If we put aside the somewhat tricky access to rental, everything is perfect. Spacious bedrooms, a very well equipped and functional kitchen, several bathrooms, an attentive and responsive owner.
Si on met de côté l'accès à la location un peu délicat, tout est parfait. Des chambres spacieuses, une cuisine très bien équipée et fonctionnelle, plusieurs salle de bains, un propriétaire à l’écoute et réactif.
Very pleasant apartment, well located for visiting Briançonnais, the Ecrins National Park, as well as Queyras and Italy. The apartment is near a shopping center, ideal for shopping. The interior is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob), also a washing machine in the bathroom. The owners are welcoming and available during the stay. Perfect, we recommend this apartment.
Appartement très agréable, bien situé pour visiter le Briançonnais, le Parc National des Écrins, et aussi le Queyras et l'Italie. L'appartement est près d'un centre commercial, idéal pour faire des courses. L’intérieur est propre et confortable. La cuisine est bien équipée (lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, plaque cuisson induction), aussi une machine à laver à la salle de bain. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles pendant le séjour. Parfait, nous recommandons cet appartement.
Housing very correct, very complete, just 2 remarks: it really lacks, at the time we are, an internet connection, or even wifi if only to do research on the surroundings and a relaxing seat to enjoy the outdoors.

Lovely apartment which was very well furnished and equipped. Excellent location - as close to the slopes as it's possible to get in Monetier. Everything went smoothly, including arranging bedding, early arrival etc. Would recommend.
This apartment is in a fantastic location, just one road back from the snow front/ski schools, right in the middle of the old town, yet lovely and quiet. There is a decent shop a few metres away. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. The owner was very friendly, lending us some toys for our young children. We definitely recommend!
Young and old, we all had an excellent family stay in this friendly house, very well located since it is close to the slopes, the ski school and the shops. Very warm welcome from the owners, very pleasant old village and ski area. In short, we were all won over by Montgenèvre and we will come back!
Grands et petits, nous avons tous fait un excellent séjour en famille dans cette sympathique maison, très bien située puisque proche des pistes, de l’école de ski et des commerces. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, vieux village et domaine skiable très agréables. Bref, nous avons tous été conquis par Montgenèvre et nous reviendrons !

Apartment rented for 10 including 6 children. The layout was well suited to the group, the children had the upstairs to themselves and the parents 2 quiet bedrooms downstairs. Living room large enough for 10, very well equipped accommodation, nothing is missing! Location close to the slopes with a short walk (10 min, possibility of renting a locker from the ski rental companies at the bottom of the slopes).
Appartement loué pour 10 dont 6 enfants. L'agencement était bien adapté au groupe, les enfants avaient l'étage pour eux et les parents 2 chambres tranquilles en bas. Pièce de vie assez grande pour 10, logement très bien équipé, rien ne manque ! Localisation proche des pistes avec un peu de marche (10 min, possibilité de louer un casier chez les loueurs de ski au bas des pistes).
Apartment almost at the foot of the slopes. Very sunny and crossing. Also very close to the lively shopping center, the ice rink and the swimming pool which is very pleasant after a day outdoors.
Appartement quasiment au pied des pistes. Très ensoleillé et traversant. Très proche aussi du centre commercial vivant , de la patinoire et de la piscine ce qui est bien agréable après une journée en plein air.
Well equipped apartment with everything you need. Convenient to the center and the facilities. Maybe I would better check the food packages left by the various guests, for example there was some expired salami. Our parking space in the garage has always been occupied by another car and we have left the car outside in the various parking lots. The rest all fine.
Appartamento ben attrezzato di tutto il necessario. Comodo al centro e agli impianti.
Forse controllerei meglio le confezioni di cibo che vengono lasciate dai vari ospiti, c’era ad esempio del salame scaduto.
Il nostro parcheggio in garage è sempre stato occupato da un’altra autovettura e noi abbiamo lasciato l’auto fuori nei vari parcheggi.
Il resto tutto benissimo.
