We are in Contrada Maragani, a coastal strip between Menfi and Sciacca, characterized by a coast beaten by a clear and clean sea, marked for many years by the blue flag, and by a beach of white pebbles ("the white jackets" from which takes its name from the famous neighboring beach of the same name) and sand. The seabed, initially low and sandy, also makes it an ideal destination for families with small children.
We have two delightful and independent bungalows located inside a seaside residence, residential only, 150m from Maragani beach on the border with the famous Giache Bianche beach in Bertolino di Menfi.
You can walk directly down to the sea, only a gate separates the residence from the crystal clear waters of our coast.
The sea is sandy and is also shallow for a good stretch (ideal for families with small children), the beach is made up of an initial stretch of large white pebbles and sand.

Subject to availability, you can choose which one you prefer to book or if necessary you can rent both and the maximum beds available become 9 to accommodate up to a maximum of 8 adults and a child.
The two bungalows are next to each other and have an assigned parking space in front of your bungalow.
4-BED BUNGALOW
The bungalow is composed as follows:
-A bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.
-A bathroom with internal shower.
-A living area equipped with a two-seater sofa bed (2 single beds) and a kitchenette.
Naturally the bungalow is equipped with pots, cutlery, glasses and everything needed for the kitchen.
The strong point of the bungalow is the large private outdoor space that can be enjoyed day and evening.
The large outdoor space is equipped with:
-A veranda in front of the entrance to the bungalow with table and chairs for breakfast
-An additional external veranda with external built-in kitchen with large barbecue, table and chairs forhave lunch/dinner
-A very comfortable outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
5-BED BUNGALOW
The bungalow is composed as follows:
-A bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

-A living area equipped with a three-seater sofa bed (3 single beds, one of which is a bunk bed. Sofa bed ideal for two/three children or two adults and a child. Not suitable for three adults.), refrigerator and kitchen.

The strong point of the bungalow is the large private outdoor space that can be enjoyed day and evening.

-An external brick kitchen, not equipped, with camping stove.

Our beach is free and can be reached on foot, while by car you can reach the nearby and more famous one in a few minutesequipped beach of Capo San Marco with bathing beaches, restaurants and pubs.
The proximity of our bungalows to the city of Sciacca will allow you to discover and savor the beauty and at the same time the simple authenticity of this delightful seaside town known not only for the sea, but also for the carnival, coral, ceramics and fresh fish.
The bungalows are about 10/15 minutes by car from the center of Sciacca, for supermarkets, groceries and shops you need to get to the town.

Un luogo che riteniamo speciale, a pochi chilometri da Sciacca, dove poter trascorrere da soli o in compagnia di amici una vacanza “disturbata” da rumori quali possono essere le onde del mare o il canticchiare degli uccellini. Ci troviamo in Contrada Maragani, una fascia costiera tra Menfi e Sciacca, caratterizzata da una costa battuta da un mare limpido e pulito, contrassegnato da tanti anni da bandiera blu, e da una spiaggia di ciottoli bianchi ("le giache bianche" da cui prende il nome l'omonima e famosa confinante spiaggia) e di sabbia. Il fondale, inizialmente basso e sabbioso, la rende anche una meta ideale per le famiglie con bimbi piccoli.
Disponiamo di due deliziosi e indipendenti bungalow che si trovano all'interno di un residence sul mare, solo residenziale, a 150mt dalla spiaggia di Maragani al confine con la celebre spiaggia delle Giache Bianche di Bertolino di Menfi.
Al mare si scende direttamente a piedi, solamente un cancello separa il residence dalle acque cristalline della nostra costa.
Il mare è di sabbia ed è anche basso per un bel tratto (ideale per famiglie con bimbi piccoli), la spiaggia è composta da un tratto iniziale di grossi ciottoli bianchi e sabbia.

