Very nice accommodation that combines modern and old. The kitchen equipment is very extensive. There are different seating options and the property is spacious and well fenced. The short walk across the street to the sea is unique. The communication with the landlord was flawless. The only downside is the directly adjacent main road, since the noise level is quite high. On the other side of the house, this is no longer so noisy. We really enjoyed our time and can recommend the villa with a clear conscience.
Sehr schöne Unterkunft, die Modern und Alt miteinander vereint. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr umfangreich. Es gibt unterschiedliche Sitzmöglichkeiten und das Grundstück ist weitläufig und gut umzäunt.
Der kurze Fußweg über die Straße zum Meer ist einmalig.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief einwandfrei.
Einziger Nachteil ist die direkt angrenzende Hauptstraße, da der Lärmpegel doch recht hoch ist. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses ist dies nicht mehr so geräuschintensiv.
Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und können die Villa mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Very nice holiday home for the whole family, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back. The welcome was very warm. The fantastic view of the bay from Issambres to St. Tropez from almost every room was the absolute highlight! The rooms are tastefully and lovingly furnished, the photos in the description were all up to date. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are various seating areas on the terrace. The sea with many sandy beaches is only 4 minutes away by car. The house was very quiet, the pool was heated. It was also great that there was a small apartment in the basement with a bathroom and kitchen, ideal for grandparents, for example. We also enjoyed that there was a parents' room on the first floor with a bathroom and a small balcony.
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für die ganze Familie, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Der traumhafte Blick auf die Bucht von Issambres bis nach St. Tropez aus fast allen Zimmern war das absolute Highlight! Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Fotos in der Beschreibung waren alle aktuell. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auf der Terrasse gibt es verschiedene Sitzecken. Das Meer mit vielen Sandstränden liegt nur 4 Autominuten entfernt. Das Haus lag sehr ruhig, der Pool war beheizt. Toll war auch, dass im Souterrain eine eigene kleine Wohnung zur Verfügung stand, mit Bad und Küche, ideal für z.B. Großeltern. Genossen haben wir auch, dass im 1. Stock ein Elternzimmer mit Bad und kleinem Balkon eingerichtet war.

We had a great week in the villa. Roll down shutters, airco, pool, table tennis, 2 kitchens, bbq, close to the sea, stunning views,... this villa has it all.
However when we arrived we felt the house didn't smell fresh in some rooms, it was very hot and the apartment downstairs felt like it hadn't been used for a while. Because there was no airco in the app (it is written, so we knew) it's difficult to sleep there because of the heat.
All in all after staying there for a week we felt very pleased . I recommend this house.
We spent two really nice weeks in Marie's house. The heated pool and the view are amazing. We especially liked the upper floor. The apartment on the lower floor is a bit darker than the upper floor, but this is certainly an advantage in summer, as it is always a bit cooler here than upstairs. Otherwise, there are also air conditioners upstairs that we didn't need for cooling in April. Communication with Marie and Claire, who look after the house on site, was always nice and courteous. We would have liked to come back in the fall, but unfortunately the house is already occupied. Maybe in summer!
Wir haben im Haus von Marie zwei wirklich schöne Wochen verbracht. Der beheizte Pool und die Aussicht sind fantastisch. Besonders das obere Stockwerk hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung in der unteren Etage ist etwas dunkler als die obere, was aber sicherlich ein Vorteil im Sommer ist, da es hier immer etwas kühler ist als oben. Ansonsten gibt es oben aber auch Klimageräte, die wir im April noch nicht zum Kühlen benötigten. Die Kommunikation mit Marie und Claire, die das Haus vor Ort betreut, war immer nett und zuvorkommend. Wir wären gerne direkt auch im Herbst wiedergekommen, aber leider ist das Haus schon belegt. Vielleicht im Sommer!
We have had a great time in the holiday home. Everything was clean and lovingly furnished. The keys were handed over on time. We received a friendly welcome and were surprised by welcome presents. Chilled wine and scents from Provence. Thanks so much.
If we had any questions, we could always contact the landlord or Sandrine and always received a quick answer. Our small dog was allowed to travel with us and the property is completely fenced. The terrace is also protected by a grid. So families with small children can also feel comfortable. The pool was clean and the pool man always visited us on Fridays. The sun shines on the pool until 7.30 p.m. due to the good location. We saw unforgettable sunrises and enjoyed the fantastic view. Already at breakfast at the long family table it was relaxing to have the view of the sea. A plancha was available to us and we could grill specialties from the Cote d'Azur. Electric shutters provide sun protection and each room has air conditioning. Thanks to our landlord. Ilona

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus erleben dürfen. Alles war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Pünktlich fand die Schlüsselübergabe statt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und Begrüßungspräsente überraschten uns. Gekühlter Wein und Düfte aus der Provence.

Bei Fragen konnten wir stets den Vermieter oder Sandrine kontaktieren und haben immer eine schnelle Antwort erhalten. Unsere kleiner Hund durfte mitreisen und das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Auch die Terrasse ist durch ein Gitter geschützt. So können auch Familien mit Kleinkindern sich wohlfühlen.
Der Pool war sauber und der Poolmann besuchte uns immer Freitags. Die Sonne bescheint noch bis 19.30 Uhr den Pool, durch die gute Lage.
Wir haben unvergessliche Sonnenaufgänge gesehen und die traumhafte Aussicht genossen. Schon beim Frühstück am langen Familientisch war es entspannt die Aussicht auf das Meer zu haben.
Ein Plancha stand uns zur Verfügung und wir konnten Spezialitäten von der Cote d´Azur grillen.
Elektrische Fensterläden sorgten für den Sonnenschutz und in jedem Zimmer ist eine Klimaanlage.

