Simple apartment but complete with everything, especially very clean. Very nice owners. Quiet the country and in a convenient location. We will definitely be back.

We have been here for one week in August and have been happy with this flat. It is bright, spacious, perfectly equipped and nicely furnished. Great for a family with 2-3 kids looking like the calm in the mountains. Beds are very comfortable. The surroundings are so beautiful and people very friendly. I can not really mention a negative point, there were none. Price to quality relation is very correct. So we had a great time and would be happy to come back next year, hopefully with another fantastic summer like this one.

The house is located in a strategic point in the Biois valley, you can easily reach Mount Civetta, the Passo del Pellegrino, the Gares waterfalls and many other destinations. I recommend visiting the church of San Simon really very impressive. The house is fully equipped and very comfortable. Mr. Giorgio (the person who welcomed us) was very friendly and helpful. We will come back with great pleasure.
La casa è situata in un punto strategico nella valle Biois, si posso raggiungere in pochi minuti il monte Civetta, il passo del Pellegrino, le cascate del Gares e tante altre mete. Consiglio di visitare la chiesa di San Simon veramente molto suggestiva. La casa è attrezzata di tutto e molto confortevole. Il Sig. Giorgio (la persona che ci ha accolti) è stato molto cordiale e disponibile.

The house is very clean and cozy, the bathroom is new and the kitchen equipped with everything you need. The hosts were really nice, helpful and they gave us a great welcome! Below the house there is a small grocery, a bar and a sandwich where you can eat right by spending the right. The place is beautiful, very quiet and in two minutes drive you can reach Santa Fosca where there are shops, mini markets, playground etc. ... is just a nice place to spend a quiet holiday, especially for families!
La casa è molto pulita e accogliente,il bagno è nuovo e la cucina provvista di tutto il necessario. I padroni di casa sono stati veramente gentili, disponibili e ci hanno riservato un ottima accoglienza! Sotto casa c'è un piccolo alimentari, un bar e una paninoteca dove si mangia benissimo spendendo il giusto.Il posto è bellissimo, molto tranquillo e in due minuti di macchina si può raggiungere Santa Fosca dove ci sono negozi, minimarket, parco giochi ecc... è proprio un bel posto dove trascorrere una tranquilla vacanza, sopratutto per le famiglie!

L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort, ha un bagno nuovissimo e caldo, la camera matrimoniale ha una finestra lucernario con vista Monte Pelmo stupenda, l'ambiente è silenzioso e riservato, la sala sempre con lucernario è luminosa, la cucina spaziosa ed attrezzata, la seconda camera piccola ma accogliente. Sono stato una settimana con i miei due figli e ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo anche con la famiglia di sotto molto cordiale e disponibile. tornerò sicuramente.
NB a differenza degli altri appartamenti le spese per le pulizie finali sono già comprese.

We found many board games that have graced our evenings. Television petite and receive Mediaset channels absent (cmq this for us is not a note of dissatisfaction, indeed). The heating is electric, the main hall there is a beautiful parlor. We prefer the fire with wood that is not treated, whereas here it is essential to buy wood briquettes at the supermarket and consequently the power needs of the use of the firelighter; it happened that the fire go out (perhaps for our failure) and re-ignition caused smoke in the room. The well-stocked Sacchet shop with friendly and polite. The Falcade plants are close (10 min drive), if you want you can also easily reach Alleghe (20 min drive). As there is a lot of snow (only artificial snow) we could reach Canazei by car. The owner helpful, friendly and pleasant.
Appartamento confortevole e rispondente alle aspettative ed esigenze. Spazioso e ben fornito.
Necessario portarsi le lenzuola, il resto della biancheria è fornita. Abbiamo trovato molti giochi da tavolo che hanno allietato le nostre serate. Televisione piccolina e ricezione canali Mediaset assente (cmq questo per noi non è nota di insoddisfazione, anzi). Il riscaldamento è elettrico, nella sala principale c'è una bellissima stube. Noi preferiamo il fuoco con legna non trattata, mentre qui è indispensabile acquistare i tronchetti di legna al supermercato e conseguentemente l'accensione necessita dell'uso della diavolina; capitava che il fuoco si spegnesse (forse per nostra incapacità) e la riaccensione causava fumo nella stanza. Il negozio di Sacchet ben fornito, con personale gentile ed educato. Gli impianti di Falcade sono vicini (10 min di auto), volendo si raggiunge facilmente anche Alleghe (20 min di auto). Non essendoci molta neve (solo innevamento artificiale) abbiamo potuto raggiungere Canazei in auto.

We recently returned from a wonderful holiday of 15 days in Selva di Cadore and we stayed in this apartment. The surroundings of Selva are in my view among the most beautiful places in the Dolomites. The apartment corresponded perfectly to the description of the site, the spaces are wide and we also were very comfortable few days when we were 6 people. The agreements entered into with the owner were always accurate and fast. Our demands on the check in and check out were met despite the owner is not present on the spot. I recommend to everyone staying in this apartment.
Siamo tornati da poco da una bellissima vacanza di 15 giorni a Selva di Cadore e abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento. I dintorni di Selva sono a mio avviso tra i luoghi più belli delle Dolomiti. L'appartamento corrispondeva perfettamente alla descrizione del sito, gli spazi sono ampi e noi siamo stati molto comodi anche alcuni giorni in cui siamo stati in 6 persone. Gli accordi intercorsi con il proprietario sono stati sempre precisi e veloci. Le nostre richieste in merito al check in e al check out sono state soddisfatte nonostante il proprietario non sia presente in loco. Consiglio a tutti il soggiorno in questo appartamento.
