I rented the apartment for 2 weeks in August and I had a great time, the photographs are real and the owner and his collaborator were kind and present for any needs. I was very good.

Bianca's house made us fall in love as soon as we saw it: immersed in the dune full of flowers and colours, a few steps from the sea, in a private and quiet area, with kilometers of beach at our disposal! after the emotion, the reason: the house is perfectly equipped, with a kitchen equipped with everything needed for even a prolonged stay like ours, and very well laid out, the veranda is in the shade at lunchtime, so we always been able to eat outside and stay a while to enjoy the coolness and light of Sardinia, which is unique. La casa di Bianca ci ha fatto innamorare non appena l'abbiamo vista: immersa nella duna piena di fiori e di colori, a pochi passi dal mare, in una zona riservata e tranquilla, con kilometri di spiaggia a nostra disposizione! dopo l'emozione, la ragione: la casa è prfettamente attrezzata, con una cucina dotata di tutto ciò che occorre per un soggiorno anche prolungato come il nostro, e molto ben disposta, la veranda è in ombra all'ora di pranzo, così abbiamo potuto mangiare sempre fuori e rimanere un pò a goderci il fresco e la luce della Sardegna, che è unica. Una vacanda indimenticabile. grazie Bianca per averci ospitato così bene!
Perfect home for a family and friends. Clean, tidy nothing was missing. Great location. In the small town center there was everything, two grocery stores at newsstands .. in short, I can only give full marks to this house because I found the right habitat for a SUPER holiday.

Ottima posizione. Nel centro piccolo del paese c’era tutto, due alimentari posta edicola .. insomma non posso che dare il punteggio pieno a questa casa perché ho trovato l habitat adatto per una vacanza SUPER.
We stayed in both apartments and had a great time. The functional two-room apartment with a beautiful enjoyable garden, the three-room apartment with a breathtaking view. In both apartments there are dishwashers and washing machines. Two-room apartment more suitable for couples, in the three-room apartment you can comfortably sleep 4. The only drawback is the thinness of the wall that divides the apartments. .
Abbiamo soggiornato in entrambi gli appartamenti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il bilocale funzionale e con un bel giardino godibile, il trilocale con una vista mozzafiato. In entrambi gli appartamenti sono presenti lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Bilocale più adatto a coppie, nel trilocale ci si sta comodamente in 4. Unico neo la sottigliezza della parete che divide gli appartamenti.

Quiet and characteristic place where you can find peace and beauty and tranquility. We have been going in September for years and every year the holiday regenerates us. In case of need advice or other Massimiliana and her husband go out of their way to make you feel pampered and protected. I recommend it for those who love peace and simple and genuine things.
Posto tranquillo e caratteristico dove si può trovare pace e bellezza e tranquillità. Sono anni che andiamo a settembre e ogni anno la vacanza ci rigenera.
In caso di bisogno consigli o altro Massimiliana ed il marito si fanno in quattro per farti sentire coccolati e protetti.

A very nice house in a great quiet location, clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. we would love to come back. Perfect for people who like peace and quiet and want to avoid the hustle and bustle! everything you need can be reached in 10 minutes by car. nice day trips in the area possible.
Ein sehr schönes Haus in toller ruhiger Lage, sauber, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. wir kommen gerne wieder. Perfekt für Leute, die Ruhe mögen und Trubel meiden möchten! alles notwendige ist aber in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. schöne Tagesausflüge in die Umgebung möglich.
We stayed in this house in 7, from 4 to 14 August 2021 and we had a great time. Quiet village and very nice structure with all the necessary comforts. La proprietaria Vittoria, i suoi collaboratori Gavino e Massimiliana sono persone stupende che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Consigliatissimo!!

Holiday home in a quiet, clean and comfortable location. The bathroom a bit small and with mechanical suction ... perhaps the only problem as we are used to! We spent a relaxing holiday and the cool nights were a really good ally for a good rest. The use of the car for the beach is recommended. The Li Feruli beach with free access to dogs is very suggestive and for our Yago it was really a great thing. The town is characteristic and equipped with the most necessary services. The only flaw is the absence of a gas station attendant .. The owners were friendly and very discreet but present when needed.
Casa Vacanze in posizione tranquilla, pulita e confortevole. Il bagno un po’ piccolo e con aspirazione meccanica... forse l’unico problema per come siamo abituati! Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza in relax e le notti fresche sono state davvero un buon alleato al buon riposo.
Consigliato l’uso dell’auto per la spiaggia.
Molto suggestiva la spiaggia Li Feruli con libero accesso ai cani e per il nostro Yago è stata davvero una gran cosa.
Il paese è caratteristico e dotato dei servizi più necessari. L’unico difetto è l’assenza di un benzinaio..
I proprietari sono stati cordiali e molto discreti ma presenti in caso di necessità.
truly a fantastic location! the holiday starts from the house: welcoming, tidy, relaxing and convenient to reach any beach around Stintino. You live very well inside and out, thanks to a beautiful porch where you can comfortably eat, to continue relaxing in the garden or swimming in the swimming pool for exclusive use. Very comfortable rooms and two bathrooms were ideal for hosting a family of 6 like us. veramente una location fantastica! la vacanza inizia dalla casa: accogliente, ordinata, rilassante e comoda per raggiungere qualunque spiaggia intorno a Stintino. Si vive benissimo dentro e fuori, grazie ad un bellissimo porticato dove si può comodamente mangiare, per continuare a rilassarsi in giardino o nuotare nella piscina ad uso esclusivo. Stanze molto comode e doppi servizi sono stati l'ideale per ospitare una famiglia da 6 persone come noi.
Gentilezza, discrezione e disponibilità dei proprietari hanno completato una esperienza che consiglio senza alcun dubbio! grazie Gisella
Tergu holiday homes n. 86630 We spent 2 wonderful weeks. Welcomed with extreme availability and cordiality. House with 2 large and well-kept apartments. The highlight is the veranda where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors. Really fantastic. Quiet place suitable for relaxing holidays. Garden suitable for children. Area from which in a few minutes it is possible to visit beaches and places of interest. Definitely to go back.

