Villa that fully meets the expectations and description given. Kitchen equipped with everything, beautiful bathroom, bedroom in the standard. outdoor barbecue; in the evening eating outside under the patio was very relaxing.

Cucina fornita di tutto,bagno bello, camera da letto nella norma.Giardino antistante tenuto bene con posto macchina adatto a macchine non grandi.Proprietario della villetta Sebastiano ,gentilissimo e disponibile,vacanza tutto OK.Molto utile la doccia esterna e la possibilita' di barbecue esterno;la sera mangiare fuori sotto il patio e'stato molto rilassante.
Very hospitable, clean and well-organized apartment on the ground floor of a beautiful building, with outdoor space for eating. Nothing is missing, the very kind and helpful owner has equipped her with every need. The building is located a stone's throw from the main street and about 1.5 km from the Simius beach. If we pass by Villasimius again we will return.
Appartamento molto ospitale, pulito e ben organizzato ricavato al piano terra di una bella palazzina,dotata di spazio esterno per poter mangiare.non manca nulla ,la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile l'ha dotata di ogni necessità.
La palazzina si trova a due passi dalla via principale ed a 1,5 km circa dalla spiaggia di Simius.
Se passeremo ancora da Villasimius ci ritorneremo.

The apartments look exactly like the description, the furniture is spartan but you still have everything you need available. The cleanliness is impeccable and Mrs Grazietta has always been present and willing to satisfy our needs.
Gli appartamenti si presentano esattamente come nella descrizione, l'arredamento è "spartano" ma si ha comunque a disposizione tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. La pulizia è impeccabile e la signora Grazietta è stata sempre presente e disponibile a soddisfare le nostre esigenze.
The house is cozy, set in a tranquil setting, the outdoor veranda very comfortable for al fresco dining! Courtesy of the home owner and maximum cleanliness in the apartment (equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay). I enjoyed the outdoor veranda, where it is possible to eat. Campus beach is very beautiful, you can walk to it, but you can get there by car because the parking is in front of the beach. Also in this period Villasimius welcomes tourists with characteristic shops and restaurants. Thanks for the hospitality!
La casa è accogliente, inserita in un contesto tranquillo, molto comoda la veranda esterna per poter cenare al fresco! Cortesia del proprietario di casa e massima pulizia nell'appartamento (dotato di tutte le comodità necessarie per un soggiorno rilassante). Ho apprezzato la veranda esterna, dove è possibile mangiare. La spiaggia di Campus è molto bella, si può raggiungere a piedi facendo una passeggiata, ma ci si può arrivare in auto perché il parcheggio è davanti la spiaggia. Anche in questo periodo Villasimius accoglie i turisti con negozi e locali caratteristici. Grazie per l'ospitalità!
We spent two weeks at Villasimius in these apartments! Very nice studio, great for a studio and very comfortable. Really strategic location, a stone's throw from the main boulevard where everything is found (restaurants, market, bars, pharmacy, post office, etc.). Parking available in front of and not for a fee. In the street below there is a bar / bakery is greengrocer. The Council is for families and young couples.
Abbiamo trascorso due settimane a Villasimius in questi appartamenti! Monolocale molto carino, grande per essere un monolocale e molto comodo. Posizione veramente strategica, a due passi dal viale principale in cui si trova di tutto (ristoranti, market, bar, farmacia, poste ecc). Parcheggio disponibile davanti e non a pagamento. Nella via sottostante vi è un bar/panificio è fruttivendolo. Lo Consiglio sia per famiglie che per giovani coppie.

We were two couples on vacation. Ms. Grazietta rented us a great and spacious accommodation on the ground floor. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a nice spacious living room. The house location is strategic. It is located in the center of Villasimius, beautiful village with shops and restaurants. To go to the beach you take your car and you can reach the most beautiful beaches. Comfortable beds, big closets. The kitchen is a little 'dated, but it has everything you need (and then, on vacation, you adapt). The owner is very kind, helpful and always there for any need. It was a great holiday!
Eravamo due coppie in vacanza. La signora Grazietta ci ha affittato un alloggio grande e spazioso al piano terra. Due camere da letto e due bagni, un bel soggiorno ampio. La posizione della casa è strategica. Si trova in centro a Villasimius, bellissimo paesello con negozi e locali. Per andare al mare si prende l'auto e si raggiungono le spiagge più belle. I letti sono comodi, gli armadi grandi. La cucina è un po' datata, ma possiede tutto il necessario (poi, in vacanza, ci si adegua). La proprietaria è molto gentile, disponibile e sempre presente per qualsiasi necessità.
E' stata una bella vacanza!

The studio is comfortable, agibilissimo, clean, functional for an older person ... bright dry ventilated ... ideal location close to downtown and convenient to get to the sea!

Excellent location, due to its proximity to the sea (stupendo!) that the walk (and local shops). Accommodation in good condition and comes with everything. Would definitely recommend it.

Brand new apartment, well furnished. I also enjoyed the presence of the washing machine. The owner is always available, living in the same building. The resort of Villasimius is also really beautiful.
Appartamento nuovissimo, ben ammobiliato. Ho apprezzato anche la presenza della lavatrice. La proprietaria è sempre disponibile, abitando nello stesso edificio.

The apartment I rented in a building is new and very clean. It is a few meters from the sea and therefore all services (banks, post offices, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. ..) are within walking distance. The Lady Grazietta, which owns the building, is always present and has always been very helpful for any need.
L'appartamento da me affittato è in uno stabile nuovo e molto pulito. Si trova a pochi metri dalla via del mare e pertanto tutti i servizi (banche, poste, supermercati, farmacie etc..) sono raggiungibili a piedi.
La Signora Grazietta, proprietaria dello stabile, è sempre presente e si è sempre dimostrata molto disponibile per qualsiasi necessità.
The pictures are inadequate to describe the validity of the structure: large well-kept garden, porch with tutt comfort, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, living room bright and comfortable, equipped with all appliances working properly as described. The house is situated in an excellent position to reach all the most beautiful beaches in the area. Also good reception of Mrs. Ernesta that goes far beyond the formal courtesy
Le foto sono insufficienti per descrivere la validità della struttura: grandissimo giardino curato, portico dotato di tutt i confort, camere spaziose con letti comodi, soggiorno luminoso e confortevole; dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici ben funzionanti come da descrizione. La casa è situata in un'ottima posizione per raggiungere tutte le spiagge più belle della zona. Ottima anche l'accoglienza della signora Ernesta che va ben oltre la formale cortesia
