The owner Mrs. Caterina is an exquisite person and available for any problem. I spent 12 days with my family, in the tranquility and absolute relaxation that the villa offers you. I highly recommend anyone wishing to spend their holidays in Torre dell'Orso or the surrounding area to book with her. One of the best holidays I've ever had. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Very bright and airy, it is equipped with every comfort. Its location is highly strategic as it is 3 minutes from the beach and the town center. It is also well connected to neighboring tourist destinations. Una delle vacanze migliori che abbia mai fatto. La casa è bellissima e confortevole. Molto luminosa e areata è dotata di ogni confort. La sua posizione è altamente strategica in quanto dista 3 minuti dalla spiaggia e dal centro del paese. Inoltre è ben collegata con le mete turistiche limitrofe. The best house I have ever rented on vacation a complete apartment in everything very close to the sea. Mrs. Renata is very kind and always available at all times. For a perfect holiday in San Foca I strongly recommend it.

The structure, made up of two separate units, is located in an excellent position, a few meters from the green grotto and a fantastic pastry shop. The apartments are large and spacious, very airy, with small terraces, and hot outdoor showers. The only flaw, in the apartment below, is the shower next to the toilet. Luigi is a very kind and very helpful person. All very nice. Strategic position to visit other places in Salento.
La struttura, composta da due unità distinte, si trova in un'ottima posizione, a pochissimi metri dalla grotta verde e da una fantastica pasticceria. Gli appartamenti sono ampi e spaziosi, molto arieggiati, con terrazzini, presenti docce esterne calde. Unica pecca, nell'appartamento sotto, la doccia a ridosso del gabinetto. Luigi è una persona molto gentile e molto disponibile. Tutto molto bello. Posizione strategica per visitare altre località del Salento.
Giovanni is a very nice landlord and host. He seeks personal contact, speaks English and French and always helps when something is needed. He brought us homemade olive oil, a jar of olives from his own harvest and fresh figs from the property. On the last evening he organized a small party with all the tenants with karaoke and homemade pizza and lots of other good food. That was almost the best evening of our vacation for us. You are really surrounded by olive trees, pines, the sound of the sea and the chirping of crickets. You have your peace and a great view of the sea and Vieste. The furnishings in the house itself are not the newest and very spartan. A cover on the sofa would have been nice. The shower head was already a bit broken and everything in the kitchen was very old, some things were not usable (scratched pans, rusted peelers). The door lock was stuck. Something could be improved here and there. To be fair, we didn't bring these things up with him because we didn't really need them and didn't really bother us. I'm sure he would have left immediately otherwisetaken care of. He even provided us with an umbrella and beach toys for the kids. If you are not looking for luxury but want to enjoy a real, warm Italian atmosphere, Giovanni is the place for you :) We felt very comfortable. Thank you Giovanni!
Giovanni ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und Gastgeber. Er sucht den persönlichen Kontakt, spricht auch Englisch und Französisch und hilft immer wenn etwas gebraucht wird. Er hat uns selbstgemachtes Olivenöl vorbeigebracht, ein Glas Oliven aus eigener Ernte und frische Feigen vom Grundstück. Am letzten Abend hat er ein kleines Fest mit allen Mietern veranstaltet mit Karaoke und selbstgebackener Pizza und vielem anderen guten Essen. Das war für uns fast der beste Abend des Urlaubes. Man ist bei ihm wirklich umgeben von Olivenbäumen, Pinien, Meeresrauschen und Grillenzirpen. Man hat seine Ruhe und eine super Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Vieste. Die Einrichtung im Haus selbst ist nicht die neueste und sehr spartanisch. Ein Bezug auf dem Sofa wäre nett gewesen. Der Duschkopf war auch schon etwas kaputt und in der Küche war alles sehr alt, teilweise waren Dinge nicht brauchbar (zerkratze Pfannen, verrostete Schäler). Das Schloss der Tür klemmte. Hier und da wäre etwas auszubessern. Fairer Weise muss man sagen, dass wir diese Dinge nicht bei ihm angesprochen haben weil wir sie nicht wirklich brauchten und uns nicht wirklich gestört haben. Ich bin mir sicher er hätte sich sonst sofort darum gekümmert. Er hat uns sogar mit einen Sonnenschirm und Strandspielzeug für die Kinder versorgt. Wer keinen Luxus sucht aber echte, herzliche italienische Atmosphäre genießen möchte ist bei Giovanni richtig :) Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke dir Giovanni!
Beautiful house, clean and comfortable, with two spacious terraces overlooking the sea and a well-kept garden. The house is very close to the sandy beach, where we went directly in our bathing suit. A holiday spent in serenity !! Thanks to Mr. Vincenzo and his mother for the welcome and hospitality. Villa Lecce in Torre Rinalda will remain in our memory for a long time.
Bellissima casa, pulita e confortevole, dotata di due terazzi spaziosi vista mare e un giardino ben curato.La casa è vicinissima alla spiaggia di sabbia, dove andavamo direttamente in costume da bagno.Una vacanza trascorsa in serenità!!Ringrazio signor Vincenzo e sua madre per l'accoglienza e ospitalità. We stayed in 10 (3 families with children from 9 months to 12 years). The photos do not convey the beauty of the structure well. The house far exceeded our expectations. The place is strategic, just go a few kilometers and you find yourself in the most beautiful places in Salento. Mr. Luigi (owner) is very thoughtful, helpful and endowed with a kindness of the past. I strongly recommend if you want to spend a relaxing, fun holiday in a wonderful place with a welcome that makes you feel more than at home. We will definitely be back.
Abbiamo soggiornato in 10 (3 famiglie con bambini da 9 mesi a 12 anni). Le foto non rendono bene la bellezza della struttura. La casa ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative. Il posto è strategico, basta fare qualche chilometro e ti ritrovi nei luoghi più belli del Salento. Il signor Luigi (proprietario) è molto premuroso, disponibile e dotato di una gentilezza d'altri tempi. Consiglio fortemente se si vuole passare una vacanza rilassante, divertente in un luogo meraviglioso con un'accoglienza che ti fa sentire più che a casa. Torneremo sicuramente.