We are a family of two adults and a little girl, we stayed in the two-room apartment in the end of August, heading towards the hinterland, with a back garden. The apartment is located in a beautiful residence of villas with a large parking space, closed by a gate. The garden at the back, with a small table, was used by us despite the observations of a resident, such as Mr. Guido, who pointed out that the garden belonged to the residence and not to the apartment. It was not communicated to us and we used it quietly. The location is truly exceptional, five minutes walk from Pelosa and Pelosetta and very close to a Minimarket, bar, newsstand and two restaurants. The only flaw of the first day were the ants, a problem that despite the disinfestation concerned the entire residence. Mrs. Anna was immediately available bringing us a vacuum cleaner. With the poison we immediately solved the problem. Perhaps, I would like to say, we were precise and careful in addressing this problem, but I cannot say that when we arrived the house was dirty, on the contrary. Having a baby, I would have liked to be informed before this one leftproblem that thanks to our intervention was immediately resolved. Another small flaw is the low water flow in the dinner time. One evening my husband was unable to take a shower and not late in the evening. In conclusion, I recommend the accommodation for the location, the beauty of the area and how it is furnished, there is all the essentials. For any problem you can really count on the availability of Mrs. Anna. So I would go back and recommend it.
Siamo una famiglia di due adulti e una bimba, abbiamo soggiornato a fine agosto nel bilocale che da’ verso l’entroterra, con un giardino sul retro. L’appartamento si trova all’interno di un bel residence di ville con un ampio posto auto, chiuso da cancello. Il giardino sul retro, con tavolino, e’ stato utilizzato da noi nonostante le osservazioni di un residente, tale signor Guido, che faceva notare che il giardino fosse di proprietà’ del residence e non dell’appartamento. A noi non era stato comunicato e l’abbiamo usato tranquillamente. La posizione e’ davvero eccezionale, a cinque minuti a piedi da Pelosa e Pelosetta e vicinissimo a un Minimarket, bar, edicola e due ristoranti. Unica pecca del primo giorno sono state le formiche, problematica che nonostante la disinfestazione riguardava tutto il residence. La signora Anna e’ stata sin da subito disponibile portandoci un aspirapolvere. Con del veleno abbiamo risolto subito il problema. Forse, mi vien da dire, siamo stati po precisi e attenti ad affrontare questo problema, ma non posso dire che al nostro arrivo la casa fosse sporca, anzi. Avendo una bambina, avrei gradito essere informata prima della partenza di questa problematica che grazie al nostro intervento si e’ subito risolta. Un’altra piccola pecca e’ la scarsa portata dell’acqua nell’orario di cena. Una sera mio marito non e’ riuscito a fare la doccia e non in tarda serata. Concludendo, consiglio l’alloggio per la posizione, la bellezza della zona e per come e’ arredato, cè tutto l’essenziale. Per qualunque problema si può davvero contare sulla disponibilità della signora Anna. Quindi tornerei e lo consiglierei.

Il a fallu "bricoler" avec le lit qui est sur la terrasse pour que les 6 personnes puissent dormir.

Posto magnificamente magnifico entri in acqua esattamente a 300 metri dopo una splendida passeggiata in mezzo alla natura con il vento che ti accarezza i capelli noi con nostra figlia disabile in carrozzella con un leggero sforzo raggiungiamo la spiaggia incontrando per la camminata persone simpatiche è a volte una tartaruga simpaticissima,lo spazio che divide la casa dal mare è una carica di natura e di libertà. La struttura è comodissima noi ci siamo stati tutti comodissimi, semplice ma ben organizzata unico consiglio un aggiunta di una lavastoviglie non sarebbe male,doccia esterna comodissima ed una veranda grandissima che accoglie una grande famiglia dove non si soffre per niente il caldo anche perché soffia un venticello rigenerante di notte-notte siamo stati accompagnati dalla sinfonia del mare insomma che dire non solo una vacanza per il corpo ma anche per la mente... Grazie
