The house looks just as described .. access to the sea practically in the house excellent position to reach all of Salento. The owner was very kind and always available for any information.
Unfortunately the holidays must end sooner or later but we will definitely be back!
I recommend it to everyone to spend a dream vacation.
All interior spaces are very large and easy; fully functional electrical and plumbing services.
Magnificent position facing the sea and a large veranda that is very enjoyable for breakfast, lunches and dinners.
Quiet and peaceful location, very pleasant and not far from the most beautiful beaches of Salento and the magnificent Gallipoli.
The owners are very friendly and kind and available for any support
Weder die große Küche noch Schlafzimmer oder Bäder ließen was zu wünschen übrig. Prima Betten mit neuen Matratzen, alles sauber und nett eingerichtet. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und Bidet. Die große Wohnküche mit funktionaler Küchenzeile, neuem Gasherd mit Backofen und Abzugshaube sowie dem großen 3rd Kühlschrank m 19 ° Tiefkühler ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, ein großer Fernseher ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Föhn sind ebenfalls vorhanden, ebenso wie eine Heizung, falls man in der kühleren Jahreszeit urlauben möchte.
Von der mondänen Terrasse hat man einen wundervollen Ausblick auf das Meer, beim Frühstück wie auch beim Sonnenuntergang. Wenn man morgens wach wird, kann man vom meerseitigen Schlafzimmer beobachten, wie die ersten Sonnenstrahlen langsam die Promenade erhellen.Der Grillplatz hinterm Haus lädt zum Verweilen ein und von der Dachterrasse erschließt sich die Weite desionischen Meeres.
Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein kleiner Badestrand, perfekt gelegen also.
Das I- Tüpfelchen ist dann noch Guiseppes Gastfreundlichkeit, der immer ein offenes Ohr hat, und sich mit Rat und Tat um seine Gäste kümmert. Er ist äußerst hilfsbereit, jederzeit zu erreichen und überrascht einen immer wieder mit kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten, gerne auch aus eigener Herstellung. Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr! Excellent seafront location, a convenient pedestrian allows you to reach various coves along the coast, both in the direction of Gallipoli, both to Leuca; also the villa is convenient to services (supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, fishmongers, mountain bike rental, etc ...).
The owners are courteous and always available, in case of need.
Seeing is believing...

This year to our great satisfaction Mr. Giuseppe has rented us this wonderful villa by the sea.
To say that the house is fantastic is nothing short of, very spacious with well-kept rooms, the three rooms with their own bathroom, I would say that we have not really stomped!
The outdoor environment with huge, well-kept garden is still immature, but I see it in a few years, certainly beautiful.
The location is fantastic, with a portico overlooking the sea where in the morning we enjoyed breakfast in relax.
The house has an area with barbecue and stone table where we made excellent grilled dinner together watching the sea.
Lastly, I would like to add the hospitality of the landlord ... very cordial and very kind, he always receives you with some taste of his land !!
So I would say that my assessment is more than positive, the straconsiglio and certainly we will return the following year.

The house has been completely restored very recently with the best energy saving and valuable materials. The work was done with good taste and accurately. The spacious spaces allow the stay of more people without "treading". There are in fact three large double bedrooms, one of which has a bunk bed and although there are still plenty of room to move around the room, there is a single bed in the other double bedroom and here too there is no space. There are three large bathrooms with shower and hot water at will. The kitchen is habitable and perfectly equipped. In the laundry there is also a washing machine. The house is equipped with air conditioning with independent thermostat in each room.
Even the outside spaces are no less. Cherry on the cake: The house is literally a stone's throw from the beach.
Better could notto ask. We recommend it definitely.
