Panoramic apartment Nispo3 (trilocal), in private property, 50 meters from the sea, located in the small cove of Nisportino, where intact nature and crystal clear sea are the setting for a relaxing holiday.
The cove is in a valley with luxuriant vegetation, while the mountains that surround it make the temperature pleasant and never sultry, even in the hottest months.
The transparent sea and the pebble beach mixed with sand will be the background to unforgettable sunsets.
The apartment is inside a private property which can only be accessed by the tenants of the four apartments at our disposal.
The apartment has a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed and a half, one bedroom with two single beds from a staggered drawer, one double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the sea, a bathroom with shower, a large terrace overlooking the sea where you can have lunch and dinner, and 1 parking space within the property.
The apartment is equipped with crockery, cutlery, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, remote control electric gate access to the property.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

TO ARRIVE IN RIO MARINA:
When you arrive in Rio Marina, you must follow the signs for Rio nell'Elba, which you will find after 3 km.
Before entering the town of Rio nell'Elba, you will find signs indicating Nisportino, where you will arrive after 5 km.
Once in the town of Nisportino, continue towards the beach, 50 meters first on the left you will find a gate between two stone columns at number 50 and we will be waiting for you.