We had a perfect stay in this big and beautiful house. We were three families of 4 and the house is full of spaces to isolate ourselves or go about our activities at any time of the day. The beach (crowded in August but it's not very serious) is 1 minute away. Only downside: the bar at the top of the neighboring hill which makes the whole seaside enjoy its music until two-thirty in the morning...
Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cette grande et belle maison. Nous étions trois familles de 4 personnes et la maison regorge d’espaces pour s’isoler ou vaquer à ses activités à toute heure de la journée. La plage ( bondée au mois d’août mais ce n’est pas très grave ) est à 1mn.
Seul bémol : le bar en haut de la colline voisine qui fait profiter tout le bord de mer de sa musique jusqu’à deux heures trente du matin …
The house fully corresponds to what is described on the site. Both the internal and external spaces are kept very well (clean and tidy) and can be exploited to the fullest. The location is truly strategic: a few steps from the beach and a few kilometers from many very significant and famous destinations in Salento. The terrace on the upper floor is very beautiful and offers a splendid sea view. The owners are very good and always available, ready to intervene promptly for any eventuality.
La casa corrisponde pienamente a quanto descritto sul sito. Sia gli spazi interni, sia quelli esterni sono tenuti molto bene (puliti e ordinati) e possono essere sfruttati al meglio. La posizione è davvero strategica: a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e a pochi km da tante mete molto significative e famose del Salento. Molto bella la terrazza al piano superiore di cui si gode un spendida vista mare. I porporietari sono molto getili e sempre disponibili, pronti a intervenire tempestivamente per qualsiasi evenienza.

We stayed for a week in the apartment at the end of July 2022. We had a great time. The house is large and very comfortable (we were with our 4 children). The plants are not brand new. Absolutely strategic position: on foot you arrive in 20 seconds (30 real meters) in the small but very enjoyable beach of the marina of Torre Pali (ideal for relaxing). A 20-minute walk (via the beach) takes you to the famous Maldives of Salento (5 minutes by car). Two notable notes: 1-first of all, the terrace you see in the photo is really comfortable and very pleasant to use (the photos may not do it justice). It is on via Caboto but there are few cars and the context is really relaxing. 2- the outdoor shower is very convenient. Finally, to report the kindness and courtesy of the owners (father and son): I contacted them for some need related to the apartment: they responded immediately and intervened immediately solving the problem. I really recommend it. Maximum
Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana nell'appartamento a fine luglio 2022.
Siamo stati benissimo. La casa è ampia e comodissima (noi eravamo con i nostri 4 bambini).
Gli impianti non nuovissimi. Posizione assolutamente strategica: a piedi si arriva in 20 secondi (30 mt reali) nella piccola ma godibilissima spiaggia della marina di Torre Pali (ideale per rilassarsi). A 20 minuti a piedi (via spiaggia) si arriva alle famose Maldive del Salento (in auto 5 minuti).
Due noti di rilievo:
1-anzitutto il terrazzo che si vede in foto è davvero comodo e gradevolissimo da utilizzare (le foto forse non rendono giustizia). È su via Caboto ma ci sono poche auto ed il contesto è davvero rilassante.
2- molto comoda la doccia esterna.
Infine da segnalare la gentilezza e la cortesia dei proprietari (padre e figlio): li ho contattati per qualche esigenza legata alla appartamento: hanno risposto immediatamente e sono intervenuti subito risolvendo il problema.
Lo consiglio davvero.

The house located in our layout was perfectly suited to the description: large, neat, clean and really comfortable. The property is located a few steps from a beautiful free beach which was (congratulations to the Authorities!) Clean, safe and tidy. A very suitable place for families who want a clean sea and tranquility. A thought to the owner, Mr. Vincenzo and his mother, Mrs. Maria. Very kind, caring, hospitable and never intrusive people, always attentive to the needs and requirements of their guests. We sincerely thank Vincenzo and Maria for the very pleasant stay offered to us.
L'abitazione posta a ns. disposizione è risultata perfettamente rispondente alla descrizione: ampia, curata, pulita e veramente comodissima. L'immobile è ubicato a pochi passi da una bella spiaggia libera che è risultata ( complimenti alle Autorita'!) pulita, sicura ed ordinata. Un luogo adattissimo a famiglie che desiderano un mare pulito e tranquillità. Un pensiero al proprietario, signor Vincenzo e alla madre, signora Maria. Persone gentilissime, premurose, ospitali e mai invadenti, sempre attente alle esigenze ed ai bisogni dei propri ospiti.
