Great location, good level of facilities nice and clean ready for our arrival. Close to restaurants and ski hire shops. Fabulous bakery across the road. What more could you want !
We had a very nice week, the apartment is very comfortable, quality equipment (very comfortable mattress, washing machine). The accommodation is very functional, perfectly exposed, a total change of scenery. It is located at the bottom of the center of the resort, easily accessible on foot with a sled return (extra!) the children (10/12 years old) loved it. The owner is available, the Top.
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine, l'appartement est très confortable, équipements de qualité (matelas très confortable, lave linge). Le logement est très fonctionnel, parfaitement exposé, dépaysement total. Il est situé en bas du centre de la station, accessible facilement à pied avec un retour en luge (extra!) les enfants (10/12ans) ont adoré. La propriétaire est disponible, le Top.
Small well appointed apartment with everything you need. We stayed there with our three children with no problem. The view from the balcony is magnificent. Very friendly owner, very warm welcome despite our delay. To advice

Good location. Property as advertised. We stayed as 4 adults and 2 small children and we were comfortable. Hélène was easy to deal with and always super helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

A very nice apartment, we were 6 people, beds were made on arrival and it was very clean. It is on the slopes. It is located on the 11th floor and can be reached easily by elevator. Nice contact with the owner.
Een heel fijn appartement, wij waren met 6 personen , bedden waren opgemaakt bij aankomst en hetxwas zeer schoon . Het ligt aan de piste . Het ligt op de 11 e verdieping , is goed met de lift te bereiken . Fijn contact met de eigenaar .

Apartment ideally located, cozy and adorable with all the necessary comfort. We spent a wonderful week in Avoriaz and far too short for our taste. Mr and Me N. are available and attentive. We will be sure to re-let this adorable apartment if we can next year. Thanks for everything???

Perfect rental! Clean and really functional apartment; the first time you don't crash into an apartment on the ski! Everything is clean and there is everything you need. The bedding is very very good. Really satisfied with this rental. Also, you just have to go down to the bottom of the building to have the Sherpa with everything you need for shopping and baking. Finally, we go skiing at the feet and chairlift at the bottom of the slope. It really is wonderful. There is nothing to say. Restaurants, ski rental shops, everything is in the immediate vicinity. Regarding the owner, it's wonderful to come across such a nice person! I recommend. You are not going to be disappointed, impossible.
Location parfaite! Appartement propre et vraiment fonctionnel; la première fois qu’on ne s’écrase pas dans un appartement au ski! Tout est propre et il y a tout ce qu’il faut. La literie est très très bien. Vraiment satisfaite de cette location.
Aussi, il suffit de descendre en bas de l’immeuble pour avoir le Sherpa avec tout ce qu’il faut pour faire les courses et boulangerie.
Enfin, on part ski au pieds et télésiège en bas de la piste. C’est vraiment merveilleux. Il n’y a rien à dire.
Restaurants, magasins de location de ski, tout est à proximité immédiate.
Concernant le propriétaire, c’est magnifique de tomber sur une personne aussi gentille!
Je recommande. Vous n’allez pas être déçus, impossible.

Very clean and functional apartment. Everything you need to cook without running out of dishes. The washing machine is a big plus when you have children. The rental companies are very friendly and accessible. Ski departure and that's the best. Staff at the reception agency super smiling and welcoming.
Appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner sans manquer de vaisselles. Le lave-linge est un gros point positif quand on a des enfants. Les loueurs sont très sympathiques et accessibles. Départ ski aux pieds et ça, c’est le top. Personnel de l'agence d'accueil super souriant et accueillant.
Studio very well placed (back and forth on skis) and functional (plenty of storage, ski locker ...). Nice view of the slopes and sunny rental (very bright). Good sleeping conditions and very pleasant little balcony. Good contact with the owner, very nice resort and very mild weather this week, in short it was perfect! We will come back with pleasure!

Studio très bien placé (aller et retour skis aux pieds) et fonctionnel (nombreux rangements, casier à ski ...).
Belle vue sur les pistes et location bien exposée (très lumineuse). Bon couchage et petit balcon très agréable.
Bon contact avec le propriétaire, station très sympa et en plus météo très clémente cette semaine, bref c’était parfait!
Nous reviendront avec plaisir!