The accommodation corresponds to the description and the pictures. There are some outdoor seating options, so you can always find a spot in the shade. The sea view is beautiful, you can't get enough of it. Only the busy coastal road is very noisy. Nevertheless, a great house, in which we would like to come back.
Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Es gibt einige Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien, so dass man immer einen Schattenplatz findet. Der Meerblick ist wunderschön, man kann sich gar nicht satt sehen. Lediglich die stark befahrene Küstenstraße ist sehr laut. Trotzdem ein tolles Haus, in das wir gerne wiederkommen.
We really had a great vacation in this house. Unique is the great sea view that you can enjoy from the upper terrace as well as from the lower terrace and the pool. The rooms are lovingly and tastefully decorated - we felt very comfortable! The small village "les Issambres" is also very nice and you can find everything you need there. The contact with the owners was always very nice and helpful. Also Claire, who welcomes you on site is very sympathetic and you can contact her (or the owners) at any time with questions. We are very happy to come back!
We had a wonderful holiday in this accommodation! The owner didn't over-promise; we felt completely comfortable and found everything as described. A beautiful house with a wonderful view and a large heated swimming pool. The equipment is clean and the beds are comfortable. There is everything you need to enjoy a carefree holiday! The environment is calm and very beautiful, the beach is accessible in 20 minutes on foot. The village of Les Issambres is very friendly. Saint-Tropez is easily accessible by boat. We warmly thank the owners!
Nous avons passé des vacances superbes dans ce logement ! La propriétaire n'a pas fait de promesses excessives ; nous nous sommes sentis parfaitement à l'aise et nous avons tout trouvé comme décrit. Une belle maison avec une vue magnifique et une grande piscine chauffée. L'équipement est propre et les lits sont confortables. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour profiter de vacances sans soucis ! L'environnement est calme et très beau, la plage est accessible en 20 minutes à pieds. Le village des Issambres est très sympathique. Saint-Tropez est facilement accessible en bateau. We had a great family stay! The house is perfectly suited to accommodate 2 families with children. It is very functional and completely redone on the upper floors and fully air-conditioned. The whole family was able to enjoy the sea and meals outside with 2 beautiful terraces. The children really enjoyed the table football! and our adorable dog from the completely fenced park. Thank you for the welcome too, we will all keep fond memories of our holidays in Sainte Maxime.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille ! La maison est tout à fait adaptée pour héberger 2 familles avec enfants. Elle est très fonctionnelle et totalement refaite dans les étages et entièrement climatisée. Toute la famille a pu profiter de la mer et des repas à l'extérieur avec 2 belles terrasses. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié le babyfoot ! et notre adorable chien du parc complètement clôturé. We had a wonderful family holiday in this very beautiful villa, in a quiet area, near the Gaillarde beach; family beach. It is a very spacious villa and we were able to live there with 4 families in a relatively independent way. The services presumed on the advertisement are well below what this beautiful villa actually offers to its guests: a very beautiful swimming pool but above all a very spacious terrace offering a view as pleasant both day and night. Finally, the people who greeted us on our arrival and to whom we handed over the keys to our departure are very friendly, as are the owners, very attentive when we needed them. To recommend to those who want to spend an unforgettable vacation.
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très belle villa, au calme, près de la plage de la Gaillarde; plage familiale. C'est une villa très spacieuse et nous avons pu y vivre avec 4 familles d'une manière relativement indépendante. Les prestations présumées sur l'annonce sont bien en dessous de ce que cette belle villa offre en réalité à ses hôtes : très belle piscine mais surtout une terrasse très spacieuse offrant une vue aussi agréable le jour que la nuit. Enfin, les personnes qui nous ont accueillis à notre arrivée et à qui nous avons remis les clés à notre départ sont très sympathiques, tout comme les propriétaires, très à l'écoute lorsque nous en avons eu besoin. A recommander à ceux qui veulent passer des vacances inoubliables.

Nothing to say, everything is perfect: charming decoration, quality equipment, for a very reasonable price. Extra week in this fully equipped house. We liked the sea view, the access to the beach on foot 5 minutes walk, everything was perfect. The house is very well decorated, the new swimming pool is well equipped with deckchairs for all, the garden is very beautiful and we were able to take full advantage of the ping-pong table and the bowling alley in addition to the swimming pool. The region is very beautiful. We keep in mind this rental which allowed us to spend unforgettable holidays!
Semaine extra dans cette maison toute équipée. Nous avons aimé la vue sur la mer, l'accès à la plage à pied à 5 minutes de marche, tout était parfait. La maison est très bien décorée, la piscine neuve est bien équipée avec transats pour tous, le jardin est très beau et nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la table de Ping poing et du boulodrome en plus de la piscine. La région est très belle. Nous gardons en tête cette location qui nous a permis de passer des vacances inoubliables!

Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful crockery, large indoor table and around the pool with many deckchairs, as well as a plancha. Good bedding and above all a special arrangement for 2 bedrooms, my grandchildren being in armchairs, the whole house is wheelchair accessible and all in impeccable cleanliness. Villa avec beaucoup de charme, avec de beaux meubles très chaleureux, nous avons vécu une semaine de bonheur, en famille complète de 14 à 73 ans soit 12 personnes, sans aucune gêne.
Cuisine sur équipée, belle vaisselle, grande table intérieure et autour de la piscine avec de très nombreux transats, ainsi qu'une plancha.
Bonne literie et surtout un aménagement spécial pour 2 chambres, mes petits enfants étant en fauteuil, toute la maison est accessible en fauteuil et le tout dans une propreté irréprochable.
