We stayed a week in this house, very kind and helpful owners, the house is practically new, very quiet location and still close to Rio Marina, I definitely recommend it for those who want to experience a relaxing holiday.

Very well equipped and refreshing rental in the heart of a small village. Geographically well located for tourist visits, seaside access and ballads. The neighborhood and the inhabitants of this village were welcoming and pleasant.

Spacious and bright apartment with sea view and in the marina, convenient to services. The only point of weakness is sometimes nocturnal noises of rude people well attenuated by closing the windows.

A wonderful place to spend an unforgettable holiday. House located near the sea and at the same time you can enjoy tranquility and relaxation as the house is located in a beautiful cool and shaded pine forest in the middle of the hill. I wholeheartedly recommend and would happily return for another holiday.
Un posto meraviglioso, dove trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile. Casa situata vicino al mare e nello stesso momento si può godere di tranquillità e relax visto che la casa è situata in una bellissima pineta fresca e ombreggiate in mezzo alla collina. We stayed in this wonderful house from October 1st to October 15th, 2022! The expectations were exceeded, the house is lovingly and equipped with everything and very clean. Christiano and his wife are very, very nice and helpful. Christiano came by several times a week to take care of the pool and to ask if everything was ok. The view from the balcony is a dream, I would book the house again at any time!

Die Erwartungen wurden noch übertroffen, das Haus ist liebevoll und mit allem ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Christiano und seine Frau sind sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Christiano kam mehrfach die Woche vorbei um sich um den Pool zu kümmern und zu fragen ob alles OK ist. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist ein Traum, ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!
Delay in my review only for health reasons and my apologies. But I couldn't wait to be able to write that the stay completely met my expectations. Bright house, large bedroom, equipped with everything you need, sober, welcoming and really clean! A comfortable terrace could not be missing, highly experienced by me, my husband and our furry children. A few steps from the wonderful beach, and ditto for the course with bar restaurant etc. I'm not going to close anyway thanking the delightful Mrs. Daniela. I am thankful for a very pleasant holiday and I would recommend it to everyone. Adriana
Ritardo in questa mia recensione solo per motivi di salute e porgo le mie scuse. Ma non vedevo l'ora di poter scrivere che il soggiorno ha soddisfatto completamente le mie aspettative. Casa luminosa, camera da letto ampia, fornita di tutto il necessario, sobria accogliente e veramente pulita! Non poteva mancare comodo terrazzo, vissutissimo da me, marito e i ns bimbi pelosi. A pochi passi dalla meravigliosa spiaggia, e idem per il corso con bar ristorante etc oltre non vado per poter chiudere cmq ringraziando la deliziosa Signora Daniela. Sono grata di piacevolissima vacanza e io lo consiglierei a tutti. Adriana
Accommodation conforms to expectations. Splendid panorama, absolute silence and very close to Marina di Campo. Car or motorbike is necessary but in a few minutes you can reach all the other places on Elba and the most famous beaches. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean accommodation upon delivery. Alloggio conforme alle aspettative. Splendido panorama, silenzio assoluto e vicinissimo a Marina di Campo. Necessaria l'auto o la moto ma in pochi minuti si raggiungono tutte le altre località dell'Elba e le spiagge più rinomate. Alloggio molto ben attrezzato e pulitissimo alla consegna. We stayed with my family in this structure, unfortunately, for only one week from 04/09/2022 to 11/09/2022. Wonderful place just 5 minutes from the beach of Marina di Campo, also convenient for the location to go to the other beaches of the wonderful island. Splendid view both day and night, shady place where I believe you can breathe very well even when the temperatures are higher. Friendliness, kindness and seriousness both of the owner and that of the lady who takes care of the cleaning. Thanks for everything, we were very, very satisfied.
Siamo stati con la mia famiglia in questa struttura, purtroppo, per una sola settimana dal 04/09/2022 al 11/09/2022. Posto meraviglioso a soli 5 minuti dalla spiaggia di Marina di Campo, comoda inoltre la posizione per recarsi nelle altre spiagge della meravigliosa isola. Visuale splendida sia di giorno che di notte, posto ombreggiato dove credo si possa respirare molto bene anche quando le temperature sono più elevate. Cordialità, gentilezza e serietà sia della proprietaria e che della sig.ra che si occupa delle pulizie. Grazie di tutto, siamo stati molto, molto soddisfatti.
This apartment was no longer available, the owner Mr. Raffaella contacted me and proposed other solutions (a two-room apartment the first week and a three-room apartment the second) which were accepted. The new apartments proposed fully satisfied our needs .. (we were 4 adults) In addition Raffaella has always been super helpful and very kind. Best wishes to Raffaella (very nice) and Principina who for us was a discovery .. Lots of sea and super relaxation. We had such a good time that we will most likely be back soon.
Questo appartamento non era più disponibile , la proprietaria sig. ra Raffaella mi ha contattato e ha proposto altre soluzioni (un bilocale la prima settimana ed un trilocale la seconda) che sono state accettate.
I nuovi appartamenti proposti hanno soddisfatto pienamente le nostre esigenze..(eravamo in 4 adulti) In più Raffaella è sempre stata super disponibile e molto gentile.

