The structure, made up of two separate units, is located in an excellent position, a few meters from the green grotto and a fantastic pastry shop. The apartments are large and spacious, very airy, with small terraces, and hot outdoor showers. The only flaw, in the apartment below, is the shower next to the toilet. Luigi is a very kind and very helpful person. All very nice. Strategic position to visit other places in Salento.
La struttura, composta da due unità distinte, si trova in un'ottima posizione, a pochissimi metri dalla grotta verde e da una fantastica pasticceria. Gli appartamenti sono ampi e spaziosi, molto arieggiati, con terrazzini, presenti docce esterne calde. Unica pecca, nell'appartamento sotto, la doccia a ridosso del gabinetto. Luigi è una persona molto gentile e molto disponibile. Tutto molto bello. Posizione strategica per visitare altre località del Salento.
Beautiful house, clean and comfortable, with two spacious terraces overlooking the sea and a well-kept garden. The house is very close to the sandy beach, where we went directly in our bathing suit. A holiday spent in serenity !! Thanks to Mr. Vincenzo and his mother for the welcome and hospitality. Villa Lecce in Torre Rinalda will remain in our memory for a long time.
Bellissima casa, pulita e confortevole, dotata di due terazzi spaziosi vista mare e un giardino ben curato.La casa è vicinissima alla spiaggia di sabbia, dove andavamo direttamente in costume da bagno.Una vacanza trascorsa in serenità!!Ringrazio signor Vincenzo e sua madre per l'accoglienza e ospitalità. Stay in a villa with friends for 16 people. Beautiful and pleasant weekend. Internal villa a bit dated but equipped with all comforts. Fantastic pool and garden.

We stayed in 10 (3 families with children from 9 months to 12 years). The photos do not convey the beauty of the structure well. The house far exceeded our expectations. The place is strategic, just go a few kilometers and you find yourself in the most beautiful places in Salento. Mr. Luigi (owner) is very thoughtful, helpful and endowed with a kindness of the past. I strongly recommend if you want to spend a relaxing, fun holiday in a wonderful place with a welcome that makes you feel more than at home. We will definitely be back.
Abbiamo soggiornato in 10 (3 famiglie con bambini da 9 mesi a 12 anni). Le foto non rendono bene la bellezza della struttura. La casa ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative. Il posto è strategico, basta fare qualche chilometro e ti ritrovi nei luoghi più belli del Salento. Il signor Luigi (proprietario) è molto premuroso, disponibile e dotato di una gentilezza d'altri tempi. Consiglio fortemente se si vuole passare una vacanza rilassante, divertente in un luogo meraviglioso con un'accoglienza che ti fa sentire più che a casa. Torneremo sicuramente.
We had a perfect stay in this big and beautiful house. We were three families of 4 and the house is full of spaces to isolate ourselves or go about our activities at any time of the day. The beach (crowded in August but it's not very serious) is 1 minute away. Only downside: the bar at the top of the neighboring hill which makes the whole seaside enjoy its music until two-thirty in the morning...
Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cette grande et belle maison. Nous étions trois familles de 4 personnes et la maison regorge d’espaces pour s’isoler ou vaquer à ses activités à toute heure de la journée. La plage ( bondée au mois d’août mais ce n’est pas très grave ) est à 1mn.
Seul bémol : le bar en haut de la colline voisine qui fait profiter tout le bord de mer de sa musique jusqu’à deux heures trente du matin …
The house fully corresponds to what is described on the site. Both the internal and external spaces are kept very well (clean and tidy) and can be exploited to the fullest. The location is truly strategic: a few steps from the beach and a few kilometers from many very significant and famous destinations in Salento. The terrace on the upper floor is very beautiful and offers a splendid sea view. The owners are very good and always available, ready to intervene promptly for any eventuality.
