The rooms of the apartment were very nice, spacious, clean and well equipped. The kitchen was perhaps a little small, but it was apparent from the description in the listing. In addition, there are other apartments in the Rosenhof that have a larger kitchen available The family is very hospitable and cares very loving to their guests, but does not exaggerate it at that. Who wants to have his peace, is left alone. We liked the clientele of the Rosenhof no nouveau riche braggart but people like us who just want to relax and cozy enjoying only their holiday in peace.
Die Zimmer der Ferienwohnung waren sehr schön, geräumig, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Die Küche war vielleicht etwas klein, das war aber von der Beschreibung im Angebot ersichtlich. Außerdem gibt es noch andere Wohnungen im Rosenhof, die eine größere Küche vorhanden haben
Die Familie ist sehr gastfreundlich und kümmert sich sehr liebevoll um ihre Gäste, übertreibt es aber nicht dabei. Wer seine Ruhe haben will, wird in Ruhe gelassen. Uns hat auch die Klientel im Rosenhof gefallen, keine neureichen Angeber sondern Leute wie wir, die entspannt und gemütlich einfach nur ihren Urlaub in Ruhe genießen wollen.
The residence is in a great location with rooms that have a very nice view of the valley - the pool is great and as well as the surrounding lawn with deck chairs, tables, umbrellas etc, all available from morning until 22:30. The staff is friendly and very patient with those who do not know the German language. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen, complete with all the accessories possible, it works fine, the bathroom is of a size more than adequate and the shower is perfect. On the terrace you can comfortably eat: There are barbecue facilities in the garden at your disposal if you wish. Excellent parking facilities. The only painful notes: 1. The next morning in plenty of light from the window at the top and this can not be avoided. 2. The TV is small, located on a point to see her uncomfortable, and especially in the period when we were there, there you could see the Italian channels.
However, overall a nice 5, who deserved the praise if it were not for the notes .... sore.
Il residence è in ottima posizione con camere che hanno una vista molto bella sulla valle - la piscina è ottima e così come il prato che la circonda con sdraio, tavoli, ombrelloni ecc, tutto a disposizione dalla mattina fino alle 22:30. Il personale è gentilissimo e molto paziente con chi non conosce la lingua tedesca. Le camere sono spaziose, la cucina, completa di tutti gli accessori possibili, funziona benissimo, il bagno è di una grandezza più che sufficiente e la doccia è perfetta. Sul terrazzino si può comodamente mangiare: ci sono barbecue nel giardino a disposizione se lo si desidera. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggio.
Uniche note dolenti:
1. La mattina entra molta luce dalla finestra in alto e ciò non si può evitare.
2. La televisione è piccola, posta in un punto scomodo per vederla e, soprattutto, nel periodo in cui ci siamo stati, NON si vedevano i canali italiani.
Comunque nel complesso un bel 5, che avrebbe meritato la lode se non ci fossero state le note.... dolenti.

PARFAIT. La description correspond exactement à l'annonce, l'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable, rien à dire sur la restauration non plus. Et enfin la propriétaire est une dame charmante et à l'entière disposition des vacanciers.
