We were guests of Mr. Mario in the last week of August and we had a very good time. The house is equipped with everything and Mr. Mario is a helpful and generous person. We also have teenage boys and they really appreciated the garden with the Jacuzzi, the table tennis. and table football when we were at home. San Cataldo is a quiet town in a position that we believe is favorable for visiting the wonders of Puglia. Definitely recommended? Mario and family

Mario l'ultima settimana di agosto e siamo stati molto bene, Casa attrezzata di tutto e signor Mario una persona disponibile e generosa, avendo anche dei ragazzi adolescenti hanno apprezzato molto il giardino con la Jacuzzi, il ping-pong e il calcio balilla nei momenti in cui eravamo a casa.
San Cataldo è una località tranquilla in una posizione a nostro avviso favorevole per visitare le meravglie della Puglia. Sicuramente consigliata?

We stayed in this house with 5 people and we had a great time. The apartment is very beautiful: the refined furnishings, the kitchen equipped with everything, complete with every comfort. The two gardens are perfect, especially the one in the back, very large and "all to enjoy": in addition to table and chairs there are beach loungers, a small swimming pool with hydromassage, bathroom with washing machine and very comfortable shower with water hot! The owner is a very kind and helpful person. Perfect vacation!
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa in 5 persone e siamo stati benissimo. L' appartamento è molto bello: l' arredamento curato, la cucina fornita di tutto, completa di ogni confort. I due giardini sono perfetti, soprattutto quello nel retro, molto ampio è "tutto da vivere": oltre a tavolo e sedie ci sono i lettini da spiaggia, una piccola piscina con idromassaggio, bagno di servizio con lavatrice e comodissima doccia con acqua calda! Il proprietario è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. Vacanza perfetta!

Beautiful house, clean and comfortable, with two spacious terraces overlooking the sea and a well-kept garden. The house is very close to the sandy beach, where we went directly in our bathing suit. A holiday spent in serenity !! Thanks to Mr. Vincenzo and his mother for the welcome and hospitality. Villa Lecce in Torre Rinalda will remain in our memory for a long time.
Bellissima casa, pulita e confortevole, dotata di due terazzi spaziosi vista mare e un giardino ben curato.La casa è vicinissima alla spiaggia di sabbia, dove andavamo direttamente in costume da bagno.Una vacanza trascorsa in serenità!!Ringrazio signor Vincenzo e sua madre per l'accoglienza e ospitalità. Location with fairly difficult access for low vehicles, stones and difficult terrain. The maintenance of the toilets should be reviewed (showers clogged with limestone, leak in a room after a storm). But the rental is still very nice with a magnificent view and a great swimming pool. Have a good stay.
Location avec accès assez difficile pour véhicules bas, cailloux et relief difficile. Il faudrait revoir l'entretien des sanitaires ( douches bouchées par le calcaire, fuite dans une chambre après orage). Mais la location reste pour autant très sympa avec vue magnifique et super piscine. Bon séjour.

The house fully corresponds to what is described on the site. Both the internal and external spaces are kept very well (clean and tidy) and can be exploited to the fullest. The location is truly strategic: a few steps from the beach and a few kilometers from many very significant and famous destinations in Salento. The terrace on the upper floor is very beautiful and offers a splendid sea view. The owners are very good and always available, ready to intervene promptly for any eventuality.
La casa corrisponde pienamente a quanto descritto sul sito. Sia gli spazi interni, sia quelli esterni sono tenuti molto bene (puliti e ordinati) e possono essere sfruttati al meglio. La posizione è davvero strategica: a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e a pochi km da tante mete molto significative e famose del Salento. Molto bella la terrazza al piano superiore di cui si gode un spendida vista mare. I porporietari sono molto getili e sempre disponibili, pronti a intervenire tempestivamente per qualsiasi evenienza.
The house located in our layout was perfectly suited to the description: large, neat, clean and really comfortable. The property is located a few steps from a beautiful free beach which was (congratulations to the Authorities!) Clean, safe and tidy. A very suitable place for families who want a clean sea and tranquility. A thought to the owner, Mr. Vincenzo and his mother, Mrs. Maria. Very kind, caring, hospitable and never intrusive people, always attentive to the needs and requirements of their guests. We sincerely thank Vincenzo and Maria for the very pleasant stay offered to us.
L'abitazione posta a ns. disposizione è risultata perfettamente rispondente alla descrizione: ampia, curata, pulita e veramente comodissima. L'immobile è ubicato a pochi passi da una bella spiaggia libera che è risultata ( complimenti alle Autorita'!) pulita, sicura ed ordinata. Un luogo adattissimo a famiglie che desiderano un mare pulito e tranquillità. Un pensiero al proprietario, signor Vincenzo e alla madre, signora Maria. Persone gentilissime, premurose, ospitali e mai invadenti, sempre attente alle esigenze ed ai bisogni dei propri ospiti. We spent some wonderful holidays in Salento staying on the top floor of Vincenzo's villa, a stone's throw from the sea. Vincenzo with his hospitality and availability really made us feel at home, allowing us to enjoy the holidays in total serenity. He made his home, the spaces, the countless services and small precautions that are not for everyone available to us. The house is very tidy, spacious, well maintained and very clean. An outdoor shower, covered parking space within the surrounding walls and a beautiful terrace with a swing with sea view were very popular elements. The location is ideal as a starting point for visiting the countless wonders of Salento.

Vincenzo con la sua ospitalità e disponibilità ci ha davvero fatto sentire come a casa, permettendoci di godere delle vacanze in totale serenità.
Ha messo a nostra disposizione la sua casa, gli spazi, gli innumerevoli servizi e piccole accortezze che non sono da tutti.
La casa e' molto ordinata, spaziosa, ben tenuta e pulitissima.
A disposizione doccia esterna, posto auto coperto all'interno delle mura di cinta ed un bel terrazzo con dondolo con vista mare sono stati elementi molto apprezzati.
L'ubicazione è ideale come punto di partenza per visitare le innumerevoli meraviglie del Salento.

House corresponding to description, neat and clean, well equipped kitchen. Beautiful pool and outdoor spaces. Access obviously with a beautiful piece of dirt road also steep but passable without problems. WiFi very fluctuating.

Location on the hills, extremely quiet with a beautiful view of the surroundings. Essential car. Owners available (washing the pool every morning). Strict minimum inside (furniture, dishes), but still ok. Nickel pool.

Mr. Salvatore is a great person who made us feel right at home. Near Palma di Montechiaro there is so much to see with beaches of Agrigento next to about 20mins and Mollarella going towards Licata. To discover Cala del Paradiso, Cala del Re. The house is on 3 floors with enough space for 8 people. Air conditioning for the summer and a well stocked kitchen with everything. A garage for the car and a washing machine that works well. In all we were satisfied. Thank you Mr. Salvatore for everything. See you soon !!

Vicino Palma di Montechiaro c'è tanto da vedere con spiagge di Agrigento accanto circa 20mins e Mollarella andando verso Licata. Per scoprire Cala del Paradiso, Cala del Re. La casa e' a 3 piani con abbastanza spazio per 8 persone. Aria condizionata per l'estate e una cucina ben fornita con tutto. Un garage per l'automobile e una lavatrice che funziona bene. In tutto siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Grazie Sig. Salvatore per tutto. Alla prossima!!