La casa corrisponde pienamente a quanto descritto sul sito. Sia gli spazi interni, sia quelli esterni sono tenuti molto bene (puliti e ordinati) e possono essere sfruttati al meglio. La posizione è davvero strategica: a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e a pochi km da tante mete molto significative e famose del Salento. Molto bella la terrazza al piano superiore di cui si gode un spendida vista mare. I porporietari sono molto getili e sempre disponibili, pronti a intervenire tempestivamente per qualsiasi evenienza.
The house located in our layout was perfectly suited to the description: large, neat, clean and really comfortable. The property is located a few steps from a beautiful free beach which was (congratulations to the Authorities!) Clean, safe and tidy. A very suitable place for families who want a clean sea and tranquility. A thought to the owner, Mr. Vincenzo and his mother, Mrs. Maria. Very kind, caring, hospitable and never intrusive people, always attentive to the needs and requirements of their guests. L'abitazione posta a ns. disposizione è risultata perfettamente rispondente alla descrizione: ampia, curata, pulita e veramente comodissima. L'immobile è ubicato a pochi passi da una bella spiaggia libera che è risultata ( complimenti alle Autorita'!) pulita, sicura ed ordinata. Un luogo adattissimo a famiglie che desiderano un mare pulito e tranquillità. Un pensiero al proprietario, signor Vincenzo e alla madre, signora Maria. Persone gentilissime, premurose, ospitali e mai invadenti, sempre attente alle esigenze ed ai bisogni dei propri ospiti. We, three adults and six young Swiss, spent two wonderful weeks in Andrano. The house (actually two houses) was super for us. We had enough space inside and out for our needs. Everything we needed was available in the house and in the kitchen. When it was a bit cold, Luigi would bring us blankets - he was always there when we needed him - so it was a pleasure! Thanks once again for the good wine, the peppers and the biscuits from your garden ... When we were there, in late September / early October, most of the bars and restaurants were closed and there was no shopping in Marina di Andrano and there weren't many guests left. Castro and Andrano are not far, but a car is needed. The rocky beach is beautiful, even when it is windy there is always a place to get wet. We will come again, Luigi!
Noi, tre adulti e sei giovani svizzeri, abbiamo trascorso due settimane meravigliose ad Andrano.
La casa (in realtà sono due case) era super per noi. Avevamo abbastanza spazio dentro e fuori per le nostre esigenze. Tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno era disponibile in casa e in cucina. Quando faceva un po' freddo, Luigi ci portava delle coperte - era sempre lì quando avevamo bisogno di lui - quindi è stato un piacere! Grazie ancora una volta per il buon vino, gli peperoncini e gli biscotti del tuo orto...
Quando siamo stati lì, alla fine di settembre / inizio ottobre, la maggior parte dei bar e dei ristoranti erano chiusi e non c'era la possibilità di fare shopping a Marina di Andrano e non c'erano molti ospiti rimasti. Castro e Andrano non sono lontani, ma è necessaria una macchina.
La spiaggia rocciosa è bellissima, anche quando c'è vento c'è sempre un posto per bagnarsi. Verremo di nuovo, Luigi!
Beautiful and very hospitable house, just renovated with high quality materials and solutions, both externally and internally. All interior spaces are very large and easy; fully functional electrical and plumbing services. Magnificent position facing the sea and a large veranda that is very enjoyable for breakfast, lunches and dinners. Quiet and peaceful location, very pleasant and not far from the most beautiful beaches of Salento and the magnificent Gallipoli. The owners are very friendly and kind and available for any support
Casa bellissima e molto ospitale, appena ristrutturata con materiali e soluzioni di elevata qualità, sia negli esterni che negli interni.
Tutti gli spazi interni sono molto ampi e agevoli; servizi elettrici e idraulici perfettamente funzionanti.
Magnifica posizione fronte mare e ampia veranda godibilissima per colazione, pranzi e cene.
Location tranquilla e silenziosa, molto piacevole e a poca distanza dalle più belle spiagge del Salento e dalla magnifica Gallipoli.
