We were guests in one of the houses that Mrs. Anna in Monopoli, the house was spectacular, equipped with all the comforts, arrived at the house we found a welcome prosecco, central house in a small alley in the historic center, very quiet, we moved walk thanks to the central location of the house .. thank the owner for the courtesy and hospitality 'who gave us .. certainly we will be back! Siamo stati ospiti in una delle case che ha la signora Anna a Monopoli, la casa era spettacolare, dotata di tutti i confort, arrivati in casa abbiamo trovato un prosecco di benvenuto, casa centralissima in un vicoletto nel centro storico, molto silenzioso, ci spostavamo a piedi grazie alla posizione centrale di casa.. ringrazio la proprietaria per la cortesia e l’ospitalita’ Che ci ha dato.. sicuramente torneremo! Monopoli è bellissima!

We have been renting this sea view apartment for 3 years now and we have never regretted our choice. Nothing is missing and Michele, a very kind person, is always listening to us. Next year if there is a chance, we will still be happy to go there

We arrived in Monopoli on 11/8 and Giacomo was very hospitable and friendly to us and also with our member of the "hairy " family - our boxer. Another positive note was the cleaning of the house also the house had everything that was needed (crockery, washing machine, TV, wifi needed to clean etc.) The house is located in the historic center right next to where the evening shows were performed by street artists etc. Monopoli is also served by several buses that lead to different beaches and places to see (Caves of Castellana, Alberobello etc.)
On the terrace it was really nice to have dinner and see the view, even from the balcony on the floor of the apartment there was a beautiful sea view, my children often dined on the table and could taste a breeze.

Siamo arrivati a Monopoli il giorno 11/8 e Giacomo è stato molto ospitale e cordiale con noi e anche con il nostro componente della famiglia "peloso" - il nostro boxer.
Un'altra nota positiva è stata la pulizia della casa inoltre la casa aveva tutto ciò che serviva ( stoviglie, lavatrice, televisore, wifi necessario per pulire ecc)
La casa è posizionata nel centro storico proprio vicino a dove la sera si concentravano gli spettacoli degli artisti di strada ecc.
Monopoli è servita anche da diversi pullman che portano in diverse spiagge e posti da vedere (Grotte di Castellana, Alberobello ecc)
In terrazza era proprio piacevole cenare e vedere il panorama, anche da balconcino posto al piano dell'appartamento c'era una bellissima vista mare, i miei figli pranzavano spesso sul tavolino e potevano gustare una brezzolina.

Apartment is excellent! The view from the window is wonderful. Everything in the kitchen work, room was clean, bathroom was clean too. In the apartment there are two beach chairs and one umbrella, so you don't have to buy it in the supermarket. Also you can have dinner on the roof of this appartment, where you can watch a wonderful view on the sea, or just can take a sunbathing.
So, I recommend this appartment to stay in!
The house is as described, facing the sea, comfortable and clean; new furniture, equipped kitchen, TV, wi-fi. The points of greatest strength are the fenced parking under the house and the proximity to the sea, which is right in front of the house. Torre Canne was a real discovery, a charming and characteristic center, quiet and well kept. The owner was very kind and explained everything to know. I highly recommend this accommodation and hope to return soon.
La casa è come descritta, di fronte al mare, confortevole e pulita; arredi nuovi, cucina attrezzata, tv, wi-fi. I punti di maggiore forza sono il parcheggio recintato sotto casa e la vicinanza al mare, che è proprio di fronte l'abitazione. Torre Canne è stata una vera scoperta, un grazioso e caratteristico centro, tranquillo e ben tenuto. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e ci ha spiegato ogni cosa da sapere. Raccomando vivamente quest'alloggio e spero di tornarci presto.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo residence. L'appartamento verde piccolo ma confortevole e dotato di ogni confort, con un ampio spazio esterno. Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni richiesta . Il residence è ben tenuto, ben organizzato con un'ottima animazione . L'appartamento è vicinissimo alla spiaggia e questo da' un valore aggiunto. Mare bellissimo e ottima la posizione per visitare Ostuni e Cisternino . Siamo pienamente soddisfatti . Consigliato !

It is the third year in a row that we spend the holidays in this apartment, we are often 4 people but this year we have added a fifth person and I have to say that we have been fine. The sea view is beautiful and we can not help but fall asleep in the evening with the noise of the waves. The apartment is modern, there is nothing to spend the holidays comfortably, the welcome of Lord Michele is always warm and his discretion is perfect. È il terzo anno di fila che passiamo le vacanze in questo appartamento, spesso siamo 4 persone ma quest'anno si è aggiunta un quinta persona e devo dire che siamo stati benissimo. La vista mare è bellissima e non possiamo più fare a meno di addormentarsi la sera con il rumore delle onde. L'appartamento è moderno, non manca niente per passare le ferie comodamente, l'accoglienza del signore Michele è sempre calorosa e la sua discrezione è perfetta. L'anno prossimo, se tutto va bene, ci saremo ancora!

Very warm welcome from Mr Licio and Mrs Enza. Pleasant, simple but functional rental. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and shops (supermarket and restaurant) We did not have the accommodation currently in the photos of the ad called "boat ". Our rental was yellow "sun " and not blue. It corresponded to the photos issued in April when booking. The photos of the ad have therefore been changed. So no garden with sun loungers as advertised but a tiled courtyard with chairs. We had a great time in a beautiful area. No regrets about our choice. For info: submit a plan of the residence to the tenants. Given the immensity one loses itself very easily. PS: do not expect to fall asleep before midnight, near the amphitheater (2m from the rental). I understand that this can hinder families with very young children.
Accueil très chaleureux de Mr Licio et de Mme Enza. Location agréable, simple, mais fonctionnelle. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage et des commerces ( superette et restaurant )
Nous n'avons pas eu le logement actuellement sur les photos de l'annonce appelé " bateau". Notre location était jaune " soleil" et non bleue. Elle correspondait aux photos émises en Avril lors de la réservation. Les photos de l'annonce ont donc été changées . Donc pas de jardin avec chaises longues comme annoncé mais une cour carrelée avec chaises. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une région magnifique. Aucun regret sur notre choix.
Pour info: remettre un plan de la résidence aux locataires. Compte tenu de l'immensité on s'y perd très facilement.
PS: ne pas compter s'endormir avant minuit, proximité de l'amphithéatre ( 2m de la location ). Je comprends que cela puisse gêner des familles avec des enfants en très bas age.
