You got ahead of me because I thought to write you after your stay, to thank you for leaving the apartment very clean. To tell you, we arrived around noon, and we just had time to change the mattress when the tenant had already arrived and was waiting for him to hand over the keys. He is a loyal tenant, two people, who will remain until 12 August. And then he will have taken the apartment clean as you left it too.
They are only two but they love the Basque Country.

Vous m'avez devancé car je pensais vous écrire suite à votre séjour, pour vous remercier d'avoir laissé l'appartement très propre. Pour vous dire, que nous sommes arrivés vers midi, et nous n'avons eu juste le temps de changer les alèses lorsque le locataire étant déjà arrivé et m'attendais pour lui remettre les clefs. C'est un fidèle locataire, deux personnes, qui vont rester jusqu'au 12 Août. et alors il aura pris l'appartement propre comme vous l'avez laissé vous aussi.
Ils ne sont que deux mais ils adorent le Pays basque.

With reference to noise, due to some renovation work of a building under construction, work began to 8H. the morning and public holidays not work ??? But there was only room on this street, the openings are all double glazed and aluminum rolling shutters. It was a coincidence? Then that currently the work is completed. !!!. Our apartment is well insulated with double glazed windows. I find this unreasonable complaint and had nothing to do with the rented apartment.
En référence au bruit, la raison de q.q. travaux d'un immeuble en construction, les travaux commençaient à 8H. du matin, et jours fériés pas de travaux??? Mais il n'y avait qu'une chambre qui donnait sur cette rue, les ouvertures sont toutes en double vitrage et volets roulants aluminium. C'était une coïncidence? Puis qu’actuellement les travaux sont terminés.!!!. Notre appartement est bien isolé par des fenêtres en double vitrage. Je trouve cette plainte non raisonnable et n'avait rien à voir avec l'appartement loué.
