Nero d’Avola wine (2 Km) and Noto capital of the Baroque (3 Km) are well known around the world. The house offers guests a unique view of a wonderful sandy beach which is 50 m from the villa. The place is very quiet and gives tourists the opportunity to enjoy a splendid Sicilian landscape without being disturbed by the noise typical of tourist spots. The villa has two double rooms, one double bedroom and a roomy living-room where there is a sofa bed for two more people. There are also two verandas (6 msq – 20 msq) where you can have your meals, watch TV, and relax in wonderful and silent surroundings. You can go to discos, swimming-pool, bars, pizzerias, supermarket and whatever you need by car at just 1,5 Km. The villa is in a strategic position with perfect landmarks for visits across the whole eastern coast, the Sicilian hinterland, etc. Noto, the capital of the Baroque and Syracuse, UNESCO world heritage sites, Modica, Ragusa, Catania, Capo Passero (extreme point of Sicily), Caltagirone, Taormina, etc. If you are lovers of beaches you can get to the wonderful and uncontaminated sandy beaches of the nature reserve of Vendicari in only 20 minutes by car. This was recently nominated as one of the most wonderful beaches in Italy. The villa also has a large private parking space where you can leave your car.
