding is good, the neighborhood is quiet (no noise at night). We spent 15 wonderful days with our daughter and everything is done on foot....we could have extended our stay with pleasure! We hope to return for a future stay! SUPERBE LOCATION ! Idéalement située, la location est conforme au descriptif. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la propreté du logement. Les lits sont faits à notre arrivée et l'accueil de David et Vanessa est très chaleureux. Les petites attentions sont le petit plus. La climatisation dans la pièce principale suffit amplement à rafraîchir la chambre, la literie est bonne, le quartier est silencieux (aucun bruit la nuit). Nous avons passé 15jours magnifiques avec notre fille et tout se fait à pied....nous aurions pu prolonger notre séjour avec plaisir ! Nous espérons revenir à l'occasion d'un prochain séjour !
