Beautiful place in the perfect location. Amazing and accommodating hosts, we could not have asked for a better place and location to stay. Perfect driving distance to really neat neighboring towns including Matera, Alberbello, Cisternino. Very close to beach and great restaurants. If you are visiting Puglia, you will not regret staying here! The hosts are so nice and suggest great places to visit. Highly recommended!

It is very good position for family with kids, good size of the apartment ,we likes option with garage and washing machine, ok- furnishers cloud be better but it not too bad, only one thing is missing- wi-fi!
I know its old building but today it big things because we need the information’s about tourist information and also because jobs ,today you must be available for your jobs even when you on vacations. Everything else is very good

The lady was already waiting for us outside for a check-in, water and welcome prosecco in the fridge. Clean and functional apartment. On the large L-shaped balcony always sun and shade, 100 meters away from the sea. They kindly allowed us a late check-out. We had a great time, we recommend!
La signora si trovava già ad aspettarci fuori per un checkin, acqua e prosecco di benvenuto in frigo. Appartamento pulito e funzionale. Sul grande balcone a L sempre sole ed ombra, distanza dal mare 100 metri. Gentilmente ci hanno concesso un late check-out. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, raccomandiamo!
The holiday apartment has everything you need. The location directly on the beach is very good. There is a supermarket right next door that has everything you need. If you are looking for absolute peace and quiet, this apartment is not the right one, but then you should generally not live on the beach promenade. Various restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, so you can easily do without the car. All in all, I can highly recommend the apartment.

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Die direkte Lage am Strand ist sehr gut. Direkt nebenan ist ein Supermarkt, der alles hat was man benötigt. Wenn man absolute Ruhe sucht ist die Wohnung nicht das richtige, aber dann sollte man grundsätzlich nicht an der Strandpromenade wohnen.
Diverse Restaurants sind in direkter Nachbarschaft, sodass man auf das Auto gut verzichten kann. Alles in allem kann ich dir Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen nett und alles hat völlig unkompliziert geklappt.

If you love Puglia, but don't want to be in the chaos, this house is perfect, it is located in a strategic position both for those who like to stay put and for those who want to travel around Salento. The owners are delightful people, always ready to give directions and welcome your every need with open arms! There were two of us with a little dog, who between the garden surrounded by greenery and the long beaches of soft sand was undecided about what to do every day! We stayed for two weeks, where we regenerated!
Se cercate relax e pace questa casa è l’ideale. Casa ben curata, molto pulita con un balcone vista mare stupendo. Se amate la Puglia, ma non stando nel caos questa casa è perfetta, si trova in una posizione strategica sia per chi gradisce stare fermo, sia per chi vuole girare il Salento. I proprietari sono persone squisite, sempre pronti a dare indicazioni e accogliere ogni vostra esigenza a braccia aperte! Noi eravamo in due con una cagnolina, che tra il giardino immerso nel verde e le lunghe spiaggie di sabbia soffice era indecisa su cosa fare ogni giorno! Noi siamo stati due settimane, dove ci siamo rigenerati!

Appartamento nuovo e ben rifinito. Ottimo anche il livello di pulizia. Casa completa di tutte le dotazioni necessarie . Presente sia posto auto privato che portabici condominiale, anche se l'appartamento si trova solo al primo piano abbiamo trovato comodo l' ascensore per portare i bagagli in appartamento. Le proprietarie sono state disponibili , presenti e gentili tanto da dotarci di materiale informativo e comunicarci anche gli eventi estivi che si sarebbero svolti a Cupra . Soddisfatti della scelta.
First time in Termoli, we chose the structure for its proximity to the sea and for the characteristics of the apartment that matched a lot with the requests of our 2 families 4 adults and 3 children. We were welcomed by Pietro and his wife Franca who showed us all the potential of the structure and then we met their children Maria, Enrico and the very nice grandmother. The owners live in the property and are always present for any requests or simply to recommend restaurants or excursions. The structure is well cared for and clean: a covered car park with shade cloth a reserved place for eating out and a barbecue available, 3 outdoor showers with hot water at any time. The outlet to the sea is enviable but the most appreciated thing is the tranquility of the beach, furthermore for each apartment there is an umbrella and 2 deck chairs available. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything that could be needed on holiday, there is the rental of bed linen and towels available, which is not obvious but much appreciated which we have found and havingfound the beds ready. There are also washing machines available and a place to hang out your laundry. Franca managed to make us feel at home, always present and punctual, she also delighted us with her cheese and egg meatballs, what can I say are spectacular other than a restaurant...... Our experience was very positive, beautiful area, excellent restaurants and excellent people. Franca and her family have remained in our hearts.
Prima volta a Termoli , abbiamo scelto la struttura per la sua vicinanza al mare e per le caratteristiche dell’appartamento che si abbinavano molto con le richieste delle nostre 2 famiglie
4 adulti e 3 bambini .
Siamo stati accolti Da Pietro e dalla moglie Franca che ci hanno illustrato tutte le potenzialità della struttura e successivamente abbiamo conosciuto i figli Maria ,Enrico e la carinissima nonna.
I proprietari abitano nella struttura e sono sempre presenti per eventuali richieste o semplicemente per consigliare ristoranti o escursioni.
La struttura si presenta bene molto curata e pulita: un parcheggio auto coperto con telo ombreggiante un posto riservato per mangiare fuori e a disposizione un barbecue ,3 docce all’esterno con acqua calda a qualsiasi ora .
Lo sbocco sul mare è invidiabile ma la cosa più apprezzata è la tranquillità della spiaggia , inoltre per ogni appartamento c’è un ombrellone e 2 sdraio a disposizione.
L’appartamento era pulitissimo e dotato di tutto quello che possa servire in vacanza , c’è a disposizione il noleggio di biancheria da letto e asciugamani , cosa non scontata ma molto apprezzata che abbiamo riscontrato e aver trovato i letti già pronti.
A disposizione ci sono anche delle lavatrici e un posto dove stendere il bucato.
Franca è riuscita a farci sentire a casa , sempre presente e puntuale inoltre ci ha deliziato con le sue polpette cacio e ova che dire spettacolari altro che ristorante ……..
La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva , bellissimo territorio , ottimi ristoranti e ottime persone.
Franca e la sua famiglia ci sono rimasti nel cuore .

We stayed a week in 2 families at villa Maria. We had a great time the villa and even more beautiful than what you see in the photos, very clean and equipped with everything you need. Vincenzo is very kind and very quick in satisfying small requests and solving any problems. The strong point are the outdoor spaces with a huge veranda, a well-kept garden and a panoramic terrace with sea view on the first floor. Torre Rinalda offers little but the sea is beautiful and for those seeking tranquility it is the top. Thank you Vincent and Maria!
Siamo stati una settimana in 2 famiglie a villa Maria. Siamo stati benissimo la villa e anche più bella di quello che si vede in foto, pulitissima e fornita di tutto il necessario. Vincenzo è molto gentile e velocissimo nel soddisfare piccole richieste e risolvere eventuali inconvenienti. Pezzo forte gli spazi esterni con una grandissima veranda un giardino molto curato e un terrazzo panoramico con vista mare al primo piano. Torre Rinalda offre poco ma il mare e' bello e per chi cerca tranquillità e'il top. Grazie Vincenzo e Maria!
