Perfect place for a summer holiday with kids. Nino's house is steps away from a beautiful sandy beach that was uncrowded even at the height of summer vacation season. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and Nino was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Highly recommend!
Owner was very helpful arranging for a taxi when we arrived. Apartment was in good condition and the view from the terrace was amazing. The walk up to the apartment from the town can be a bit hard if you have lots to carry, although once you find the steps it's not so bad. Even my two-year-old son managed to walk all the way one evening. Levanto is very nice, a little larger and less busy than the Cinque Terre villages, and gelato is cheaper!

It is very good position for family with kids, good size of the apartment ,we likes option with garage and washing machine, ok- furnishers cloud be better but it not too bad, only one thing is missing- wi-fi!
I know its old building but today it big things because we need the information’s about tourist information and also because jobs ,today you must be available for your jobs even when you on vacations. Everything else is very good

Very warm welcome from the owners. Clean accommodation corresponding to the description. Very bright due to its openings and pleasant balconies on 3 different orientations. Nothing is missing in the equipment. Residence easy to find and quiet. No passage road at the foot of the building!! Everything is there in small and large appliances. Very popular parking, bicycle storage, close to the beach (200m max) All shops a few meters away. You can do almost everything without a car. Small nearby Carnolès train station which provides access to Nice, Menton Cannes and Ventimiglia We were very fortunate to have splendid weather to see the superb lemon festival and the Nice carnival. We will gladly come back
Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Logement propre correspondant au descriptif. Très lumineux de par ses ouvertures et agréables balcons sur 3 orientations différentes. Il ne manque rien dans les équipements. Résidence facile à trouver et au calme. Pas de route de passage au pied de l'immeuble!!
Tout y est en petits et gros électroménagers. Parking très apprécié, local à vélos, proche de la plage (200m max) Tous commerces à quelques mètres. Vous pouvez tout faire sans voiture pratiquement. Petite gare de Carnolès toute proche qui permet de se rendre à Nice, Menton Cannes et Vintimille
Nous avons eu la grande chance d'un temps splendide pour voir la superbe fête des citrons et le carnaval de Nice. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Excellent welcome and great availability from Mr. H.. The house is warm, very well equipped, located in the middle of many pine trees and in a quiet area. We were not able to fully enjoy the beautiful garden at Christmas. We've had a nice week.

The owner of the house is very friendly, he gave us a warm welcome and immediately made us feel at ease. The house is very comfortable, bright, nothing is missing either inside or outside. La maison est très confortable, lumineuse, il ne manque rien ni à l'intérieur, ni à l'extérieur. L'ameublement et l'électro-ménager sont au top, le jardin est superbement aménagé. La terrasse offre une vue dégagée magnifique ; le lever du soleil sur la mer est un moment de pur bonheur ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour dans cette location et serons ravis d'y revenir.
The house offers enough space for a family, is very well maintained and has a beautiful outdoor space. The footpath to the sea leads directly into a small bay. Thanks to the air conditioning in the bedrooms, the nights are pleasant. Because the mosquitoes don't allow windows to be open. The managers of the house are very nice and uncomplicated. Shopping options, including organic ones, can be found in nearby Porto Vecchio.
Das Haus bietet gut Platz für eine Familie, ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine schöne Aussenplatzgestaltung. Der Fussweg ans Meer führt direkt in eine kleine Bucht. Dank der Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern, sind die Nächte angenehm. Denn die Mücken lassen geöffnete Fenster nicht zu.
Die Verwalter des Hauses sind sehr nett und unkompliziert.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, auch Bio, sind im nahen Porto Vecchio zu finden.
Very pleasant and understanding owner! The accommodation was perfect, there were 5 of us and the accommodation was big enough for everyone! Our furry 4-legged friends were delighted to enjoy the garden and the sun. Very clean and pleasant surroundings/neighborhood, just like the sea and the surrounding towns

The house is beautifully located and offers a wonderful view of Frigiliana and the valley to the sea in Nerja. The entire building, the garden and the pool are very clean and well maintained. All facilities work without any problems. Thanks to the landlord for the quick answers to questions. We can only recommend a stay in this holiday villa.
