We enjoyed our stay in the house, all very clean and as per description ... I would like to especially point out the availability and kindness of the owner, Pino Caramagno ... really friendly, discreet and attentive to our needs. In addition, at the end of our stay gave us the excellent Nero d'Avola. I sincerely recommend to all those who plan to stay in Avola!
Ci siamo trovati molto bene nella casa, tutto molto pulito e come da descrizione dell'annuncio... soprattutto vorrei segnalare la disponibilità e la gentilezza del proprietario, Pino Caramagno... davvero molto gentile, discreto e attento alle nostre esigenze. Inoltre al termine del nostro soggiorno ci ha regalato dell'ottimo nero d'Avola.
Lo consiglio sinceramente a tutti coloro che hanno intenzione di soggiornare ad Avola!
The apartment is as it is described in the ad, with all the amenities. Mr. Pino is a unique availability, for whatever it was enough to call and within 10 minutes we had (he lives nearby). For 2 weeks we had a great time and if you do not want to go to the beach, you could safely take the sun in the garden and if you have small children, the garden area is perfect. I recommend to everyone.
L'appartamento è così come viene descritto sull'annuncio, con tutte le comodità. Il sig Pino è stato di una disponibilità unica, per qualsiasi cosa bastava chiamare e in 10 minuti era da noi (abita nelle vicinanze). Per 2 settimane siamo stati benissimo e se non si voleva andare al mare,si poteva prendere tranquillamente il sole anche in giardino e se si hanno bambini piccoli, la zona del giardino è perfetta. Consiglio a tutti.
What do you say? Very nice and well organized ... do not miss anything! The owner very kind and helpful. The house is located on a tree-strategic turn in Avola and there are no parking problems. All wonderfully positive!
Cosa dire? Casa molto bella e ben organizzata... non manca assolutamente nulla! Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. La casa si trova lungo un viale strategico per girare ad Avola e non ci sono problemi di parcheggio. Tutto meravigliosamente positivo!
The apartment was nice and functional. Located approximately 150 m from the beach. Not far from the town center can also be reached on foot. Not far away are the shops. A great base for excursions in the province. Pity we only stayed a week.
L'appartamento era gradevole e funzionale. Collocato a circa 150 m dalla spiaggia. Non lontano dal centro del paese raggiungibile anche a piedi. Poco lontano si trovano gli esercizi commerciali. Un'ottima base per le escursioni in provincia. Peccato aver soggiornato solo una settimana.

Home pleasant and comfortable. Landlord very very friendly and helpful! House ten minutes walk from the sea, close to supermarkets, bars, cinema ... By car you can make countless trips to the beach, you can visit Siracusa, Noto, Modica ... It is really worth! E 'was also an unforgettable holiday by the gastronomic point of view (cannoli, granita, almond paste, ice cream, fresh fish, gipolle of Giarratana, melons ...).

Con la macchina si possono fare innumerevoli gite al mare, si possono visitare Siracusa, Noto, Modica...

E' stata una vacanza indimenticabile anche dal punto di vista gastronomico (cannoli, granite, pasta di mandorle, gelati, pesce fresco, gipolle di Giarratana, meloni...).
The house is in conformity with the description, very fresh, spacious, comfortable position is to go to the beach and in the center of Avola. Nearby (5 minutes walk) there are 2 supermarkets, a fish market and other shops. The owner is very friendly and helpful for any need, we found ourselves very well, picked us up at the bus station and and greeted us with pastries typical of Sicily. I would recommend this house to anyone traveling without a car for its strategic location. Who is in Avola must visit Noto, is a really beautiful city and is just 15 minutes drive from Avola. There are buses that leave from Piazza Trieste. I would recommend this house for your holiday in Sicily.
La casa è conforme alla descrizione, molto fresca, spaziosa, posizione comoda sia per andare in spiaggia che in centro di Avola. Nelle vicinanze (5 minuti a piedi) ci sono 2 supermercati, una pescheria e altri negozi. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, ci siamo trovati molto bene, è venuto a prenderci alla stazione del bus e e ci ha accolti con dei pasticcini tipici di Sicilia. Consiglio questa casa a tutti quelli che viaggiano senza macchina per la sua posizione strategica.
Chi viene ad Avola deve visitare Noto, è una città veramente splendida e si trova a soli 15 minuti di macchina da Avola. ci sono i pullman che partono dalla piazza Trieste.

The holiday was perfect. All corrispodeva to what you had been written in the ad. We found it clean and the owner even made us a welcome gift (a pack of biscuits with almonds typical of the region). The owner explained everything and made to sign a lease giving clarification on. Throughout the stay was always very helpful and responded quickly to our every request. We totally relaxed in the spacious bedrooms and corrodio out on the porch where we could enjoy lunch and dinner and always in the shade with a nice cool breeze, good for the hot afternoons. The house is located in a strategic area, 15 minutes walk from the sea and 10 minutes walk from the city center. It's pretty much the center of everything. The town is very quiet and people friendly and available.
Everything was to our liking, will definitely be back in Avola because the place was a delight and who knows maybe we are lucky enough to find again the same home free.

La casa vacanze era perfetta. Tutto corrispodeva a ció che era stato scritto nell´annuncio. L´abbiamo trovata pulita ed il proprietario ci ha anche fatto un regalo di benvenuto ( un pacchetto di dolcetti alle mandorle tipiche della regione).
Il proprietario ci ha spiegato tutto e fatto firmare un contratto d´affitto dandoci delucidazioni in merito. Durante tutto il soggiorno è stato sempre molto disponibile ed ha risposto in maniera rapida ad ogni nostra richiesta.
Ci siamo totalmente rilassati nelle ampie stanze da letto e nel corrodio fuori sulla verandina dove potevamo goderci pranzo e cena sempre all´ombra e con un bel venticello fresco, toccasana per i pomeriggi caldi.
La casa è ubicata in una zona strategica, 15 minuti a piedi dal mare e 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della cittá. È praticamente al centro di tutto. La cittadina è molto tranquilla e le persone socievoli e disponibili.
Tutto è stato di nostro gradimento, ritorneremo sicuramente ad Avola perchè il posto era un incanto e chissà magari avremo la fortuna di trovare di nuovo la stessa casa libera.
Il proprietario è una persona squisita, siamo stati praticamente sempre in contatto telefonico: dal momento dell´accordo via internet al giorno d´arrivo.
La consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che un giorno vogliano godersi una bella vacanza sulla costa orientale della Sicilia all´insegna del relax e della tranquillità.
