Outside there is a large shady veranda equipped for eating meals, and there is also a useful barbecue, on the other side a driveway with gate for the private parking space.

The villa is located in a very quiet but central area of Torre Vado, free parking also on the street.

At 200 meters you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pizzerias and the buatifull seafront closed to car traffic that hosts many rides for children, car/boat/bike rental and the weekly marketplace
