Terraced villa with sea view and shared pool
Within the residential complex of Costa Paradiso just 350 meters from the sea (500/600 m walk), we rent a central villa with shared pool. It is composed of a large living area with kitchenette and sofa bed, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.

The sleeping area and the living room are separated by an internal patio where there is a veranda with barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining on windy days, as well as a laundry area with outdoor shower. In the front-sea area there is a large covered veranda overlooking the shared swimming pool (with the other two villas) from which you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view over the entire bay of Costa Paradiso.

The villa is located in the Costa Paradiso complex, with two shopping centers with excellent catering services, supermarket, bar, newspapers, tobacco, pharmacy, medical service and various shops.
There is a sports center for fans of football, tennis and various sports. Nighttime entertainment takes place in the characteristic and renowned Jolly Disco Bar which guarantees a live musical summer with entertainment, entertainment, piano bar and disco.
Scuba diving enthusiasts can enjoy the Sub Diving Center, where they organize diving courses at all levels, with the release of international patents; guided dives, night dives, videos and sub videos, renting and towing rafts or small boats.
