Very nice accommodation that combines modern and old. The kitchen equipment is very extensive. There are different seating options and the property is spacious and well fenced. The short walk across the street to the sea is unique. The communication with the landlord was flawless. The only downside is the directly adjacent main road, since the noise level is quite high. On the other side of the house, this is no longer so noisy. We really enjoyed our time and can recommend the villa with a clear conscience.
Sehr schöne Unterkunft, die Modern und Alt miteinander vereint. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr umfangreich. Es gibt unterschiedliche Sitzmöglichkeiten und das Grundstück ist weitläufig und gut umzäunt.
Der kurze Fußweg über die Straße zum Meer ist einmalig.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief einwandfrei.
Einziger Nachteil ist die direkt angrenzende Hauptstraße, da der Lärmpegel doch recht hoch ist. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses ist dies nicht mehr so geräuschintensiv.
Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und können die Villa mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Today is our last day in this beautiful place where we spent two lovely weeks. The location is perfect , walking distance to the seaside and close to the village. The modern design of the house is great, it was just renovated and you appreciate being among the first tenants! Plenty of space inside with very comfortable bedrooms.
We liked the inside / outside living room which was so enjoyable in the evening . But the best is definitely the pool area and the view over the sea in the evening!
We will definitely come back if we can!!

Very nice holiday home for the whole family, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back. The welcome was very warm. The fantastic view of the bay from Issambres to St. Tropez from almost every room was the absolute highlight! The rooms are tastefully and lovingly furnished, the photos in the description were all up to date. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are various seating areas on the terrace. The sea with many sandy beaches is only 4 minutes away by car. The house was very quiet, the pool was heated. It was also great that there was a small apartment in the basement with a bathroom and kitchen, ideal for grandparents, for example. We also enjoyed that there was a parents' room on the first floor with a bathroom and a small balcony.
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für die ganze Familie, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Der traumhafte Blick auf die Bucht von Issambres bis nach St. Tropez aus fast allen Zimmern war das absolute Highlight! Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Fotos in der Beschreibung waren alle aktuell. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auf der Terrasse gibt es verschiedene Sitzecken. Das Meer mit vielen Sandstränden liegt nur 4 Autominuten entfernt. Das Haus lag sehr ruhig, der Pool war beheizt. Toll war auch, dass im Souterrain eine eigene kleine Wohnung zur Verfügung stand, mit Bad und Küche, ideal für z.B. Großeltern. Genossen haben wir auch, dass im 1. Stock ein Elternzimmer mit Bad und kleinem Balkon eingerichtet war.
The house corresponds exactly to the description and offers enough amenities for a comfortable holiday. The landlord is very accommodating and friendly. The only disadvantage is the main road which runs along the house. Unfortunately, for many drivers, a speed limit is just a recommendation.
Das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und bietet genügend Annehmlichkeiten für einen gemütlichen Urlaub . Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und Freundlich. Einziger Nachteil ist die Hauptstrasse welche am Haus entlang verläuft . Leider ist für viele Fahrzeuglenker ein Tempolimit nur eine Empfehlung.

This week has gone very well. The house conforms to the description, the swimming pool of the copro is large enough (and uncrowded) despite the period, it was very pleasant. We are very satisfied with our stay.

Rental as advertised. The presence of air conditioning upstairs allowed us to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout the house. On the other hand, we regretted that only one exterior lighting worked, which did not allow us to properly light ourselves outside after dark. The fridge is also a bit small compared to the size of the house. The beach a few minutes walk away is a real advantage.
Location conforme à l'annonce. La présence de la climatisation à l'étage nous a permis de conserver une température agréable dans toute la maison. Par contre, nous avons regretté qu'un seul éclairage extérieur fonctionne ce qui ne nous permettait pas de nous éclairer correctement à l'extérieur une fois la nuit tombée. Le frigo est aussi un peu petit par rapport à la taille de la maison. La plage a quelques minutes à pied est un réel avantage.

We had a great week in the villa. Roll down shutters, airco, pool, table tennis, 2 kitchens, bbq, close to the sea, stunning views,... this villa has it all.
However when we arrived we felt the house didn't smell fresh in some rooms, it was very hot and the apartment downstairs felt like it hadn't been used for a while. Because there was no airco in the app (it is written, so we knew) it's difficult to sleep there because of the heat.
All in all after staying there for a week we felt very pleased . I recommend this house.
We really liked the house, very spacious, tidy, quiet location, plenty of crockery, lovingly furnished. Possibility to retreat and stay outdoors in 3 different places around the house. The location is outside of St. Maxime, about 3 km to the shops, nice restaurants are within walking distance. Because of the language or translation, we didn't realize that the pool wasn't directly at the house. The house is in a small gated complex with about 10 houses sharing the pool. A playground for all children during core times, but the beach can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes and is not overcrowded. There are 3 separate bedrooms and 2 beds in the gallery with their own shower-toilet. We can recommend the house.
Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen, sehr großzügig, ordentlich, ruhige Lage, ausreichend Geschirr, liebevoll eingerichtet. Rückzugsmöglichkeit und Aufenthalt im Freien an 3 verschiedenen Stellen um das Haus möglich. Die Lage ist außerhalb von St. Maxime, zu den Geschäften ca. 3 km, nette Restaurants sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wegen der Sprache bzw. Übersetzung hatten wir nicht mitbekommen, dass der Pool nicht am Haus direkt ist. Das Haus ist in einer kleinen abgegrenzten Anlage mit ca. 10 Häusern, die den Pool gemeinsam nutzen. Zu den Kernzeiten ein Tummelplatz für alle Kinder, aber der Strand ist gut in nicht mal 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen und nicht überfüllt. Es gibt 3 abgetrennte Schlafräume und 2 Betten auf der Empore mit eigenem Dusch-WC.
Wir können das Haus empfehlen.
We spent two really nice weeks in Marie's house. The heated pool and the view are amazing. We especially liked the upper floor. The apartment on the lower floor is a bit darker than the upper floor, but this is certainly an advantage in summer, as it is always a bit cooler here than upstairs. Otherwise, there are also air conditioners upstairs that we didn't need for cooling in April. Communication with Marie and Claire, who look after the house on site, was always nice and courteous. We would have liked to come back in the fall, but unfortunately the house is already occupied. Maybe in summer!
Wir haben im Haus von Marie zwei wirklich schöne Wochen verbracht. Der beheizte Pool und die Aussicht sind fantastisch. Besonders das obere Stockwerk hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung in der unteren Etage ist etwas dunkler als die obere, was aber sicherlich ein Vorteil im Sommer ist, da es hier immer etwas kühler ist als oben. Ansonsten gibt es oben aber auch Klimageräte, die wir im April noch nicht zum Kühlen benötigten. Die Kommunikation mit Marie und Claire, die das Haus vor Ort betreut, war immer nett und zuvorkommend. Wir wären gerne direkt auch im Herbst wiedergekommen, aber leider ist das Haus schon belegt. Vielleicht im Sommer!
