Very clean and well appointed studio

The apartment has recently been renovated, the presence of a washing machine and a large refrigerator is really a significant plus when we have children ...
Very quiet residence! very well located (a few minutes from the port and the beach).
Very nice swimming pools (large + paddling pool ideal for children) which are cleaned every morning.
Swimming pools supervised the A.Midi by security guard who enforces the rules of the swimming pool (for example no balls, umbrellas, fins etc ...). Some may find this abusive, but let?s be quiet! Correct parking space inside the residence

professional owners and welcoming, the reserved parking place is really a + (especially in summer).
