The apartment is ideal for a holiday in this part of Sardinia. The bedrooms are large, the kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor terrace with sea view is wonderful. The location is strategic as, by walking along the internal road in a few minutes (therefore without crossing the provincial road), you reach the first of the enchanting beaches of Chia which are all reachable with a beautiful walk. The owner is very kind and the exchange of information is always complete and fast. Highly recommended.
L'appartamento è l'ideale per una vacanza in questa parte della Sardegna.
Le camere da letto sono ampie, la cucina è ben dotata e la terrazza esterna con vista mare è meravigliosa.
La posizione è strategica in quanto, percorrendo in pochi minuti a piedi la stradina interna (quindi senza attraversare la provinciale), si giunge alla prima delle incantevoli spiagge di Chia che sono tutte raggiungibili con una bellissima passeggiata.
La proprietaria è molto gentile e i lo scambio di informazioni sempre completo e veloce.

Excellent value for money, very kind owner, welcoming and helpful, house stocked with everything and very well furnished. The garden is very enjoyable and the distance from the sea is not too much, you can go down on foot without effort, then the return with the climb is a bit more tiring. However, we suggest the car to visit all the beautiful beaches and enjoy the splendid sea of Costa Rei. Parking in front of the house, on the street, has never been a problem despite the week of August. The extreme heat this year was acceptable, even in the absence of air conditioning, because the house is cool and equipped with fans. Thank you ! Guests from Monza 2022
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo , proprietaria gentilissima, accogliente e disponibile, casa rifornita di tutto e molto ben arredata. Il giardino è godibilissimo e la distanza dal mare non troppa, si può scendere a piedi senza fatica, poi il rientro con la salita è un po’ più faticoso. Suggeriamo comunque l’auto per visitare tutte le bellissime spiagge e godere dello splendido mare di Costa Rei. Il parcheggio davanti casa, su strada, nonostante la settimana di ferragosto non è mai stato un problema. Il caldo pesantissimo di quest’anno è stato accettabile , anche in assenza di aria condizionata, perché la casa è fresca e dotata di ventilatori. Grazie ! Ospiti da Monza 2022
Villa that fully meets the expectations and description given. Kitchen equipped with everything, beautiful bathroom, bedroom in the standard. outdoor barbecue; in the evening eating outside under the patio was very relaxing.

Cucina fornita di tutto,bagno bello, camera da letto nella norma.Giardino antistante tenuto bene con posto macchina adatto a macchine non grandi.Proprietario della villetta Sebastiano ,gentilissimo e disponibile,vacanza tutto OK.Molto utile la doccia esterna e la possibilita' di barbecue esterno;la sera mangiare fuori sotto il patio e'stato molto rilassante.
Truly relaxing holiday, the house is very welcoming, comfortable and spacious, the beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot via an easy path, if I really have to find a fault it is that there are no deck chairs or sun loungers on the terrace. The owner very nice and helpful. Thanks for a nice vacation. Ps my dog was super good.
Vacanza veramente rilassante, la casa molto accogliente confortevole e spaziosa, l spiaggia si raggiunge in qualche minuto a piedi attraverso un agevole sentiero, se proprio devo trovare un difetto è che non ci sono sdraio o lettini prendisole sulla terrazza. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Grazie per la bella vacanza trascorsa. P.s. la mia cagnolina è stata super bene.

Very hospitable, clean and well-organized apartment on the ground floor of a beautiful building, with outdoor space for eating. Nothing is missing, the very kind and helpful owner has equipped her with every need. The building is located a stone's throw from the main street and about 1.5 km from the Simius beach. If we pass by Villasimius again we will return.
Appartamento molto ospitale, pulito e ben organizzato ricavato al piano terra di una bella palazzina,dotata di spazio esterno per poter mangiare.non manca nulla ,la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile l'ha dotata di ogni necessità.
La palazzina si trova a due passi dalla via principale ed a 1,5 km circa dalla spiaggia di Simius.
Se passeremo ancora da Villasimius ci ritorneremo.

