We were very satisfied with this rental occupied for 3 weeks. The accommodation is very clean, pretty and very well equipped: cooler, folding seats and beach towels etc?. A warm welcome from Anita and Frédéric with a welcome planter. The necessary for breakfast and much more. They are very caring and available. Important bedding in 160 very comfortable. Nous avons été très satisfaits de cette location occupée pendant 3 semaines. Le logement est très propre, coquet et très bien équipé : glacière, sièges pliants et serviettes de plage etc….
Un accueil chaleureux d’Anita et Frédéric avec un planteur de bienvenue. Le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner et bien plus encore. Ils sont très attentionnés et disponibles.
Important la literie en 160 très confortable. La piscine est grande et propre.
Le marché du Diamant est tout proche à pied.

Cet appartement a été notre coin de Paradis le temps de notre séjour. Tout y est, il ne manque rien, vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous.
La vue de la terrasse vous permettra de vous évader, la situation de ce bien est vraiment bonne, proche de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants, vous pouvez vous déplacer à pieds sans problème.

Indeed, the location is super well located, very close to the town with its local shops (bakery at 150 m and supermarket at 200 m). Imagine yourself on the heights of the city with a breathtaking view of the sea and the coconut palms: in front of you the Diamond Rock and to your right the Morne Larcher. Breathtaking view!!! No noise, only the singing of birds because there are birds that come on the flowers (hummingbird?) which is therefore very pleasant to hear and see.
The studio is very well designed and furnished. It is also very clean. We really appreciated the outdoor kitchen with all the equipment we needed (coffee maker, toaster, hob, microwave oven, citrus press, etc.), a table with 2 chairs and two deckchairs, the drying rack on the terrace. The main room is large with a large closet in the hallway leading to the bathroom: sufficiently large TV, wifi, refrigerator and air conditioningare not noisy, the ceiling fan is appreciable especially when you don't like the air conditioning, Table with 2 chairs, 1 armchair. Small cooler available for picnics or shopping. The bathroom is functional. Possibility to use the washing machine outside, Parking space. Linen is changed weekly.
The kindness and benevolence of the owners contribute to making the stay wonderful: always a little hello, a kind word. And the most important thing is that everyone lives respecting the other.

Aucun bruit, seulement le chant d’oiseaux car il y a des oiseaux qui viennent sur les fleurs (colibri …) ce qui est donc très agréable à entendre et à voir.
Le studio est très bien conçu et aménagé. Il est également très propre.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la cuisine extérieure avec tous les équipements désirés (cafetière, grille-pain, plaque de cuisson, four à micro onde, presse agrume…) une table 2 chaises et deux transats, le séchoir à linge sur la terrasse.
La pièce principale est grande avec un grand placard dans le couloir menant à la salle de bain : la TV suffisamment grande, wifi,
le réfrigérateur et la climatisation ne sont pas bruyants,
le ventilateur au plafond est appréciable surtout lorsqu’on n’aime pas la clim,
Table avec 2 chaises, 1 fauteuil.
Petite glacière à disposition pour partir en pique nique ou faire les courses.
La salle de bain est fonctionnelle.
Possibilité d’utiliser la machine à laver le linge à l’extérieur,
Place de parking.
Le linge est changé chaque semaine.
La gentillesse et la bienveillance des propriétaires contribuent à rendre le séjour formidable : toujours un petit bonjour, un mot gentil.
Et la chose primordiale est que chacun vit en respectant l’autre.
Ideal location... apartment ok except for a steep staircase to get there. Would have preferred an electric plancha rather than an oven and a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived
Lieu idéal... appart ok si ce n'est un escalier un peu raide pour y accéder. Aurions préféré une plancha électrique plutôt qu'un four et une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo à notre arrivée

We spent a dream family vacation in the house of Alain F. The house is very well equipped, very clean, the beds are large and very comfortable. Above all, the view is extraordinary: view of the sunrise and the sea. The direct access to the sea is pure happiness. The small swimming pool is at perfect temperature. Alain is very friendly and was a great help in telling us the sites to visit and the contacts to make to organize these visits. The area is quiet and close (by car) to the small town of Diamant where there are shops. The beautiful beaches of Anse d'Arlet/Dufour are about fifteen minutes away and the airport is about 40 minutes away so very accessible. I highly recommend this rental and wish I could return.
Nous avons passé des vacances de rêves en famille dans la maison de Alain F. La maison est très bien équipée, très propre, les lits sont grands et très confortables. Surtout la vue est extraordinaire : vue sur le levé de soleil et sur la mer. L'accès direct à la mer est du pur bonheur. La petite piscine est à parfaite température.
Alain est très sympathique et a été d'une grande aide pour nous indiquer les sites à visiter et les contacts à prendre pour organiser ces visites.
Le quartier est calme et à proximité (en voiture) de la petite ville du Diamant dans laquelle on trouve les commerces. Les belles plages de Anse d'Arlet/Dufour sont à une quinzaine de minutes et l'aéroport est à environ 40 minutes donc très accessible.
Je recommande vivement cette location et souhaiterais pouvoir y retourner.
