Spacious and comfortable house, 300m from the Vauban city and shops and restaurants. A garden terrace where children can play in complete safety and owners who take great care of their guests. Very pleasant stay. I recommend without reservation.

Since our last visit in 2021, this house is still as pleasant and that is why we returned. The proximity to the old town is very pleasant because there are many good regional restaurants. The house is always very well equipped and corresponds, both in quantity of dishes and beds, to one or two families. Unlike some rentals which limit plates and glasses to the number of beds, here everything is in duplicate or triplicate. The bedding is well maintained and very comfortable. For skiing, the station is high enough to have good snow and the lifts are very fast. We will come back to this house without hesitation... Thank you to the owner for her availability, because she answered our questions very quickly.
Depuis notre dernière visite en 2021, cette maison est toujours aussi agréable et c'est pour cette raison que nous y sommes retournés.
La proximité de la vielle ville est très agréable car il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants régionaux.
La maison est toujours très bien équipée et correspond, aussi bien en quantité de vaisselle que de lit, à une ou deux familles. Contrairement à certaines locations qui limitent les assiettes et les verres au nombre de lit, ici tout est en double ou triple exemplaires.
La literie est bien entretenue est très confortable.
Pour le ski , la station est assez haute pour avoir de la bonne neige et les remontées sont très rapides.
Nous reviendrons dans cette maison sans hésiter...

Excellent holiday home 1 minute walk from the beautiful old town of Briançon. We have been renting it for 3 years and have never had any problems. Ms. Floriane is always helpful and very kind.

Very nice accommodation, spacious and very well arranged. The ground floor is ideal for storing skis, shoes, clothes etc... All rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lots of kitchen utensils, we don't miss anything! The owner is very friendly. Do not hesitate to rent from this owner.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of the house, 8 minutes from the slopes and 200 meters from the historic center of Briançon. Many supermarkets are 3 minutes away by car. We were 6, two adults and 4 children. There is a very large kitchen, and a large dining room. A very large living room with a huge comfortable sofa and a very useful round table to play with the children. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is comfortable. Facing south, the house is very bright and has an unobstructed view of the mountains in the distance. The ski area is very large and allows fun for both experienced and beginners. In addition to the ESF there is the ESI International Ski School which has smaller groups. We will return to this spacious and very well located house which changes from the small apartments.
Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l'emplacement de la maison, à 8 mn des pistes et à 200 mètres du centre historique de Briançon.
Les nombreuses grandes surfaces sont à 3 minutes en voiture.
Nous étions 6, deux adultes et 4 enfants. Il y a une très grande cuisine, et une grande salle à manger.
Un très grand salon avec un immense canapé confortable et une table ronde très utile pour jouer avec les enfants.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est confortable.
Exposé plein Sud la maison est très lumineuse et a une vue dégagée sur les montagnes au loin.
Le domaine skiable est très grand et permet de s'amuser aussi bien pour les confirmés que pour les débutants.
En plus de L'ESF il y a l'Ecole de ski internationale ESI qui a des groupes moins nombreux.
Nous reviendrons dans cette maison spacieuse et très bien située qui change des appartements de petites tailles.
My friends and I have rented this house, and I must say that our being in 11 the space was not lacking at all and we found it very neat, clean and equipped with everything! There Mrs. Floriane was very kind and welcoming! I highly recommend this house!

This is a fantastic property for groups with two separate living areas room for everyone to relax. Perfect Location for town and slopes. The hosts were great and made us feel very welcome.
Lovely apartment which was very well furnished and equipped. Excellent location - as close to the slopes as it's possible to get in Monetier. Everything went smoothly, including arranging bedding, early arrival etc. Would recommend.
This apartment is in a fantastic location, just one road back from the snow front/ski schools, right in the middle of the old town, yet lovely and quiet. There is a decent shop a few metres away. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. The owner was very friendly, lending us some toys for our young children. We definitely recommend!
Montgenèvre is really a beautiful place for both winter and summer, we were very well located, the accommodation was very good, a lot of snow still which will eventually melt but the availability and kindness of our owner will remain. A spacious chalet where everyone can rest peacefully. Sheltered from all noise. The car is parked the entire time thanks to free parking provided by the owner. Everything is done on foot to reach the slopes 5 minutes away, do your shopping or take a walk. Mrs. A. is incredibly kind and always reachable. We have adored.

La voiture est garée pendant tout le temps grâce à des parkings gratuits mis à disposition par le propriétaire.
Tout se fait à pieds pour rejoindre les pistes à 5mn, faire ses courses ou se promener.

Young and old, we all had an excellent family stay in this friendly house, very well located since it is close to the slopes, the ski school and the shops. Very warm welcome from the owners, very pleasant old village and ski area. In short, we were all won over by Montgenèvre and we will come back!
