I rented the apartment for 2 weeks in August and I had a great time, the photographs are real and the owner and his collaborator were kind and present for any needs. I was very good.
Ho affittato l'appartamento per 2 settimane ad agosto e mi sono trovato benissimo, le fotografie sono reali e il proprietario con la sua collaboratrice sono stati gentili e presenti per eventuali bisogni.

The holiday accommodation corresponds very well to the description given. It is very well maintained and also has a very well maintained and lovingly designed property. Everything is always kept clean, the pool cleaned daily. The landlords are very friendly. We spent a really nice holiday there.
Die Ferienunterkunft entspricht der genannten Beschreibung sehr gut. Sie ist sehr gepflegt und hat ebenfalls ein sehr gepflegtes und liebevoll gestaltetes Grundstück. Alles wird stets sauber gehalten, der Pool täglich gereinigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben dort einen wirklich schönen Urlaub verbracht.
We stayed for a week in Mr. Fernando and we really enjoyed it, the house is located in a quiet but convenient location, close to the beaches and the town of Isola Rossa, both can be reached in less than five minutes. The house is practical and functional, the only flaw is the small bathroom. The view from the garden is super, we admired beautiful sunsets over the sea. We will definitely be back if we get the chance!
Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana nella casa del sig. Fernando e siamo stati veramente bene, la casa si trova in una posizione tranquilla ma comoda, vicina alle spiagge ed al paese di Isola Rossa, in meno di cinque minuti si raggiungono entrambi. La casa è pratica e funzionale, l’unica pecca è il bagno un po’ piccolo. La vista dal giardino di casa è super, abbiamo ammirato dei bellissimi tramonti sul mare. Se avremo l’occasione torneremo sicuramente!
We stayed in both apartments and had a great time. The functional two-room apartment with a beautiful enjoyable garden, the three-room apartment with a breathtaking view. In both apartments there are dishwashers and washing machines. Two-room apartment more suitable for couples, in the three-room apartment you can comfortably sleep 4. The only drawback is the thinness of the wall that divides the apartments. .
Abbiamo soggiornato in entrambi gli appartamenti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il bilocale funzionale e con un bel giardino godibile, il trilocale con una vista mozzafiato. In entrambi gli appartamenti sono presenti lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Bilocale più adatto a coppie, nel trilocale ci si sta comodamente in 4. Unico neo la sottigliezza della parete che divide gli appartamenti.

Everything perfect as described, fully equipped apartment, I recommend renting the apartment. Near the sea, a couple of km from the center of Alghero, supermarket in front of the house and restaurants within walking distance. Thanks to Mrs. Luisa for her availability.

Ms. Luisa's house is large and very clean. Equipped with everything you need on holiday and well ventilated. The area is quiet and the center can be reached in about 30 minutes along the beautiful Alghero seafront. In addition, the possibility of using it in the garage was excellent given the very busy period. The owner is very kind and helpful, we definitely recommend this apartment for a nice holiday in Alghero
La casa della signora Luisa è grande e molto pulita. Fornita di tutto quello che può servire in vacanza e ben arieggiata. La zona è tranquilla ed il centro si raggiunge in circa 30 minuti percorrendo il bel lungomare di Alghero. Inoltre la possibilità di utilizzare in garage è stata ottima visto il periodo molto affollato. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, consigliamo sicuramente questo appartamento per una bella vacanza ad Alghero
Holiday home in a quiet, clean and comfortable location. The bathroom a bit small and with mechanical suction ... perhaps the only problem as we are used to! We spent a relaxing holiday and the cool nights were a really good ally for a good rest. The use of the car for the beach is recommended. The Li Feruli beach with free access to dogs is very suggestive and for our Yago it was really a great thing. The town is characteristic and equipped with the most necessary services. The only flaw is the absence of a gas station attendant .. The owners were friendly and very discreet but present when needed.
Casa Vacanze in posizione tranquilla, pulita e confortevole. Il bagno un po’ piccolo e con aspirazione meccanica... forse l’unico problema per come siamo abituati! Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza in relax e le notti fresche sono state davvero un buon alleato al buon riposo.
Consigliato l’uso dell’auto per la spiaggia.
Molto suggestiva la spiaggia Li Feruli con libero accesso ai cani e per il nostro Yago è stata davvero una gran cosa.
Il paese è caratteristico e dotato dei servizi più necessari. L’unico difetto è l’assenza di un benzinaio..
I proprietari sono stati cordiali e molto discreti ma presenti in caso di necessità.
Alghero is delightful, welcoming and unmissable, like Mrs. Lai's house. Spacious and airy, clean and comfortable, the house lacks nothing. Very close to the seafront, it is in an excellent position for those who prefer to be quiet but in the center. The owner is really helpful and kind. We were delighted and I think we will return. Alghero è deliziosa, accogliente e imperdibile, come la casa della signora Lai. Spaziosa e ariosa, pulita e confortevole, la casa non manca di nulla. Vicinissima al lungomare, si trova in un'ottima posiziona per chi preferisce stare tranquilli ma al centro. La proprietaria è davvero disponibile e gentile. Siamo rimasti contentissimi e penso che ci ritorneremo. Da non sottovalutare la facilità di parcheggio proprio vicino casa. Grazie Alghero e grazie signora Lai
Apartment with a beautiful patio overlooking the wonderful sea of Sardinia, very comfortable equipped with every comfort almost like a city apartment. Mr. Paolo and his mother Nina were truly hospitable and available for any need, so much so that they received us with a sweet welcome thought. If we return to Stintino we will know where to go.
Appartamento con un bellissimo patio con vista sul meraviglioso mare della Sardegna, molto confortevole dotato di ogni comodità quasi come un appartamento di città.
Il sig. Paolo e la mamma Nina sono stati veramente ospitali e disponibili per qualunque esigenza, tanto da riceverci con un dolce pensiero di benvenuto.

