Very comfortable apartment, with everything you need for a great week of vacation. A large bedroom with a double bed, a large living room with comfortable sofas (sofa beds) and a well-equipped kitchen. The room with a bunk bed is very small and it gets hot, but it is acceptable. Air conditioning in living room/kitchen and bedroom works well. The hostess is very friendly, as is Mr. Alcino who handed over the keys. The only negative aspect is having to clean the apartment before leaving.
Apartamento muito confortável, com tudo o necessário para uma ótima semana de férias. Um quarto grande de cama de casal, sala grande com sofás(sofás-cama) confortáveis e cozinha bem equipada. O quarto com beliche é muito pequenino e torna-se quente, mas é aceitável.
Ar condicionado na sala/cozinha e quarto funciona bem.
A anfitriã é muito simpática, assim como o sr alcino que entregou a chaves.
O único aspeto negativo é ter de fazer limpeza do apartamento antes de sair.
We are very satisfied with the accommodation. Spacious, clean, well equipped and located. One night we were hot, we told the owner and in no time he appeared with fans for the bedrooms (the living room has air conditioning). If we're back in the area we'll look it up.
Estamos muy satisfechos con el alojamiento. Amplio, limpio, bien equipado y situado.
Una noche pasamos calor, se lo comunicamos al propietario y en un tris apareció con ventiladores para los dormitorios (el salón tiene aire acondicionado).
Si volvemos por la zona lo buscaremos.
Spacious apartment tastefully decorated. Friendly and accommodating owner. The residence is very clean inside. Small flat the exteriors are poorly maintained.

I already knew the accommodation from a previous rental and the friendliness of the owners, as well as the condition of the apartment, made us return. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Excellent apartment. This is like new. Very clean. Views of the sea. Very quiet village and close to the center of the village of Alvor and Pingo Doce. Very friendly landlady. Trustworthy rental. I highly recommend it.

Alvor is a small and peaceful town very attractive! Although we have discovered other such pleasant towns, we believe that Alvor is ideal for families or couples seeking rest, the pleasures of good fish restaurants, clean and not too crowded beaches, Boats to discover the landscape!

L'appartement est très agréable et est doté de tous les équipements nécessaires livrés en très bon état.
Nous avons trouvé l'appartement très propre avec tout le linge nécessaire.
C'est la première fois que nous visitons le Portugal et avons vraiment fait le bon choix en terme de destination.
Alvor est une petite ville paisible et très attachante ! Même si nous avons découvert d'autres villes aussi agréable, nous pensons que Alvor convient parfaitement aux familles ou aux couples qui cherchent le repos, les plaisirs de bons restaurants de poissons, une plage propre et pas très peuplée ou bien encore les virées dans les bateaux pour découvrir le paysage !
Je remercie Mme GRAMOSO pour la qualité de son appartement et recommandons vivement cette location aux familles.

I found a clean apartment, and fully equipped as described and as the announcement of the images. Located in quiet area with great access and surrounded by all that is lacking (restaurants, supermarkets, shopping and 3 minutes from the beach if you use the car). The only repair has to do with the departure time that is set for 10 am and consider very early for someone who is on vacation. I preferred that the output was around noon. I recommend without doubt. Thank you
Encontrei um apartamento limpo, e completamente equipado conforme descrito e tal como nas imagens do anuncio. Localizado em zona calma mas com ótimo acesso e rodeado de tudo o que faz falta (restaurantes, supermercados, comércio e a 3 minutos da praia se utilizar o carro). O único reparo tem a ver com a hora de saída que está estipulada para as 10h e considero muito cedo para alguém que está de férias. Preferia que a saída fosse por volta do meio dia. Recomendo sem dúvida. Obrigado

The apartment that we rented for two weeks almost entirely met expectations. It is immaculate and very well maintained.The is somewhat remote from the town of Alvor (10à15 min walk) and about 30 min from the beach. But once you know public transport is best to do. Rent a car is another option. There is satellite TV in the ad, but this is not the case, you can only receive 4 Portuguese posts. For the rest, a beautiful view from the balcony. The pool is clean and the people are friendly. For those who like a quiet holiday, highly recommended.
Het appartement dat wij gehuurd hebben voor twee weken voldeed bijna volledig aan de verwachtingen. Het is er kraaknet en zeer goed onderhouden.Het ligt wat afgelegen van het stadje Alvor (10à15 min wandelen) en op ongeveer 30 min van het strand. Maar eens je het openbaar vervoer kent is het best te doen. Een auto huren is een andere optie. Er staat in de advertentie sateliet TV, dit is echter niet zo, je kan enkel 4 Portugese posten ontvangen. Voor de rest een prachtig uitzicht vanop het balkon. Het zwembad is er proper en de mensen zijn er vriendelijk .Voor wie houd van een rustige vakantie, zeker een aanrader.
This apartment was clean and within walking distance to one of the beaches. It has a lovely pool. The apartment is comfortable for max 2 people. There is a market, restaurant and pub all within walking distance.
Apartment very well located, no car was needed to get to the beach. Very spacious with restaurants and shops in the building. Very helpful and attentive landlord.
