I have already stayed in this apartment several times and it is always a pleasure that I return. The location is really great, mountain views and a quiet location but really close to a ski lift to go skiing. The accommodation is really perfect with everything always. What you need to cook (utensils, cooking equipment) Several beds including a convertible sofa. Television, dishwasher and superb balcony overlooking the mountain. I always receive a great welcome and the person was always available in case of problems (especially before my arrival). Thank you very much to Mr B. and Mr S. you always make my holidays at Alpe d'Huez a success. It is with great pleasure that I will return there again.
J’ai déjà séjourné plusieurs fois dans cet appartement et c’est toujours un plaisir que j’y retourne .
La situation est vraiment au top , vue sur la montagne et endroit au calme mais vraiment près d’une remontée mécanique pour aller skier .
Le logement est vraiment parfait avec toujours tout. Ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner ( ustensiles , matériel de cuisson )
Plusieurs lits dont un canapé convertible .
Téléviseur , lave vaisselle et superbe balcon donnant vue sur la montagne .
Je reçois toujours un super accueil et la personne était toujours disponible en cas de problème.( notamment avant mon arrivée) .
Merci beaucoup à Mr B. et Mr S. vous me rendez toujours mes vacances réussies à l’alpe d’Huez .

Top rental. Well located in the city center close to all amenities (shops, ski lift, buses, shuttles) etc. We were not disturbed by road noise thanks to good sound insulation. No problem parking, car park right opposite. Very good contact with the owner. We recommend this rental without problem.
Location au top. Bien située en centre ville proche de toutes commodités, (commerces, remontée mécanique, bus, navettes)etc.
Nous n'avons pas été dérangé par le bruit de la route grâce à une bonne isolation phonique. Pas de problème de stationnement parking juste en face.
Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. Nous recommandons cette location sans problème.
The residence is very welcoming: laundry available if necessary, swimming pool, sauna, hammam, gym = enough to relax after skiing. In 10 minutes, you are in the center of the village thanks to the shuttle. Very functional and pleasant apartment (1 bathroom + a shower room and 2 toilets!) very well equipped kitchen area (only the radiator in the bathroom was not working)
La résidence est très accueillante : à disposition laverie si besoin, piscine, sauna, hammam, salle de sport = de quoi se détendre après le ski.
En 10mn, on est au centre du village grâce à la navette.

The only thing concerns the cleaning. We thought we would pay ?180; the cleaning would be done. So no; Upon departure, someone came to check the house and commented on some crumbs on the floor and the floor that had not been mopped. That had to be better. Firstly, we thought that the floor should not be cleaned with water (wood) and secondly, during previous inspections, he failed to inspect the very greasy and dirty oven and the edges and corners were full of dust. The cleaning team itself was more lenient, but said they did not have enough time to properly clean the homes.
Furthermore, it was a wonderful, well-equipped and cozy home.
Het enigste betreft de schoonmaak. Wij dachten door € 180,-- te betalen; de schoonmaak gedaan zou worden.
Nee dus; bij vertrek kwam er iemand de woning controleren en had aanmerkingen op wat kruimels op de vloer en de niet gedweilde vloer. Dat moest beter. Ten eerste dachten wij dat de vloer niet met water schoongemaakt mocht worden (hout) en ten tweede heeft hij bij eerdere contrôles verzaakt de zeer vette en vervuilde oven te bekijken en randjes en hoekjes die vol met stof lagen. De schoonmaakploeg zelf was coulanter, maar zeiden niet genoeg tijd te hebben/krijgen om de woningen goed schoon te maken.
Verder was het een heerlijke goed uitgeruste en gezellige woning.
Very clean and very well maintained apartment. Ideally located close to the slopes and shops. The welcome from the owner was perfect. I recommend this accommodation for a stay in Alpe d'Huez.

The apartment is ideally located, in the Eclose district, quiet and close to the slopes. Very convenient shops nearby. The apartment itself is very clean and up to date. The layout is well thought out. Nothing is missing. Comfortable beds, with the added bonus of a view of the mountain from the parental area. Facing south, we were able to enjoy the sun on the balcony, very pleasant. Mr. B. remains available and very responsive if necessary. We will definitely come back. I recommend this apartment +++ to those who are still hesitant!
L'appartement est idéalement placé, dans le quartier de l'Eclose, au calme et près des pistes. Commerces à proximité très pratiques.
L'appartement en lui-même est très propre, mis au goût du jour. L'aménagement est bien pensé. Il ne manque rien.
Couchages confortables, avec en prime, vue sur la montagne pour le coin parental.
Exposé plein sud, nous avons pu profiter du soleil sur le balcon, très agréable.
Mr. B. reste disponible et très réactif si besoin.