We are a family of two adults and a little girl, we stayed in the two-room apartment in the end of August, heading towards the hinterland, with a back garden. The apartment is located in a beautiful residence of villas with a large parking space, closed by a gate. The garden at the back, with a small table, was used by us despite the observations of a resident, such as Mr. Guido, who pointed out that the garden belonged to the residence and not to the apartment. It was not communicated to us and we used it quietly. The location is truly exceptional, five minutes walk from Pelosa and Pelosetta and very close to a Minimarket, bar, newsstand and two restaurants. The only flaw of the first day were the ants, a problem that despite the disinfestation concerned the entire residence. Mrs. Anna was immediately available bringing us a vacuum cleaner. With the poison we immediately solved the problem. Perhaps, I would like to say, we were precise and careful in addressing this problem, but I cannot say that when we arrived the house was dirty, on the contrary. Having a baby, I would have liked to be informed before this one leftproblem that thanks to our intervention was immediately resolved. Another small flaw is the low water flow in the dinner time. One evening my husband was unable to take a shower and not late in the evening. In conclusion, I recommend the accommodation for the location, the beauty of the area and how it is furnished, there is all the essentials. For any problem you can really count on the availability of Mrs. Anna. So I would go back and recommend it.
Siamo una famiglia di due adulti e una bimba, abbiamo soggiornato a fine agosto nel bilocale che da’ verso l’entroterra, con un giardino sul retro. L’appartamento si trova all’interno di un bel residence di ville con un ampio posto auto, chiuso da cancello. Il giardino sul retro, con tavolino, e’ stato utilizzato da noi nonostante le osservazioni di un residente, tale signor Guido, che faceva notare che il giardino fosse di proprietà’ del residence e non dell’appartamento. A noi non era stato comunicato e l’abbiamo usato tranquillamente. La posizione e’ davvero eccezionale, a cinque minuti a piedi da Pelosa e Pelosetta e vicinissimo a un Minimarket, bar, edicola e due ristoranti. Unica pecca del primo giorno sono state le formiche, problematica che nonostante la disinfestazione riguardava tutto il residence. La signora Anna e’ stata sin da subito disponibile portandoci un aspirapolvere. Con del veleno abbiamo risolto subito il problema. Forse, mi vien da dire, siamo stati po precisi e attenti ad affrontare questo problema, ma non posso dire che al nostro arrivo la casa fosse sporca, anzi. Avendo una bambina, avrei gradito essere informata prima della partenza di questa problematica che grazie al nostro intervento si e’ subito risolta. Un’altra piccola pecca e’ la scarsa portata dell’acqua nell’orario di cena. Una sera mio marito non e’ riuscito a fare la doccia e non in tarda serata. Concludendo, consiglio l’alloggio per la posizione, la bellezza della zona e per come e’ arredato, cè tutto l’essenziale. Per qualunque problema si può davvero contare sulla disponibilità della signora Anna. Quindi tornerei e lo consiglierei.

We enjoyed it, the house was exactly as it was described, the very beautiful place. The only small beach flaw and always full stress and at home non-potable water that with a one-year-old child was a bit uncomfortable especially to wash it without ingesting it. However definitely a positive judgment!
Ci siamo trovati bene, la casa era esattamente come veniva descritta, il posto molto bello.
Unica pecca spiaggia piccola e sempre stress piena e in casa acqua non potabile che con un bambino di un anno era un po' scomoda soprattutto per lavarlo senza che la ingerisse.
Comunque sicuramente un giudizio positivo!
With my wife and my two daughters we stayed for two weeks in the apartment with the smaller veranda and we were very satisfied. The apartment is well equipped, nice and clean. Sara welcomed us making us find delicious treats and cool drinks in the fridge, which we really appreciated. He also provided us with a lot of information on what to visit in the vicinity and on the various beaches in the area and the last day allowed us to leave calmly, in the late afternoon; so we had the chance to take a last bath, taking advantage of all the time we had before the return journey. Thanks Sara for the nice vacation: we were very good!
Con mia moglie e le mie due figlie abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane nell'appartamento con la veranda più piccola e siamo stati molto soddisfatti. L'appartamento è ben accessoriato, curato e pulito. Sara ci ha accolti facendoci trovare dei deliziosi dolcetti e bevande fresche in frigo, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Ci ha fornito anche molte informazioni su cosa visitare nelle vicinanze e sulle diverse spiagge in zona e l'ultimo giorno ci ha permesso di partire con calma, nel pomeriggio inoltrato; abbiamo così avuto la possibilità di fare un ultimo bagno, sfruttando tutto il tempo che avevamo a disposizione prima del viaggio di rientro. Grazie Sara per la bella vacanza: siamo stati molto bene!