We stayed in this cool house, we never turned on the air conditioner, a beautiful well-equipped terrace with sea view, where we always ate for lunch, because it is well ventilated .., the other terrace for drying clothes, the only drawback, the parking to be organized with the other tenants, ... we often parked outside, ... we used the bikes, because there are many cycle paths ... free beach not far away and not very crowded, in short, we absolutely recommend this house
Siamo stati in questa casa fresca, non abbiamo mai acceso il condizionatore , un bellissimo terrazzo ben attrezzato con vista mare,dove abbiamo mangiato sempre anche a pranzo, perché ben ventilato .., l altro terrazzo per stendere i panni, unico neo, il parcheggio da organizzare con gli altri inquilini,...noi abbiamo parcheggiato spesso fuori, ..abbiamo utilizzato le bici, perché ci sono molte piste ciclabili..spiaggia libera poco distante e POCO AFFOLLATA, insomma consigliamo assolutamente questa casa
Comfortable apartment with two bedrooms, annex with bedroom and bathroom and possibility of a sofa bed in the living room. Functional kitchen and internal garden with a beautiful olive tree where you can have lunch on the large table or have an aperitif. Although the furniture is essential, there is everything you need. The area is quiet and peaceful at night. In 10 minutes on foot you arrive on the Viareggio promenade. For parking, in the first weekend of September, we had no problems placing two cars in the vicinity of the house. We stayed at 7 for two nights. Satisfied, recommended up to 8 people.
Appartamento comodo con due camere, dependance con camera e bagno e possibilità di divano-letto in salotto. Cucina funzionale e giardino interno con un bell’ulivo dove pranzare sull’ampio tavolo o prendere un aperitivo.
Seppur l’arredamento sia essenziale c’è tutto il necessario.
La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa di notte.
In 10 minuti a piedi si arriva sulla passeggiata di Viareggio.
Per il parcheggio, nel primo fine settimana di settembre, non abbiamo avuto problemi a sistemare due auto nelle vicinanze della casa. Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 per due notti.
Soddisfatta, consigliata fino a 8 persone.
I stayed with my family in the house for three weeks and I went to see it before booking, so I already knew what it looked like. It is in a panoramic and breezy position, close enough to the Lido di Capoliveri which can be reached with a ten-minute downhill walk. The large and almost always shaded loggia was very welcome. The house has simple and essential furnishings. I would recommend installing one. Washing machine that would be very useful for those who stay for several weeks as we did, and a vacuum cleaner and steamer for weekly cleaning.
Ho soggiornato con la famiglia nella casa per tre settimane e prima di prenotare ero andata a vederla, quindi sapevo già come si presentava. È in posizione panoramica e ventilata, abbastanza vicino al lido di Capoliveri che si raggiunge con una passeggiata in discesa di dieci minuti. È risultato molto gradito il loggiato ampio e quasi sempre ombreggiato. La casa ha arredi semplici ed essenziali. Consiglierei di installare una. Lavatrice che sarebbe molto utile per chi soggiorna per più settimane come abbiamo fatto noi, ed un aspirapolvere e vaporetto per effettuare le pulizie settimanali.
