Spacious and well-appointed apartment. and very practical with its 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets Easy parking. Large terrace with open view Close to the sea (you can go there on foot) Close to essential shops (you can also go there on foot): bakery, small supermarket, restaurant, ice cream parlor, and even the train station: convenient for going to Calvi or Ile Rousse Without taking the car, you can take magnificent walks along the coast.

The house offers enough space for a family, is very well maintained and has a beautiful outdoor space. The footpath to the sea leads directly into a small bay. Thanks to the air conditioning in the bedrooms, the nights are pleasant. Because the mosquitoes don't allow windows to be open. The managers of the house are very nice and uncomplicated. Shopping options, including organic ones, can be found in nearby Porto Vecchio.
Das Haus bietet gut Platz für eine Familie, ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine schöne Aussenplatzgestaltung. Der Fussweg ans Meer führt direkt in eine kleine Bucht. Dank der Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern, sind die Nächte angenehm. Denn die Mücken lassen geöffnete Fenster nicht zu.
Die Verwalter des Hauses sind sehr nett und unkompliziert.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, auch Bio, sind im nahen Porto Vecchio zu finden.

We had a superb stay in this perfectly located apartment. Indeed, Calvi beach, fine sand and transparent sea, is actually a 2-minute walk away, the very typical town center and the supermarket 10 minutes away on foot. Ideal location! The apartment is very well appointed and equipped. The master suite is very pleasant. Big plus for the multi-exposure terrace which provides shade all day long. The dedicated parking space is very appreciable. We will come back, for sure!
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour au sein de cet appartement parfaitement situé. En effet, la plage de Calvi, sable fin et mer transparente, se trouve réellement à 2 min à pied, le centre-ville très typique et le supermarché à 10 min à pied. Localisation idéale !
L’appartement est très bien agencé et équipé. La suite parentale est très agréable. Gros plus pour la terrasse multi-expositions qui permet d’avoir de l’ombre toute la journée.
La place de parking dédiée est très appréciable.

The outdoor space is an undeniable plus for your meals. The accommodation is very clean and very well equipped with quality equipment? Résidence très calme, literies confortables et de qualité, à proximité de la plage, de restaurants, la poste, boulangerie, location de bateau. Le descriptif et les photos de l’annonce est identique à la réalité. L’espace extérieur est un plus indéniable pour vos repas. Le logement est très propre et très bien équipé avec du matériel de qualité… Sans parler de votre hôte toujours disponible aux petits soins d’une grande convivialité.
Si vous avez la possibilité de louer ce bien, faites-le, je vous le recommande à 200%.
The location is fully consistent with the description with a magnificent view of the sea, close to the beach and shops. The apartment is very pleasant to live in and very well equipped. The person who takes care of the rental on site is very available to answer any questions we had. We had a very good stay.

All positive, only 3 notes for the purpose of improving the service: the non-sliding bathroom and dressing room doors are uncomfortable. Not enough closet space. It would have been useful to have awnings on the terrace in front of the kitchen for shade in the morning

A very spacious modern apartment where we appreciated its location, Calvi is magnificent, its facilities (very good for babies), its environment, everything is nearby. The reception is pleasant, responsive, and available. We highly recommend this accommodation, to share with family or friends.
