Comfortable, adaptable, secure, easy to access, close to all amenities and above all good location if you do not have a vehicle because all transport leads to the beaches and of course to the key towns on the coast.

Indeed, the photos are taken from one year to the next and we try to improve our apartment with suggestions from our customers. It is therefore possible that the photos are not up to date from one year to the next. But most of the photos match. The Residence is still the same, a larger television makes a difference and a metal glass table and new chairs which replace the PVC chairs and table. But we take your suggestion into account and we will do our best to update them at the start of the year. We are nevertheless delighted that you enjoyed this apartment and thank you for your review.
Effectivement, les photos sont prises d'une année sur l'autre et nous essayons d'améliorer notre appartement avec les suggestions de nos clients. Il est donc possible que les photos ne soient pas à jour d'une année sur l'autre. Mais la plus grande partie des photos correspondent. La Résidence est toujours la même, une plus grande télévision fait une différence et une table métal verre et de nouvelles chaises qui remplacent les chaises et la table en PVC. Mais nous prenons votre suggestion en compte et nous nous efforcerons pour les mettre à jour en ce début d'année. Nous sommes ravis tout de même que vous ayez apprécié cet appartement et merci pour votre avis.

The accommodation is really complete, it lacks absolutely nothing in useful equipment.
The owners are very friendly and obviously, the pool of the residence is a real + as well as private parking place.

My sister and I are really pleased with our 4 night stay at this location for several reasons:
- friendly owners
-situation according to our expectations: in the city center and nevertheless calm, Bus easily accessible to visit the neighboring cities
- owner wishing to inform us and respond to our curiosity about what there was to see or do (chocolate for example)
- owner always reachable (?? ... particularly appreciated when the fire alarm is triggered by burning of toasted breads ?!)
-location clean, functional
-I appreciated very much that there is a parking place reserved in the Residence
In short, I enjoyed everything and I advise without hesitation this rental knowing that the bus or the car will be necessary to get to the beach.
