Very nice apartment and very well located with stunning sea views. Only bad point, too furnished (or inadequate furniture), implying a lack of space. We would go back anyway.

This is a very comfortable house. The small development of Troc Pinell is very pleasant, with easy access to the nearby cove, which is a perfect place for sea-swimming. The house is very well equipped, with everything needed for a self-catering holiday. The outside spaces, both cour and terrace, are ideal.
The young woman from the village who greeted us on arrival to show us around, could not have been more friendly, nor more helpful. All in all, this was a most satisfying holiday experience. We would happily recommend the property to others, and we certainly hope to return.
Hello, We are actually very satisfied with this rental. Only downside was the fridge (table top) way too small, although there was one with a much bigger freezer in the garage, both were going back and forth for people of our age. Cordially. Alain Bonnat

Seul petit bémol le réfrigérateur(table Top) beaucoup trop petit, même s'il y en avait un avec congélateur beaucoup plus grand dans le garage, les aller et retour étaient usant pour des gens de notre âge.

We spent 2 weeks of vacation in this beautiful, functional, clean apartment. The best part of this apartment: air conditioning, wifi, view of the port of Argelès-sur-Mer, 2 minutes from the beach, several restaurants just at the bottom of the building. You can also go to the city center in 15 minutes on foot. The owners are friendly people and accessible by telephone if necessary for the rental, and Élisabeth the concierge as well. We really enjoyed our stay. You can rent without hesitation.
Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances dans ce bel appartement, fonctionnel, propre. Le plus dans cet appartement : la climatisation, la wifi, vu sur le port d’Argelès-sur-Mer, à 2 minutes de la plage, plusieurs restaurants juste en bas de l'immeuble. On peut aussi aller au centre ville en 15 minutes à pied.
Les propriétaires sont des personnes sympathiques et accessibles par téléphone en cas de besoin pour la location, et Élisabeth la concierge également. Vraiment, nous avons aimé notre séjour. Vous pouvez louer sans hésitation.

Very satisfied with the stays, welcoming and available owners, the house is as in the description. In addition, it is very well equipped, we had everything on site. Having a place to park the car meant that we were free to move around, which is not easy in Argeles in high season. In conclusion, it's great. I highly recommend.
Très satisfait du séjours, propriétaires accueillants et disponibles, la maison est comme dans la description. De plus , elle est très bien équipée, on a eu tout sur place. Avoir un emplacement pour stationner la voiture a fait que nous étions libres de nos mouvements, ce qui n'est pas évident à Argeles en haute saison.
En conclusion c'est top. Je recommande vivement.

Hello, family of 4 we stayed 1 week in this studio. It is well equipped and very well located. Residence well exposed clean and with private and secure parking space. The arrival remains flexible by warning sufficiently in advance. Pleasant owner and intermediary. Only downside despite the fans once closed, whether in relation to noise until 11 p.m. from the campsite or to avoid mosquitoes, it is really hot. Air conditioning even set to avoid abuse for sleeping would be good. Cordially
Bonjour, famille de 4 personnes nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans ce studio. Il est bien équipé et très bien situé. Résidence bien exposée propre et avec place de parking privée et sécurisée.
L'arrivée reste modulable en prévenant suffisamment à l'avance. Propriétaire et intermédiaire agréables.
Seul bémol malgré les ventilateurs une fois fermé que ce soit par rapport au bruit jusqu'à 23h du camping ou pour éviter les moustiques, il fait vraiment chaud. Une climatisation même réglée pour éviter les abus pour dormir serait bien.
