Beautiful villa equipped with all comforts, near a mixed beach of pebbles and sand that is not well maintained but satisfactory. There isn't much nearby other than Cefalù, but for those who want to enjoy a bit of relaxation it's perfect. Marialuisa the owner is very helpful and courteous. There were 8 of us staying and we had no inconveniences as there were 2 bathrooms plus an external shower. The only advice for Marialuisa is perhaps to add some utensils to the kitchen that are missing and put in an electric oven because even though there is a microwave, not everyone knows how to use it or uses it. 3 days of relaxation?see you next time! PS.I didn't sign a rental contract
Bellissima villetta dotata di tutti i comfort, vicino ad una spiaggia mista di ciottoli e sabbia poco curata ma soddisfacente. Nelle vicinanze apparte Cefalù non c'è molto,ma per chi vuole godersi un po' di relax è perfetta.Marialuisa la proprietaria è molto disponibile e cortese. Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 e non abbiamo avuto disagi in quanto erano presenti 2 bagni più doccia esterna. Unico consiglio per Marialuisa è forse quello di aggiungere qualche utensile in cucina che manca e mettere un fornetto elettrico perché pur essendoci un microonde,non tutti lo sanno usare o lo usano. 3 giorni di relax🤗alla prox!

Very spacious house both internally and externally. Beautiful view overlooking the sea. Too bad for the absence of air conditioning and washing machine. Mr. Santo is a very friendly person and extremely available for any request. I highly recommend it. We will gladly return if not only for the availability and super kindness of Santi.
Casa molto spaziosa sia internamente che esternamente. Bella visuale che da sul mare. Peccato per l'assenza di aria condizionata e lavatrice. Il Sig. Santo una persona molto cordiale e disponibilissimo per ogni richiesta. La consiglio vivamente. Ci torneremo volentieri non fosse solo per la disponibilità e la super gentilezza di Santi.

We were on holiday in this structure at the beginning of July, my husband and my 3 children, as soon as we arrived, the very kind owners Marina and Giuseppe welcomed us, they explained everything that was in the house, arrived the day of the holiday all in order clean and suitable for small children, the pool clean and everything well cared for, we really found a lot of relaxation the children had a lot of fun and what about my husband and I super satisfied, we recommend this structure with closed eyes and above all the people who take care of it a lot kindly available for every request and above all loving with children ... Siamo stati in vacanza in questa struttura a inizio Luglio io mio marito e i miei 3 bimbi , appena arrivati ci hanno accolto i proprietari Marina e Giuseppe molto gentili ,ci hanno spiegato tutto ciò che era presente in casa ,arrivati il gg della vacanza tutto in ordine pulito e adeguato a bambini piccoli ,la piscina pulita e tutto ben curato ,abbiamo trovato veramente tanto relax i bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo e che dire io e mio marito super soddisfatti ,consigliamo ad occhi chiusi questa struttura e soprattutto le persone che la curano molto disponibili ad ogni richiesta gentilì e soprattutto amorevoli con i bambini...Ci ritorneremo sicuramente, il Top

We were made to feel very welcome on our arrival by Giuseppe and Marina, who are very kind, smiling, and warm. We got lots of good advice on places to visit, restaurants to go to and it was great. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet area, a few minutes from the village by car. The swimming pool with sea view is top notch and very well maintained. The apartment is clean, comfortable, it feels very good. The beach is a short drive away and is beautiful! This is our favorite beach among Palermo, Trapani, San Vito Lo Capo .. Nous avons été super bien accueillis à notre arrivée par Giuseppe et Marina, qui sont très gentils, souriants, et chaleureux. On a eu le droit à plein de bons conseils d’endroits à visiter, de restaurants où aller et c’était top. L’appartement est idéalement situé au calme, à quelques minutes du village en voiture. La piscine avec vue sur la mer est top et très bien entretenue. L’appartement est propre, confortable, on s’y sent très bien. La plage se situe à quelques minutes en voiture et elle est magnifique ! C’est la plage que nous avons préféré parmis Palerme, Trapani, San Vito Lo Capo..
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

More than perfect accommodation for 11 people, 300 meters from the first places and 500 meters from the shops! Well equipped, and the owner is on top! Available, helpful and super nice! Everything was perfect ! I highly recommend !

What can I say, beautiful villa surrounded by greenery, highly recommended for two families, equipped with all comforts, air conditioning in all rooms, beautiful garden and patio where you can use the barbecue for succulent dinners. Dulicis at the bottom of a strategic position to reach all the most beautiful places on the western Sicilian coast.

A nice rental for a family. The rental is comfortable and well equipped. Excellent welcome and kindness of the owners. We enjoyed the pool returning from our tours as well as the sea view from our terrace. We recommend this rental.

Marina and Giuseppe are very friendly owners. They showed us by car where were the beach, shops etc ... The location was very clean and fully consistent with the description, there are 2 units in the property. The location allows to travel throughout western Sicily. We recommend it and if we return to Sicily we will return.
Marina et Giuseppe sont des propriétaires très sympathiques. Ils nous ont montré en voiture où se trouvaient la plage, les commerces etc... La location était très propre et tout à fait conforme au descriptif, il y a 2 logements dans la propriété. La localisation permet de sillonner dans tout l’ouest de la Sicile. Nous la recommandons et si nous revenons en Sicile, nous y retournerons.
The private pool is a great convenience especially for a family with children. The house was very clean and furnished with care. Great availability and kindness of the owners.

We found the house of Marina and Giuseppe very clean, with all the comforts and equipped with every piece of furniture. The same is located in the countryside, with a very nice sea view and very suggestive sunsets. Even the pool that, unfortunately, we have used very little and clean and well maintained. Abbiamo trovato la casa di Marina e Giuseppe molto pulita, con tutte le comodità ed attrezzatissima di ogni suppellettile. La stessa si trova in campagna, con una vista mare molto bella e dei tramonti molto suggestivi. Anche la piscina che, purtroppo, noi abbiamo utilizzato pochissimo e pulita e ben tenuta. Grazie ancora ai nostri ospiti.