Il bungalow è così composto:
-Una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, armadio e cassettiera. La camera da letto è dotata di aria condizionata.
-Un bagno con doccia interna.
-Una zona giorno dotata di divano letto due posti (2 letti singoli) e angolo cottura.
Naturalmente il bungalow è provvisto di pentole, posate, bicchieri e tutto ciò che occorre per la cucina.
Punto forte del bungalow è l'ampio spazio esterno privato di cui poter fruire giorno e sera.
L'ampio spazio esterno è dotato di:
-Una veranda davanti l'ingresso del bungalow con tavolo e sedie per la colazione
-Un'ulteriore veranda esterna con cucina esterna in muratura con grande barbecue, tavolo e sedie per pranzare/cenare
-Una comodissima doccia esterna con acqua calda e acqua fredda.

Il bungalow è così composto:

La nostra spiaggia è libera e si raggiunge a piedi, mentre con la macchina in pochi minuti si può raggiungere la vicina e più famosa spiaggia attrezzata di Capo San Marco con i lidi balneari, ristoranti e pubs.
La vicinanza dei nostri bungalow con la città di Sciacca, vi permetterà di scoprire e assaporare la bellezza e nello stesso tempo la semplice genuinità di questa deliziosa cittadina sul mare nota naturalmente oltre che per il mare, per il carnevale, il corallo, la ceramica e il pesce fresco.
I bungalow distano circa 10/15 minuti di macchina dal centro di Sciacca, per supermercati, alimentari, negozi occorre arrivare in paese.

LUOGHI DI INTERESSE
Situati a Sciacca in una posizione strategica della Sicilia Occidentale,i nostri bungalow sono per’altro un perfetto punto di partenza per visitare tanti luoghi sia di interesse culturale che di interesse prettamente turistico.
Menfi,e la sua infinita spiaggia di Portopalo,insignita anche per quest’anno per la 19° volta di fila della Bandiera Blu dalla FEE (Federation for Environmental Education), dista circa un quarto d’ora di strada.
A 30 Km si trova Caltabellotta,una delle più antiche città della Sicilia che ha conservato il privilegio di poter dominare dall’alto del suo Castello Luna tutti i centri urbani che nelle serene notti d’estate, con i loro brillanti luccichìi, segnalano l’area e i confini entro i quali un tempo si ergevano i suoi imponenti castelli.
A 37 Km in direzione Ovest si trova Selinunte, area archeologica tra le più suggestive del Mediterraneo,si estende per 1740 km quadrati,è il parco archeologico più grande d’Europa
A 40 Km sulla strada per Agrigento è sita Eraclea Minoa, città fondata nel VI sec. a.c. su un suggestivo promontorio a picco sul mare.
A 53 Km si trova Siculiana Marina con la sua riserva naturale di Torre Salsa dal mare limpidissimo e ricco di flora e fauna.
A 56 Km a Realmonte (vicino Porto Empedocle) si trova la meravigliosa Scala dei Turchi, una scogliera bianca sul mare dall’aspetto di una grande scalinata naturale di pietra calcarea,diventata nel tempo un'attrazione turistica sia per la singolarità della scogliera, di colore bianco e dalle peculiari forme, sia a seguito della popolarità acquisita dai romanzi con protagonista il commissario Montalbano scritti da Andrea Camilleri, in cui tali luoghi vengono citati (vicino è l'immaginario paese del commissario,Vigata).

Laddove la storia della Sicilia conserva ancora le tracce indelebili del suo passato,a metà strada tra Sciacca e Menfi i nostri bungalow rappresentano un punto di partenza strategico per chi volesse arricchire il soggiorno con escursioni naturalistiche e culturali.
Plenty of outdoor space, plenty of shade, parking is fine. The outdoor shower is ideal! The kitchen has recently been renewed. The bed in the bedroom is not large (max 180 cm long).
Part of the neighborhood is dilapidated and abandoned, which is a pity. The bungalow itself also has some cracks that have been neatly removed ;-) The quality of the stuff of the bungalow has also had its longest time (unfortunately the owner still thinks that everything is brand new ;-(
The beach is about a 3-minute walk away, but lying there is almost impossible. There is a better option if you walk a few minutes further. Or just get in the car and drive to one of the many beautiful beaches! Every day at the end of the morning, bread can be bought from a bakery that visits the grounds.
The bungalow is secluded. That's a quality, but keep in mind that everything (restaurant,supermarket, provincial road, etc.) is at least about 10-15 minutes away. Central location to visit towns and sights.
