Your villa is located on the heights of Ajaccio, in a calm and natural landscape with a panoramic view of the sea. A lawn planted with palm trees and exotic plants borders the swimming pool (20mX6m) with Jacuzzi.
Access via remote-controlled portal. Covered parking. The villa is equipped with reversible air-conditioning.
It has an entrance with washbasin and WC- 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms- A kitchen with American refrigerator, oven with rotating heat, 3 hotplates, fryer, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine. A cellar with washing machine, dryer, refrigerator. Dining room with large monastery table, contemporary glass table.