Very comfortable house (we are a family of 4 with 2 grown-ups) and super-equipped (difficult to find kitchens so equipped with cookware, dishes, etc). The hosts were very kind and satisfied our every request (including the use of umbrellas, chairs for the sea and bathroom / kitchen linen). The house is spacious, on 2 floors, convenient access to the courtyard with 2 external showers and convenient internal car parking for loading / unloading), comfortable 2 bathrooms with shower. The fantastic sea can be reached within walking distance. We had a great time and hope to return
Casa molto confortevole ( siamo una famiglia di 4 persone con 2 ragazzi grandi) e superaccessoriata (difficile trovare cucine così attrezzate con pentolame, stoviglie, etc) . I padroni di casa sono stati gentilissimi e hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta (incluso l'uso di ombrelloni, sedie per il mare e la biancheria bagno/cucina). La casa è spaziosa, su 2 piani, comodo l'accesso al cortile con 2 docce esterne e comodo il parcheggio interno dell'auto per carico/scarico), comodi i 2 bagni con doccia . Il mare fantastico è raggiungibile a pochi passi . Siamo stati benissimo e speriamo di tornare

The apartments look exactly like the description, the furniture is spartan but you still have everything you need available. The cleanliness is impeccable and Mrs Grazietta has always been present and willing to satisfy our needs.

The house is cozy, set in a tranquil setting, the outdoor veranda very comfortable for al fresco dining! Courtesy of the home owner and maximum cleanliness in the apartment (equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay). I enjoyed the outdoor veranda, where it is possible to eat. Campus beach is very beautiful, you can walk to it, but you can get there by car because the parking is in front of the beach. Also in this period Villasimius welcomes tourists with characteristic shops and restaurants. Thanks for the hospitality!
La casa è accogliente, inserita in un contesto tranquillo, molto comoda la veranda esterna per poter cenare al fresco! Cortesia del proprietario di casa e massima pulizia nell'appartamento (dotato di tutte le comodità necessarie per un soggiorno rilassante). Ho apprezzato la veranda esterna, dove è possibile mangiare. La spiaggia di Campus è molto bella, si può raggiungere a piedi facendo una passeggiata, ma ci si può arrivare in auto perché il parcheggio è davanti la spiaggia. Anche in questo periodo Villasimius accoglie i turisti con negozi e locali caratteristici. Grazie per l'ospitalità!
House clean, nice and close to the sea, 5 minutes walk. Many thanks to Delia and Angelo for their welcome, services and availability. Arrived at 1 pm, we enjoyed being welcomed with pasta, drinks and a basket of fruit followed by a local digestive myrtle.

We spent two weeks at Villasimius in these apartments! Very nice studio, great for a studio and very comfortable. Really strategic location, a stone's throw from the main boulevard where everything is found (restaurants, market, bars, pharmacy, post office, etc.). Parking available in front of and not for a fee. In the street below there is a bar / bakery is greengrocer. The Council is for families and young couples.
Abbiamo trascorso due settimane a Villasimius in questi appartamenti! Monolocale molto carino, grande per essere un monolocale e molto comodo. Posizione veramente strategica, a due passi dal viale principale in cui si trova di tutto (ristoranti, market, bar, farmacia, poste ecc). Parcheggio disponibile davanti e non a pagamento. Nella via sottostante vi è un bar/panificio è fruttivendolo. Lo Consiglio sia per famiglie che per giovani coppie.
Same is the most convenient and functional you may want. Ideal for 4 couples or two couples with children. We were in 4 and having 3 bathrooms available is a real luxury. Very clean and equipped with everything. Get out of the gate and you're on the beach. In the evening you fall asleep with the noise of the sea. All perfect. Fantastic owners. VIlla Sama è quanto di più comodo e funzionale si possa desiderare. Ideale per 4 coppie o due coppie con figli. Noi eravamo in 4 e avere a disposizione 3 bagni è un vero lusso. Molto pulita e dotata di tutto. Esci dal cancelletto e sei in spiaggia. La sera ti addormenti con il rumore del mare. Tutto perfetto. Proprietarie fantastiche. Doccia esterna con acqua calda. I spent my holidays with friends; we were 2 families with children. To say that this place is gorgeous is an understatement. The house is close to the beach, has all the comfort you need and Ms. Francesca is extremely available for all requests. If I can be back again next year. giusi
