Lovely apartment which was very well furnished and equipped. Excellent location - as close to the slopes as it's possible to get in Monetier. Everything went smoothly, including arranging bedding, early arrival etc. Would recommend.
This apartment is in a fantastic location, just one road back from the snow front/ski schools, right in the middle of the old town, yet lovely and quiet. There is a decent shop a few metres away. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. The owner was very friendly, lending us some toys for our young children. We definitely recommend!

Cozy, well-refurbished accommodation with a superb view. The parking space in the basement of the residence is really a plus. The residence is well located, near the Vars swimming pool, 10 minutes walk from the tourist office. The Point Show bus stop is located 2 minutes walk below. The bedding is comfortable. We felt at home there. Communication with the owner was smooth. Serious and friendly person. I highly recommend !
Logement cosy, bien réaménagé avec une vue superbe. La place de parking en sous-sol de la résidence est vraiment un plus. La résidence est bien située, près de la piscine de Vars, à 10mn à pied de l’office de tourisme. L’arrêt de bus point show est situé à 2mn à pied en contrebas. La literie est confortable. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous.
La communication avec la propriétaire était fluide. Personne sérieuse et sympathique. Je recommande vivement !

Very well located rental. Easy access to slopes and ski lifts. The apartment is spacious and pleasant. The view of the resort and the surrounding mountain is magnificent. Parking is a big plus. If we return to the resort we will not hesitate to take this rental again.

We had an excellent week, the apartment ideally located for skiing, Esf and shops. The station is very pleasant and lively. The apartment is as advertised, a table large enough to accommodate 9 people at the table, which is not always the case. And finally, we had very good discussions with the owners, friendly, accommodating and ready to help us

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce, une table suffisamment grande pour accueillir 9 personnes à table, fe qui n'est pas toujours le cas. Et enfin, nous avons eu de très bons échanges avec les propriétaires, sympathiques , arrangeants et prêts à nous rendre service
Young and old, we all had an excellent family stay in this friendly house, very well located since it is close to the slopes, the ski school and the shops. Very warm welcome from the owners, very pleasant old village and ski area. In short, we were all won over by Montgenèvre and we will come back!
Grands et petits, nous avons tous fait un excellent séjour en famille dans cette sympathique maison, très bien située puisque proche des pistes, de l’école de ski et des commerces. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, vieux village et domaine skiable très agréables. Bref, nous avons tous été conquis par Montgenèvre et nous reviendrons !

We had a fabulous stay! a magnificent view of the slopes and fir trees. You can see the torchlight descent and fireworks from the balcony. The apartment is spacious, lots of storage. The bedding is very good in the sofa and large bedroom, a little less good in the bunk beds. I would still like to point out that there is no fondue device as noted in the description, a little annoying when you have already bought the cheese and the microwave does not cook or grill. The sitter is very friendly, attentive and available. The resort is great for both good skiers and walkers (lots of trails in a superb setting). The apartment is located at the top of the station where you will find almost everything. The main stores are lower down but very easy to get there on foot and to go back up with the shuttle every ten minutes. I really recommend this rental.
Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour! une vue magnifique sur les pistes et sapins. Vous pouvez voir la descente aux flambeaux et le feu d'artifice depuis le balcon. L'appartement est spacieux, beaucoup de rangements. La literie est très bien dans le canapé et grande chambre, un peu moins bien dans les lits superposés. Je tiens quand même à préciser qu'il n'y a pas d'appareil à fondue comme noté dans le descriptif, un peu ennuyeux lorsque vous avez déjà acheté le fromage et que le four micro-ondes ne fait pas cuisson ou grill. La gardienne est très sympathique, à l'écoute et disponible. La station est extra aussi bien pour des bons skieurs que pour les marcheurs( beaucoup de parcours dans un superbe cadre). L'appartement se situe en haut de la station ou vous trouverez à peu près tout . Les principaux magasins sont plus bas mais très facile de s'y rendre à pieds et de remonter avec la navette toutes les dix minutes.

Apartment rented for 10 including 6 children. The layout was well suited to the group, the children had the upstairs to themselves and the parents 2 quiet bedrooms downstairs. Living room large enough for 10, very well equipped accommodation, nothing is missing! Location close to the slopes with a short walk (10 min, possibility of renting a locker from the ski rental companies at the bottom of the slopes).
Appartement loué pour 10 dont 6 enfants. L'agencement était bien adapté au groupe, les enfants avaient l'étage pour eux et les parents 2 chambres tranquilles en bas. Pièce de vie assez grande pour 10, logement très bien équipé, rien ne manque ! Localisation proche des pistes avec un peu de marche (10 min, possibilité de louer un casier chez les loueurs de ski au bas des pistes).
